A Slightly Shambolic Shuffle Around the 2024 Knebworth Classic Motor Show - Part Four of Ten

[Music] good afternoon today is the 25th of August and this is part four of the P ch Shuffle around the 2024 nworth Classic Motor Show here at neth House St in Harford Shire we're actually returning to an area where we were earlier on today for a simple reason that these cars have turned up in this entire row since I started fil so we shall cover some of them early range R over here I don't know if this is the suffix a or if it's a kind of a bit later than that but certainly it looks very s of the early 7 doesn't it these are worth a lot of money now Plate's not actually age related so I can't tell you but uh there we go fantastic that sandlow or something I can't remember that's something I really like this an Audi S2 before the conventional naming came through for the AI RS and Ice cars this one dates from 1994 1995 it's based on the let's get this right um I think they call this the B3 Audi coup was it the B4 I don't know I can't remember the difference between those two now but uh yeah that is fantastic it's a car I really really like actually this isn't that absolutely fantastic this might be original wheel but I'm not sure next something else from the 1990s sw20 MR2 it's quite um quite a late one actually 199 on a on a te and hello to Purple Monster TV on YouTube wonderful very early Morris Miner here not an mm or anything like that I think this is a series 2 but it will be go mid 50s maybe be earlier than that actually not a very early Grill from Series 2 it's got the um 54 the grill came in for this by and then another one of these s or RS Audi's 2007 RS4 aant um with a six-speed manual I bet that is quite far VI is also quite fast will be this mitubishi 3000 GT 1997 1998 on anr um this is one of the facelifted ones which don't have pop up headlamps because legislation is already coming in to say that actually that was not legal anymore which is a shame then uh GMC GMC Safari was beat what early to mid 80s it's massive isn't it big rear wheel drive thing um we didn't get over here we did get over here is something really rather nice this is a 1968 69 Fiat 124 sports coupe with a period correct radio in the back of it I've seen this before I can't remember where might be here might somewhere else but that is an absolutely beautiful car um amazing condition I was right about the GMC Safari that's sort of 8586 and then an enormous Cadillac coup DeVille get on air ride or hydraulic suspension I can't tell you exactly which one of those it is um 50s perhaps I don't know exactly then um let's get this model code right if I if I can remember I think it's 285 Series this 8283 on a y and it's the really special model it's a 525e it's one of the lowest revving petol lers I've ever seen sort of economy of an engine we can't talk about but also quite performance of nice car actually these I know some of these have done of 3 400,000 miles yeah really low ring up to only up to 5,000 RPM um but not fuel engine of petrol fabulous engine what so fabulous is this uh Porche 944 cabri let's have a look at the information sheet before we say anything yes it's an S it's a 19 92 on a j be one of the very very kind of um late ones 9250 call 07939 32799 iose that's tempting it's not quite my sort of thing is but um you know it's nice also nice is this wonderful 1966 B sorry Mercedes 250 SE convertible incredibly expensive one new um what's a manual one the num this reminds me of the one that was used in a 1967 episode of The Avengers called de Man's Treasure and that wasn't filmed here but later on that year they came here to film an episode called invasion of the earth B in November 67 but yeah incredibly expensive copper not the same price as Rolls-Royce I would have thought um beautiful something else for sale is this abandon PL 4 L R yes and 67 oh sorry is for sale yes I thought it there it is uh very good I I think I've offered to go one of these actually for the channel so we should be making sure that happens at some point soon because I would like to very much try one of these you want 17,000 called Eddie 07743 1327 excellent oh I forgot to see we have a beige l interior with wood and picnic tables I do like a nice space interior viewers very very much a little bit later than the 250 SE this 1974 75 220 now this is either the 115 114 model I can never remember the different but and it is um it's iconic kind of Taxi shape all over year for ages everybody terrible wind noise he got really loud engines have been in a REV off competition um I have pause for about 10 minutes whil it happened so it's even worse and now we're probably going to have an AB Dreadful singing I do apologize there's nothing I can do about we're just going to have to keep going um mark one