the Long Island man who allegedly gunned down his ex-wife and her new lover inside their million-dollar home this week scowled as he emerged in handcuffs Friday morning Daniel Copa 50 did not respond to questions as he and another inmate walked out of the sixth Precinct in Seldon he was dressed in green hospital scrubs with socks and no shoes as he was loaded into a waiting police vehicle for his arraignment in central ICP Copa is charged with two counts of second degree murder for supposedly fatally shooting his ex Kelly Copa and her boyfriend Kenneth Pullman as they slept in their $1.1 million St James home around 11:45 p.m. Wednesday the scorn divorce told his teen daughter to stay in his car outside the house just moments before he broke open the front door copela and Kelly 50 have been engaged in a bitter divorce battle he leaves her in the car goes behind the bush and evidently he broke down the door went up and did what he did Pullman's grieving Father Kenneth Pullman senior told reporters outside the home he came back and told his daughter I killed your mother and Kenny that's what he told her copela allegedly fled while his daughter texted her friends in a panic detective Lieutenant Kevin Brier said the shocked friends eventually called 911 the detective said Copa was later arrested at his St James home about a mile from the crime scene he was initially placed under a mental health evaluation for making suicidal statements the shocking killing came after the former couple finalized their contentious divorce a year or two ago Brier said the police were once called to respond to a non-criminal dispute between the couple when they were still married authorities said Pullman's family described Copa as a maniac from what she would say he abused her Kenneth Pullman's brother Tom Pullman claimed pman meanwhile found happiness with Kelly kapala after after losing his own wife to cancer the family said the couple shared the six-bedroom four bath home where they were killed there were many comments made two counts of second degree murder how is this not premeditated first degree why have we become so lenient on criminality another viewer said I didn't see much scowling just a Long Island guy with too much machismo and the failure to adapt to a relationship that tanked what about you what do you think about the issue we raised above please comment and let us know thank you for listening God bless you see you in the next video
