and forth trying to test that knee speaking to trainers but ultimately they decided to shut both of them down all right Maddie let's hope Frank G Jr is okay it's certainly a good sign that he's up on his feet and he was able to walk off under his own power what a performance today by Gore Jr and certainly in the conversation to stick around with buffalo on their practice squad Beyond these cuts on Tuesday yeah absolutely he ends he ends the day with over 100 yards rushing 18 carries for 101 and that was it was a solid day no question about it um he got every yard that he deserved and some that he didn't so Tyler bass will kick it away this one bounces at the five into the end zone and out of the end zone and there's a difference between bouncing out of the end zone and Downing it in the end zone well we want to give a special shout out to our longtime cameraman John Lawrence there's John he's been doing this with the bills and the Sabers for over 30 years he has seen a lot of sports here players flooding the free agent Market maybe there's someone that bean thinks that hasn't been here this Summer that can still help the bills for the upcoming season there are guys and there are different levels guys they think can help them that they would go after that would be an upgrade guys who would be a great replacement for guys they are not able to keep on their own roster uh and yet you know you never know which guys are going to be coveted by other teams that are ahead of you on the waiver wire list so you kind of have to wait and see but you're still put in the bids even though days away from the opener what's this time of year like for you as we get closer and closer to the regular season yeah it's exciting first just being back in Texas after spending a month out in oard we had a great training camp uh I know the last couple of days of practice felt like game uh so I'm itching personally just to get out there on this field being back here at AT&T Stadium front of the greatest fans uh it's an awesome time awesome atmosphere ready to kick it off I'm sure putting on the pads in the jersey in the locker room coming out warming up getting stretched out it's not the same when you got take them off before getting back on the side yeah it's it's it's a little different it's much funner when I get to leave them on get get locked in but get in a hang out with you guys talk and watch these young guys make plays it's good too there you go now we'll talk about that in a second but it's been a crazy off season for you how's the family and how has it change things now going in to another year in the NFL but it's different than any other year yeah it's definitely different it's a blessing uh when I get when I go home I truly get away get to get away from football uh MJ SJ both I'm blessed to have them uh the the family is awesome healthy and uh excited to be here and as I said watch these young guys can't wait what have you seen out of Trey Lance so far and what do you expect tonight yeah I expect his best game uh just a guy that's getting more and more comfortable every day that he's been here from the time that he showed up he's improved so impression during the preseason once again this year trying to earn a spot on this roster today a big day for him Craig rolad our referee during their return holding receiving team number 20 half the distance to the goal first down so that'll set the Cowboys back and Trey Lance at quarterback making the start this time his first preseason start with the Cowboys of course he played the bulk of the uh first two preseason games against the Rams and then last week in Las Vegas his numbers this preseason rank right up there at the top of the league cor number 19 and number 19 Trey Lance is at quarterback for the Cowboys don't think he was on that kickoff but we'll get it straight here all right from the 10 yd line Ryan fenoy at the top of the screen gets a start at wide receiver sixth round draft pick and it's Luke Schoonmaker the second round draft pick last year up near the sticks for a first down to start this one off in the millerite starting lineup for the Cowboys on offense you will not see Tyler gon or Cooper BB which is good news for them as they are getting ready for Cleveland miles Garrett and the Browns in a couple of weeks awesome Richards gets the start at left tackle keep an eye on number 76 fifth round draft pick last year first down pickup of 10 yard for the Cowboys on that pass and right up the middle that's Malik Davis and that's a nice pickup of about five yards Isaiah I'll take that all day along and I know that the Dallas Cowboys offense will well as well this running back room is going to be one that you need to keep an eye on this uh in this preseason game in particular because we know that Ezekiel Ellie is going to be on the squad we know that Hunter lipy is on the squad we also know that Rico D's there but are they going to keep a third running back are they going to keep a fourth running back we'll see tonight second and five for Trey Lance with two back behind him this time and he looks left side and wide open receiver for another first down up near the 34 yd line and that is Tyron Billy Johnson on the receiving end Tyron Billy Johnson out here on the left side of your screen you guys see him he's had a really good training camp he just hasn't had the opportunities in this preseason you see him trying to get out there and make something happening up there at the top of his stamp boom puts his foot in