CA 1966 this one is um with the airfl ventilation that came in in 1964 St wheels of course then a very late Mark sport 1980 1981 right at the end of production this one would be because the MK 3 came out in the W in 1980 again Min like style wheels a data M panta GTS created 5S speed manual a 198 excellent as we know from many many years of s sh shuffles viewers the mini vans were made until 1982 but they were chained the appearance of the Mark 1 mini models all the way up until the end so this is a an ax 8182 it's still got the uh rear lights in the mark one and and the door hinges and allot of stuff in press steel grill but on the front of the car what you'll see actually Myer whe as well is the logo that became the Austin Rover logo even if it company wasn't called Austin Rover until later in 1982 another Mark for escort here this is I think a bonus 90 or something is it University of one of these and it's a 1.3 basement it looks just like a bonus night9 but we don't really get anything we've only got a four-speed gearbox for a start and it's got a manual choke but you know that's the way people like stuff stuff like this it's in very nice condition really nice conditioned um then 1963 Morris Miner traveler because of course that's the law we must have lots and lots of these of the show we are of course part of Motoring folk so there's no problem really then power 1360 convertible 1970 1971 unusual color I seen one in this color more lucky GT6 in um I one of these 68 a few years ago and the brakes were terrifying ah very nice dark green with a beige leather inter very very nice view oh yes the base Le interior wooden PL even better what engines in this Mark is a 3.8 brilliant well we like that don't weew like that very very much indeed this a very desirable car auto that one it's unusual Sky r33 r33 pull on Instagram I know model it is I get confused about sometimes and then the are get the model the fn2 and the the the fk8 but I can't remember this about this one this is one in the middle of the two um I actually I actually um sourced one of these for a client it wasn't a Type R it was a Civic Tour room there some really good cars actually those as well 7 172 trium stag manual one I um viewed last year was an auto the same year as this that's rather nice I think we're going to have to skip this few it's a petrol V8 oh it is a petrol V8 excellent we actually talk about Defender quite Ed in this very very heavily customized I I couldn't even say remotely what year this is I have no idea this is um an e type series one that's been modified but someone's put a plate on it that as close as possible to what might have been the factory it's probably not looks like a lightwe type as well it probably isn't a like a genuine one it's been recreated but it's very nice old 36 w 44 it's probably not a 36 it's probably more like a 1960 but it didn't change that the intervening years then um toy to Supra very nice view in this interesting kind of color scheme 1996 97 ah yes viewers of Mark 2 CA 600 6970 on H lffy dash color itic we like those we like those a lot Porche 944 1988 to 1989 on an F does look rather special also special is this Panther [Music] kalista what engine this is not sure say hopefully it's the 2.8 V6 with the type 9 5-speed manual oh it is delicious views very nice indeed also very nice is many of you will agree with me is this Mark 2 C convertible 1.8 only made for a couple of years this is actually um second fa model so it' be 1986 I think or 87 on the D next to it a very nice Nova Lux plus I presume this is a um 1.4 that's 2 sorry the family one engine um that is the one highest no's ever did actually bunch of winners in front um 9293 but actually finished late 9293 one of the very last of the neighbors it looks great like that oh yes 1989 1990 Jackie JS with beige level interior do like a nice interior viewers and then we've got something else very special here Aston Martin db6 yes view a db4 and a db6 no DB5 yet though but either side of it do very nicely oxb interior automatic could buy automatic manual a but of course you could there go 65 Mustang one of these we' SE play are very nice yeah FR is 64 but I think 64 and a half or 65 the same thing later Mustang here fox body Mustang they call these there's a report on it actually say it's a 199 95 manufactured one so presumably 96 model year in fact it was a 96 plate skip the Avenger views can't talk about it another box F this is a later the ex very nice food ex bu it's for sale 0795 1461 23 um yes I don't know what that's worth but uh it's very good right view is for the opposite side of the field because my ears were bleeding right how about some nice granadas instead excellent Granada 2.8 injection sport estate yes please viewers 8384 on an a beautiful Mark to Granada and