Smith Big Time wide receiver going in the second round and the second round is probably be where leagues are won and lost because there's a lot of good players there and there's a lot of players there that are very good with a lot of upside that can be steady but also have some red flags he seems like the safest he is a very safe bet he's going to get over a 20% Target share but in this offense that's about seven to eight targets per game he gives you the boom weeks he can be steady his low games ain't too bad he's going to push 80 to 100 air yards a game he's going to have those games where he's getting those deep targets he's sharing the field with AJ Brown which alleviates a lot of pressure there this is going to be a fast-paced offense it's going to move it's going to be a lot like last year and the only way it's going to be changing for him is if he gets hurt somehow and if that happens that happens with all players that's a risk with all players but healthy on the field everything looking good they're going to get something like this maybe even a little bit better Devonte Smith in the second round third round fourth round depending on what's going on in your home League I think he's a safe bet as a one of those expensive wide receivers Z Zay Flowers Fantasy Football flowers he's going to be cheaper in your home leagues people are a little bit down on him but honestly I'm bringing him up today because I haven't talked about him for a while and I think there's strategy around him I think he's a safe bet for workload like I'm saying 20 plus% Target share the ad out was a little bit low but I think that can increase and I know it can increase cuz it was a lot higher in college it was in double digits I think we can get the double digits I think we can have a 20% Target share and he gives you boom weeks he gave you four wide receiver one weeks last year on top of that his floor games weren't that bad he had a couple doozies but it wasn't that bad a lot of people are down on him because they look at the offense but when you look at the workload here you're seeing a 24% Target share as a rookie you can increase upon that going into your second year what you really want to look at here is the air yards 56 air yards per game 8.4 average depth of Target got a a lot of short targets last year however when you look at the metrics from when he was at in college he was getting deep boss he has the speed to get it deep that should increase that should increase it shouldn't stay low forever it should not it should not his profile says Hey his a DOT should be hovering around 10 or so and if that happens you're looking at around 70 a yards per game 80 a yards per game so the bottom games will be more steady and you'll still have those upside performances that may happen this year next year but it's in the cards round three draft Capital here on Underdog but in your home leagues you're looking at more like round five or so because the runningbacks are going to booy up in your draft especially once your league mates get the Coors Lights running through their veins in the backyard drinking and drafting you'll catch him at more of a discount people are down on him because he's on the Ravens people don't like the passing offense it'll be a discount but you're not buying the fantasy points you're buying the target share hoping the fantasy points will be there that was Xavier Worthy Fantasy Football kind of there last year and he was kind of steady last year he could be a good wide receiver three for your team Xavier Worthy's got a lot of upside he's got a lot of upside I'm chasing that upside because you got the Patrick Mahomes juice you got the 42 speed which I can't say every day I can't say that with a lot of these wide receivers if any of them except for him he's got the juice in this offense a lot of people are making this bet on Underdog fantasy round five draft Capital you can't get much more expensive than that for a rookie wide receiver unless your name is Malik neighbors or Marvin Harrison Jr he's ahead of Romo dun and ADP on Underdog Fantasy A lot of people are putting their chips down on Xavier worthy Maris Hollywood Brown Starting the season injured might miss a few weeks Maris Hollywood Brown's a good discount he's a good discount if you can sit on those few games and take those L's on him and then when he comes back he's in the chief's offense and he's also very nuanced but Xavier worthy he's going to be one of those rookies where it's going to be silence but eventually he's going to be deadly and it's going to be like nothing nothing nothing then boom big play nothing nothing nothing Boom Big play if he's on the field he's running routes that's what you're going to expect from him and we're seeing that in training camp we're seeing the connection with momes I don't think you're going to have to worry about that week one two three he's going to be out on the field he's going to see targets it might be up and down until he solidifies himself learns to game but it might come out right out of the gates this is a good upside lottery ticket that you're taking in the middle of rounds and you're looking at all the other wide receivers in his range here Calvin redley Keenan Allen Jaden Reed jry McClaren there's questions with all those guys as well you got questions with Xavier worthy cuz he's a rookie maybe because you think he's smaller I'm Diontae Johnson Fantasy Football not worried about that he runs a 42 he's got Patrick Mahomes he's got some X factors there Deontay Johnson so in your home leagues he's probably going to go in this underdog range maybe a little cheaper round eight round nine or so but you're buying Target share here you're buying a Target share around 25% maybe 23 22 similar to last year and he's probably one of the last wide receivers that you can stamp down a 20% plus Target share push in 25% range and you're getting the workload which leads to Fantasy production this offense is different from last year you got Canales there running the scrips Bry Young's going into year two they brought in more wide receivers they got more help Jonathan Brooks is coming back eventually this year there's a lot of upside here they impacted the offensive line they got more Talent there this offense is going to be a lot different maybe not enough to be the greatest show on Turf I'm not saying that I'm not trying to get you excited but Deontay Johnson's going to be soaking up targets he's going to be getting the air yards probably 80 to 90 maybe 100 if they're really pushing it he's going to get the workload though that's going to allow him to be fantasy relevant but for the price he's cheap it's him versus the rb2s though it's