for my signature but look what is coming I will send it to you next week look how many fighters uh signed the T-shirt only for you stay positive because you have an amazing people around you kisses basically just kind of fine-tuning things and then getting her all you know ready to go for next week CU pretty much over with she's ready to go Rose is a little bit different she's a technical opponent but she's not a grinder kind of like in J was so for us now it's kind of just technical efficiency staying fast dig dig dig dig dig down the being explosive for a long duration and then also having the conditioning but she always has her conditioning so I'm not really worried about it I only believe in hard work you know there is so many things technology you can put into your C but if you're not willing to work hard the success will not come so first of all what's here and here and here then like technology and other stuff you know just tell her that I'm ready New York fight Alpha meals for me every meal I have it's all like uh put together for me here so I don't have any guest work ever guessing on what I'm eating until he's like laid out breakfast lunch and dinner snacks I even get to eat brownies on Monday for my second snack they're black bean brownies they're not real brownies I was very intrigued with not only the his exercise physi physiological side of it but also the nutrition side of it and boost my hormones naturally and getting as much out of my body as I possibly can and seeing results very fast through him and so that's why I decided to move my Camp to Southern California was because of Sam it's a it's a one of those diet that takes a lot of work you know um and I've been working out my entire life and to see the games that I've made in this short amount of time in just amount of time at all um it's pretty impressive so that's why I'm down here looks like CFL with cheese on it BR Rose today is to have some fun up and get ready to throw down and I prepare for my FS but I take my obligation seriously we are going to the N place I want to do some uh red nails for my fight special one I like to have my my na done but now I always put gel and it's good you know and sometimes the girls in the junor are like how you do this that your na are always done very nice you know but I do gels and it's the best way to do that you see the GL and then you see the red color beautiful red nails I must look good uh on Saturday uh it's like FR this color huh isn't it lots of FL a good hand wrap uh comfortable and real nice and tight and packed so it allows your bones to uh not break that's a good wrap see how tight that is so that's how we do it now build the base build the foundation and the chin will crumble you know you can come in with a lot of confidence in the fight with me and your confidence will finish Blow by blow strike by strike all these Fighters want to talk about fight IQ but fighting is simple to me you hit you don't get hit is that tomorrow morning she has to get on a scale killing this get now those guns I had an amazing Camp 13 weeks of hard training we defend my title for the sixth time I'm making history doesn't matter [Music] what yeah just going to go through some motions cut some weight uh we got the Plastics on we're just going to sweat a little bit stay fresh make sure that the game plan is uh fresh in dudes that like he tries to knock you out when you train um I just hit harder than him naturally and I'm more gifted than him so I land the flush a lot of times and had him on queer Street had him wobbling um that wasn't the first time I knocked him out he said there's no there's no proof of the video it never happened never dropped me never knocked me out so I let that out there let him know