specification of a 2.0 ejection like this then we've got a Mark 1 gear Coupe all three ler gear models in this country get other specifications other place this one be alsoo 70 677 on and R next to it Scorpio just Scorpio in some places beautiful 1980 788 long and we've got a of biscuit leather interior with s of the electrically reclining rear seats in it and all kinds of things 2.9 injection Scorpio very very nice viewers delicious in fact um slightly prefer the mark 2os MK 3s but I also like MK 3s this is a uh 2.8 injection gear X from the last J we made 8485 on the B been a preface S gear 7980 on a v just a uh 2.8 with a carb engine another 2.8 carb Eng same year 1979 80 on a v a little rest water in a final roof excellent then we uh got another another Grenada back there one I from ear this here one one second right very late three Grenada is like the one that I filmed over this year actually it's a Granada Scorpio Cosworth it's absolute top of a tree 9394 on an L earlier m 3 Grenada here 878 8 on an E with the uh black Leever interior and the type 9 5speed manual very sort of 90s mod modified look there um bit different is this Mark 1 here which is I think a car that we saw at the nfield passion of Motoring beautiful car 1974 3 l gear one of the very very first of this kind of um specification of mar one Granada absolutely beautiful beautiful car then um 83 84 Granada but had a different engine put in it they weren't 24 valve engines under Mark 2 at all this would have a later one in from the Mark 3 I imagine say Cosworth on it such special cars all the graders I love them more classic for here VI this is the cpri mark1 Owners Club got some other cpri as well as Mark 1's incredibly early mark one here very first 69 on G this uh bought new and and over 600 GT with the XLR pack on it old Hampshire plate ho with the pre faceless rear lights brilliant you can see here at later m one Capri with the uh later rear lamps 7273 this one is a uh 2 L see again with the um early Mark ones different front end from the later ones Mark 2 3 l s 1976 77 on an R four-speed manual I think it's tipe b or tip four G Ty John play special yes someone stuck that on um could be just a badge but you know looks all correct I don't don't know I mean I'm not a massive expert on Capri but 1.6 very very nice um 75 76 on P very early um Mark 2 Capri here one of the very first actually 74 onm it's a 3 l automatic 3 l gear proud of fact it was a good pre to were they contrast is a very late one on an S so we finished on an s in early 78 this one could as well 3 l gear AO with a Cordo interior can't you get lever on a capri any of them really um oh yes Brooklyn wasse of course Mo others um same era 7778 1.6 probably GL or something L okay claim to be a pre exert and of course I'm not here is a g see if this also 1.6 two L this one you get a slightly more luxurious interior on the GL than the and the L that's driving lamps on that one and we got some MK 3i Capri as well this one is a very early one this is um forest green over I'm I can't remember now it's similar to the one that I drove actually on the channel in 2020 although it was all over forest green rather than the two-tone but very very similar to this one 8182 which is makes an early 2.8 injection like this one as well they're similar in color these two cars both um originally would have come with um the fourspeed manual I still got the four-speed manual in it this has been upgrad a 5-speed manual type 9 gear box then um 8283 injection this one is a 5-speed it's got different seats in it from the earlier ones which have a car to check interior and then even later the next one here this is a after production finished this is 8788 registration a production finished in December 1986 so um one of the last the very last one was on a g plate so even later than that more 2.8 injection modified of course for Caro seats and different front end yeah tip 95 speed big old wing on that one don't know if that's the original plate or not and v two Brooklyn here we go 8788 on on an e although would have been made in December 86 here is Leever interior I was talking about earlier sure this is how they came and um yeah very valuable now particularly the 280 Brooklyn and something even more valuable a Sierra RS Cosworth hatch 8687 on a D um again very valuable series one RS turbo 8485 on a b similar to the one driven by Leslie as from second series of cat size which was think broadcast in late 85 was it 86 um then uh Mark 2 escort two door life as now got a type 95 speed in it and presumably a bit more power than what it had origin um let's go for some more fors why not let's go for three out of three clubs some Mark 2 this is probably the 600 Club isn't it 1970 only this one be so very L got a car um don't name this color it's nice that