pick your poison with that but honestly if you're looking for that wide receiver four or you need a wide receiver three CU you went running back Heavy He's a guy to do it he's Brian Thomas Jr. Fantasy Football going to be steady as long as he's healthy on the field Brian Thomas Jr an ultimate upside play and he's a little bit cheaper compared to the to the other wide receivers and we're seeing this on the field on top of that his price is going up he is jumping draft Capital the market is saying hey we want Brian Thomas Jr Underdog drafters are saying hey we want him we realize he's got a lot of potential in this offense we realize the Jaguars have a fast-paced offense he's a starter he's on the field he will get deep targets at worst he's going to be a splash play machine in this offense as long as he's on the field because he'll get get those deep targets and if he brings one or two in that's a big performance I imagine he could be that guy that breaks loose got that 4-3 speeds got ball skills and he can pair well with Trevor Lawrence and we're already seeing that on the field and you're catching him in the middle rounds this could be the player that wins your league for you Calvin Ridley Calvin Ridley Fantasy Football if you need a Steady Eddy wide receiver that's a veteran that can really shape up your wide receiver 2 three four range depending on how you draft it he's a guy to look at he's going to get over a 20 plus% Target share DeAndre Hopkins on the menend will Levis is going to Target him it's all on will lvis but will lvis might be just better for Fantasy Football than regular football especially for his wide receivers he's going to push it downfield and really when you look at the results from last year Calvin Ridley was very splashy right down there a lot of wide receiver One games or wide receiver three or worst games so he's either getting it and going ham or he's not getting it done which I like that with my wide receivers because he's winning you a lot of weeks he's winning you a lot of weeks and I can see that in this offense he's a good separator he's great at the catch points he's going to link up well with Will Levis will Levis is going to Target the crap out of him over a 20 plus per Target share probably 22% to 25 probably in that range especially when DeAndre Hopkins comes back but he's going to get the workload and it might look something something like this maybe the down games look a little bit better but those upside weeks if you can stomach it with the downside weeks this might be the wide receiver with you Christian Watson Christian Watson Fantasy Football same thing if you can stomach the upside weeks with the downside weeks this is the wide receiver for you because he will have a few games where he blows up and then he'll also get nicked up with injuries and then I'll also have those down games and that's just the type of wide receiver he is because there's a lot of good wide receivers in this offense they got a lot of young talent but he's quick he's fast he gets the Deep targets that's what you want out of your wide receivers 90.8 air yards per game 177% Target share that just says hey I'm a spike week Dandy do you want a wide receiver with Spike weeks and you can play the matchups if you're good at playing the matchups you want a couple wide receivers like this if you're not good at playing the matchups you do not want a wide receiver like this and also the players you pick is also dependent on how you play the game in season George Pickins is going to get hit up George Pickens Fantasy Football with Targets this year Russell Wilson's the guy he's linking up with George pickings Justin Fields is too so no matter who's in they're going his way we saw that in training camp they are going George pickin's way and he should get the same amount of targets per game but a higher Target share maybe but he should get around six to seven targets per game five on the low in a game probably 6 seven maybe some games double digits and he should push for over 100 air yards they're pushing it down field and the targets going his way will be more accurate so he should be more stable and he doesn't have deont Johnson there to compete for targets so the round four ADP on Underdog fantasy which will probably be like round fiveish in your home League drafts that's a good discount I do not want him as my wide receiver one if he's my wide receiver one I'm kind of worried about that but if I got him as my two or three I'm feeling very very good Brandon nayuk is Brandon Aiyuk Fantasy Football back and he's probably going to be back in a big way as long as he's healthy on the field he's going to be stretching the field creating separation I think the discounts over I think he's going to jump up a little bit more there was a period in the last few weeks he dropped a round or two in leagues and you were able to cash in on that discount I was talking about him due to that cuz I wanted you guys if you were drafting to cash in on that discount I think the discount is going to be over I think he's going to slowly go up home League's drafts round 4ish round three-ish somewhere around there under under doggish might go round two-ish round three-ish on the top end but still last year steady production the low games were decent and he was able to give you those pop off weeks Gabe Davis pop off Gave Davis Fantasy Football week Dandy with the low points so like I said with a few other wide receivers if you can stomach the High games with the low games this is a guy you want bu he's cheap round 12 double digit draft Capital probably in one of the last rounds of your draft he PA as well with Trevor Lawrence he's going to be an upside Dandy probably will have those games where he does nothing and a few of those games where he's scoring up to here where he wins you some weeks he'll probably win you about four or five weeks this season but you do not know which ones you have to be good at playing the matchups look at the matchups down here and just look at the patterns here against Tampa Bay pass funnel defense against the Eagles a shootout that you know that's going to happen I don't remember the game script but when you're predicting the game script when you're looking at the teams see that Chargers a lot of teams were throwing on them last year the Raiders you see that happening the Jacksonville Jaguars and you look at the other ones like the Jets you know that one was going to be a slower paced game think of the pace of game think of the options that game could have we talk about that in our matchup videos and that gives you the idea to really think about your players so you can set your lineup so we look at things from a
