Intro I'm going to break down the best players to go get walking into week number two coming out of week one players that slumped players that I'm taking the temperature of and I'm telling you I get so many DMS on most of these guys or comments in the YouTube videos about what are we doing with Marvin Harrison Smitty what are we doing with Patrick momes Smitty I don't know about beon uh he he only got Elite usage Smitty but he didn't actually do anything we're breaking down the best Lowe's the fantasy football show week two go get these players Edition begins right now from the fantasyfootball show.com studios it's the fantasy football show I'd have to say my number one go- Patrick Mahomes get player right now in fantasy football week number two has got to be moles Patrick Mahomes has been completely disrespected coming out of his week one Thursday night performance where he had some things go wrong he had a tip pass he had a lot of drops but he has an arsenal of weaponry and if anybody came out of week number one and a lot of people did thinking that momes doesn't have the most weapons he's had in a long time maybe ever when you look at how good rice is right now and when you look at how good Worthy is the combo of the two it's almost better than having Tyreek Hill and Kelsey in their Prime because he has hopefully still something in Kelsey walking into weeks 2 through 17 but he has a combo of worthy and rice and Hollywood Brown who hasn't even hit the field yet that that make up more value and potential output than Tyreek Hill alone with Kelsey would have made could have made did make I truly believe that worthy could be a top 15 wide receiver and I truly believe that Rice could be a top 10 wide receiver and if you do the math on that carry the one it's not that hard [Music] [Music] I think you get a guy that's going to throw for 40 to 45 passing touchdowns a guy that's going to score between 44 and 4950 total touchdowns when you account for him probably running in three or four or five touchdowns he he ran none in last year Patrick Mahomes to me is the definition of byow walking into week number two because we saw the Weaponry the Arsenal the attack and it looks wonderful the output wasn't there and for some reason a knee-jerk reacting Panic Peter a worried William an angry Angus is sitting there going I needed four touchdowns where are my touchdowns Baker scoring more than momes go get momes now you will never be able to get him cheaper than you can get him right now this goes for dynasty too but this guy didn't do what people thought he was going to do in week one and the reason why people will sell him and the the reason why people can't see through the the smoke here is that he just had a bad year he just came off a year where he very much disappointed people having zero rushing touchdowns only 27 passing touchdowns 4183 he was qb7 and his first game out of the gate in 2024 was a kind of dud a similar effort to what he did all last year and it just has a trigger effect with people where they think he's going to continue to be disappointing well I'll tell you what I'm winning leagues you can be winning leagues we can all be winning leagues cleaning up on trading for Patrick Mahomes on the cheap and you might say how can I do that well you might have a quarterback that that did fairly well you might have a quarterback even if it's Dak or even if it's maybe even Kyler and I'm not saying I don't like buying those guys I do like buying Dak right now you could add them to the list as well you can add Kyler to the list as well I think they're both good by low quarterbacks if you're in a worse situation than Kyler or Dak I think climbing up all the way to Mahomes is harder because if the owner of Mahomes doesn't have a quality backup they need your quarterback and how you going to make that work so if you have like a shorter climb to momes from let's say a Dak who didn't play well but I think people would still buy him at the right price I would sell I would couple with that quarterback a player that popped off in week one that I don't necessarily believe will continue with JK Dobbins is one that I'd throw in and I I do like JK for a short period of time I think he does eventually get hurt he's the most injury-prone running back in the National Football League but I admit I miscalculated that he would do well at least right away and you could sell him really high use his draft Capital before he falls off and gets injured and upgrade into a momes by giving somebody a much needed RB that that just dropped a big massive game that has a good run attack I'm trading JK at any turn and this goes to upgrade anything else if I could upgrade a wide receiver that's I don't know kind of lower that played well in week one and upgrade them into an mhj and we might as well jump into Marvin Harrison Jr. mhj mhj is an absolute musthave by low right now if you can buy into mhj who had a route participation at 95% 95% route participation there's one thing that piece of information should tell you that mhj is is going to eat he didn't eat in week one it wasn't like he wasn't a part of the game plan the defense focused on him tried to shut him down they did a good job MJ was open in the end zone at the very end of the game Kyler didn't see him cuz he was scrambling away and if he had caught a touchdown at the end of the game it would have salvaged everything and people would have said yeah mhj I like what I saw you know I want more but yeah okay I'm I'm good I'm I'm on board 95% route participation that that's I mean that's as good as it can almost get if you think for a second that one week takes away all of the analysis and predictions and and anticipation you are a panicked Peter and a knee-jerk reacting Roger and I want you in my league I I I just picture the people that say Smitty what are we doing with mhj what are we doing I'm so freaking out why did I take so and so over so and so Smitty why did I take my I could have drafted this guy those people make me laugh and I'm trying to I'm trying to