it's awesome man especially playing all my homeboy back home homeboy here my friends from Oklahoma just it's real fun to play especially with myself uh man it's amazing thoughts on your rating uh I mean of course everybody want they rating higher uh at least I'm in the 80s though I see some people that that's in the 70s and 60s I I feel kind of good about that but of course I want to bump that up this year uh but not really focused on that for real just we got fall Camp coming up this is all all I can think about right now so right fall camp this year have you ever kind of Gone Away you're going to Platville this year have you first of all have you ever heard of Platville not till I came here no and have the guys kind of talk talk to you about what these next two weeks are going to be like yeah so yeah I mean at my my last school we we went away to practice but we didn't stay we didn't stay away but it was a different environment to practice in so I kind of got the gist of that but now I haven't stayed nowhere yet but it's going to be interesting and kind of hard but it's football at the end of the day so it'll be fun what do you think the benefits of that just being with the guys for two straight weeks is going to be I mean it's just you can't do no better bonding than that uh no outside contact for we have our cell phones or whatnot but like we'll just be each other's faces talking football nonf football just just like we're at a little like a family's house just for two weeks just kicking it with the guys what's this transition been like for you and kind of of obviously you haven't even started really playing yet but like what what's this been like for you transferring coming to Madison and everything that goes into that man it's been pretty smooth the team is real loving real welcoming uh get along with everybody coaching staff uh from the training staff to the players everybody's real welcoming and it's just real family Vibe it's going to be great to get to get to know these guys even some more in it's fall camp with just us hang out and see how we live all live day-to-day basis it's going to be fun Platville just uh I I heard that were you able to pick your your uh roommates or whatnot for Platville then yeah we were uh my roommate is Jackson Another running back so I just felt like it' be good to stay with a running back so we can talk about stuff just on and off the field but mostly on the field so we one of us mess up in practice we can reach out to the other person and just feed off each other was what was the process was it just like them like the staff telling you hey you guys need to pick it and then you guys are everyone's going back and forth between each other I really don't know I got a text saying I could pick my roommate so I don't know how they did with everybody else but so yeah that's how that was you've been also you transferred to two different places during your time college balls it's always been a business it's even more a business now but just you know how is it being a transfer coming in and trying to you know get to know players fit fit in or work your way in and then you know trying to bond during you know what's become you know it's not like 10 years ago where the majority of the roster stayed together for at least three four years right so you got to think about it we got guys other guys in our room that transfer here too it's just or it starts off with our coach coach Bal he's just most upfront and real dude you can ask for so it's like when he's leading the pack everybody has to follow him so everybody in that running running back group is just real genuine real and just all about their business so we at the end of the day we know we're competing but it's all love and it's all business at the end of the day with that running back room how are you feeling because I mean it's it's it's you and chz and then you also have Jackson and we got Yak we have we have the young guys they we have whole we got we got a deep group uh my thing is like I live by just it'll all play out uh just be true to yourself and everything's going to fall in order uh you can't I mean at the end of day I'm competing I want to I want to play I want to start I want to be on the field but at the end of the day everything is going to work out itself uh just stay TR to yourself and it's going to all work out