color more on something like um marful Zha than cinaa but there we go and then uh I think these are two genuine police cars they are consecutive registered OE 579 o 58h very nice I think they are both genuine Lotus cortinez as well Mark two Lotus courtines such such nice condition I have seen them before actually the um Club do exhibit quite a few shows I probably the two four still exist it look so similar to the normal one maybe that was part of the part of the kind of plan is if somebody was coming behind you one of these you fure oh I'm going to get away but you don't because it's a proper Lotus one fantastic then more 1600 e in fact four of them 69 to 70 Jeremy Clarks of course um he had one of these as his first car his father had had one as well so you know it wasn't completely out patter of family ownership this is very similar to one of them that was used in a 1980 episod Professional School Kickback by um Ashley actually Keller such a clean engine worth a long time to get to look as good as this all of those 697 H this is an early one this this is a 1967 there probably a number of differences in interior the earlier ones but externally I can't spot many differences between those maybe somebody can tell me what we actually are here is the mg stand viewers MG Rover Austin in Harford bedfordshire and Essex although this car's actually G from lockum ship this belongs to Mr Brooke from the beards and bangers channel is a 20045 mg zt1 190 but he's just bought now we don't know why it has the collector edition on the back of it we're not sure about that that is going to come off wheels are actually correct for Z te The Wheels on the car when he bought it it actually is in quite good condition you bought this car just for the wheels it's okay um we got some wood in here always some of the things have been taken out which will be sort of sorting out and we believe actually the um UND side of it's okay um there's a big problem with these is a rust on the UND side of them 2000 rer 25 this is just a 1.4 but as a pre- project drive car this one's actually in quite good condition the pre- drive car is generally better than the later one they started project Drive about 2001 and then all the way through to the end of MG Rover in 2005 see best before this has just moved to a different stand so um very very nice 2004 mg zt60 V8 engine um similar one using the Mustang these um were only made from 2003 to uh 2005 um this is in monogram bitter Suite quite a heavy clutch in I've driven one of those d a 2005 one of these and it was it was good although the fuel consumption is absolutely important that's not what it's about though is it mgtf 160 with oh a beige lever interior with arara um from 2005 superb one of the sort of later ones origal generation although we've got some cars I think in here there actually are the continuation models this one wasn't Ved 2004 somewhere around here there is a continuation when it might next part or something um this is actually an MGF it's a mark two like the one that I drove um last month actually very very similar to that one this is a year older than that a 2000 I think with that plate it's a personal plate one i i b for a week was a 2001 a Rover 200 Cabret although this stage I think it were just called a Rover Cabret with the later Dash This one is the uh I think 1.6 automatic the K series engine uh 9798 yeah 1.6 says on there um I think they call it be gearbox then um another mgtf let's see if this one of the continuation cars we to tell you cuz of the switches down there no it's it's it's not quite close not quite this is uh NT actually this so by chat called Larry is a very nice car collection actually this is just one of them and this has been fully respread in the last couple of years so we shall uh skip over this black one because unfortunately we are unable to discuss such things viewers um and yes doesn't know about that this one however is fine um 75 T although this is a ZT we have there some information about it ZT m 2 kv6 be the yeah ztt 180 with the um automatic transmission same horsepower output as a top level 75 B of V8 I'm interested though in this which is the mg Maestro turbo very very nice view these are these are exceptionally rare cars and they're worth a lot of money actually nice nice turbo like this beautiful 89 to 90 on G didn't we right we have to skip that car views and go on to this one 2003 to 475 .8 turbo speed 148 brake horsepower engine we go that's what it looks like quite packed with these hang on a second why is it got a 1.8 badge in the back it's and it's actually a kb6 I'm confused D I sometimes own about things and then another 75 can we see the can we see the dash yet it's a petrol one3 right terrible ending of this part thank you so much once again for watching please don't