help you if that is you if you're in my community I don't want I don't want you going off doing that and getting rid of your studs I want to try and uh maybe shock you into realizing that you are making a mistake but I also want my people watching that aren't freaking out like that to go find the league mates in their league recognize this behavior and take full advantage mhj is a guy that I would rank inside my top 10 wide receivers if I'm drafting today of course I would take advantage of getting him later if I could it sounds like we can it sounds like we would but at the end of the day I'm going and buying him as a high-end wide receiver to that will perform I believe at some point as a at least low-end wide receiver one and this guy still very much could be the number one overall fantasy football wide receiver in one calendar year in Dynasty startups do not let one week Define mhj do not let one week make you think that Kyler has no plans of using mhj when he has a 95 % route participation trading at Jaden Reed Without Love for three or 4 weeks is an amazing move I've helped two or three people do that already for mhj JK Dobbins as I mentioned and and a lowly wide receiver for mhj it's ridiculous that he had a 13 to 18 overall ADP and now he can be had using third or fourth round draft capital or even better draft Capital that was way outside of the top four rounds but played really well in week one like JK and you can use that after one week of play to go by mhj do it now bejan Bijan Robinson Robinson was absolutely Electric in many ways and he didn't quite have the production at the end of the day that people Wanted coming out of week one you see Barkley go nuts and you say to yourself I want that for my running back one I invested a first second third fourth fifth overall pick in beon I want touchdowns beon didn't score and that disappointment even though he still did very well considering he didn't have a touchdown 16 points how do you score 16 points when you don't even punch One In The End Zone I mean he's obviously getting fed five receptions for 43 yards 18 carries um 68 yards now the the thing is you got to look at is okay is there a threat right now for a committee of any kind is that what's going through a beon owner's head right now they see that he didn't get big time production or a touchdown and they immediately assume he must be in a committee I didn't watch all the games I was at Bed Bath and Beyond with the old lady or we went to Home Depot I don't know if we have time and I missed the game I didn't see the whole thing so Smitty I assume things right well don't assume Bob don't assume and if you're in a league where you don't have beon then just assume that they assume that he didn't get 90% of the snapshare and he did bejan Robinson got 90% of the snapshare bejan Robinson got 80 plus% of the rushing attempts he was absolutely fed there is going to be a day that may be in week two where he has two or three touchdowns and then it's game over for trying to trade for him and and I think it'll happen very quickly I I do believe bejan will be worthy of the number one number two overall pick in hindsight when season's end is here but right now you have a small window at time even though he did fairly well 16 points is not a bad week his owners just feel very scared right now that that he's in a committee they feel very worried that Kurt Cousins didn't look that good and that the offense is is going to potentially crumble I don't know what it is but Panic is setting in everywhere in this this offense there's comments on my YouTube channel going haa Smitty I told you the Falcons were going to be awful how dare you I told you Schmitty you don't know what you're talking about beon had 60 points I don't where it's coming from but I'm taking advantage of it and if you can trade for him right now using players that that again popped off in week number one players that may or may not continue to do well for example JK Dobbins again I'm not trying to act like he can't do it for four weeks 6 weeks eight weeks and Joe Mixon who I admit as a player I was not high enough on and I take a lap on that I admit my misses it it's it's it's common to miss things you can't get everything right but do I still even though I miss Joe Mixon looks good right now he could be good for four weeks 6 weeks 8 weeks he's an older player do I think I would pass on the opportunity of using Joe Mixon even with another piece to go get beon I'm getting beon every time and so should you Jamar Chase I Ja'Marr Chase mean he disappointed owners in in several ways I think he's a good by low I see people taking Jameson Williams who we loved on this channel by the way J Mo we're big fans of J Mo we've talked him up all offseason we know he's going to have a big year we knew he was going to have a big year we know he's going to continue to have a big year but there's a line where you say Okay line drawn I still want jamor Chase line drawn if I have to give up something significant I still want to go get Alan ra St Brown Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jahmyr Gibbs, Kyren Williams who had a bad game and people are freaking out about Aman ra they're like oh my God J's the number one now people are panicked all over the place and if I can make that kind of maneuver J Mo and JK players like that together to get Alan raw yes I would give both of them easily for Alan raw for Jamar Chase for Gibbs for Kiren who I also think is such an amazing player to go get right now yes I would do that I would give up and surrender players like that with ease Kiren Williams looked fantastic in spots during the Sunday evening game I I think that we we wanted more he got the touchdown punched in and everybody started to feel at ease with it but I'm still seeing a lot of chatter about how Kiren isn't going to stay healthy or the offense doesn't look really good they're going to run multiple running backs Ronnie Rivers is now involved and instead of saying okay well that's bad for Quorum people are like now there's three running backs that I got to worry about and that's not the case mcy loves Kiren Williams Kiren Williams this whole punt return Fiasco didn't affect him at all he punched in a touchdown very aggressive run looked really good in spots it was a weird game and I think Kiren comes for everybody in week number two so your windows going to close no one's saying someone's going to give away Kiren give away bejan give away mhj although they'll give away mhj way more than they're going to give away Kiren or bejon no one's giving away Alman Ross St Brown even more the case that they're not getting rid of him very easily but the manager of Chase Alan ra bejan is very vulnerable tyan very vulnerable dare I say jir Gibbs very vulnerable owner because they just saw Monty close out a game and I saw someone say why did I draft Gibbs over Monty in my comments I said two people word it a slightly different why did I take Gibbs over Monty we heard this last year remember we came in week one week 2 week three it was a long season when jir Gibbs didn't do anything until week number seven I had people coming into my YouTube channel in the comments in the live stream saying I'm unfollowing you Smitty I can't believe I drafted this bum he's not going to do anything Monty's the guy look at this start it was awful I I admit I I was sitting there going how long is this going to happen because this is rough hearing everybody think that this isn't going to turn into what it was going to turn into what we knew it would be and then look week seven on he exploded Monty came back after this by- week and Gibbs was still running back two running back three running back three running back three he had six top three running back finishes tying Christian mcaffrey last year no one was better than mcaffrey and Gibbs in terms of top three running back finishes but for whatever reason people freak out and they they need jerk react and we're already seeing it with Monty and Gibbs right now and and while I don't think it's going to be possible to trade for Gibbs on even somewhat of a remotely cheap level in every League it's certainly something that I'm seeing more than I should be seeing so take it advantage of it King Kade I'm buying L Dalton Kincaid and cancade I don't care if people think he'll never unleash the dragon he's going to unleash the dragon in week two or week three whatever the case may be Josh's going to turn him into a monster the vacated targets are there Keon Coleman's going to consume a lot of them and and on the note of Keon Coleman we look at you know this 40 no 58% vacated Keon Coleman Target in in Buffalo second most in the NFL this guy comes into week number one and he's the number one wide receiver in route participation he's the number one wide receiver coming out of of week number one it wasn't flashy he didn't get some of the opportunities we may have wanted a touchdown would have been nice he was targeted on a touchdown it almost it almost went down and if he if it did it would be a whole different story in ball game but I love that he was is the number one wide receiver when you look at the data and even being in that position as he gets more uh secure in that role in that number one wide receiver role which he has clearly coming out of week one k kade's going to see a whole lot more consistent looks and production coming his way because this man's evolving and keeping the defense honest King kage's Day is coming Trey McBride byy him low same thing with McBride the fact that anybody's even worried about McBride right now is asinine I told you earlier that Marvin Harrison Jr was 95% route participation McBride 90 McBride 90% these guys were not leaving the field these guys were running routes every time the quarterback dropped back Kyler Murray would look didn't find him didn't connect as well as he could have but he's dropping back and they're they're running 90 and 95% this is these are good numbers these are Elite numbers these are absolutely crazy good numbers and I have no doubt about m bride King Kade Keon Coleman Drake London you know what Drake Drake London London's route participation was 100% 100% you know what Kyle pittz was 100% the Steelers aren't going to be the matchup every week people don't give the Steelers enough credit Drake London is a fantastic by low Drake London still you may not believe it after one week I can't help you if that's how you jump off a ship that quick I can't help you I don't want to help you to be honest with you if you're going to jump off a ship after 1 week I don't want to have anything to do with helping you I want to help people that can see the light the light that going after your Drake London who had 100% route participation against a tough defense I want to help London Believers land London from doubting Donny's that think that one game defines Drake London Drake London is one of the best jump ball specialist in the league and I can't wait for him to prove that one week defines no one Tank Dell tank Dell tank Dell got the air yards tank Dell almost got a touchdown grab it was underthrown strad didn't look all that great in terms of accuracy and such but I think uh you know we're looking at tank Dell being one of the better by lows people are so fickle they're running away from this guy as if he can't be an absolute superstar in an offense where there's more than enough to go around and I'm telling you right now the fact that people are thinking one we mean anything in this offense it doesn't it's a rotation I've told people over and over and over it's a 2B 2B 2B situation they're all sharing the rule there's no way one can be the 1A cuz they'll rotate as that high-end pop off Spike weak wide receiver tank Dell once he has his 150 and a touch everybody's going to be back on board you need to get him on the cheat before he has that game these are just a handful of players to go get before week two kicks off and I believe they're all potentially some form or another some level or another League winners for you and your teams in 2024 week number
