the end of 10 minutes whatever they have left in their mouth they have to finish within 30 seconds like it's very specific and and this is going to be live live here in Vegas but live on Netflix as Lamborghini was making too much noise they have noise ordin if you go above a certain deciel they can find you uh but he says my car this is how it came from Lamborghini so this is just the volume of course Denise prudom does not um she is a Wells Fargo employee in Tempe Arizona recently passed away at her desk and went unnoticed for four days where do she work lvac too soon uh she checked in work at 7:00 a.m. on a Friday wasn't found until 4 days later employees noticed there was like this foul stench com come on and they're like uh must be a faulty Plumbing in the building and then they eventually found her dead at her dead at her desk unbelievable wow yeah totally awful a recent study Catching Up On Sleep Lowers Heart Disease Risk showed that people who catch up on sleep on a Saturday and a Sunday have a 20% lower risk of heart disease 90,000 adults studied over 14 years the results show the significant portion of the population that suffers from sleep deprivation those who get the catch up sleep on the weekends actually benefit because I've heard you can't catch up on sleep no according to this you actually can catch up on sleep and that's what I try to do I I stay in bed as long as humanly possible oh man when I don't have the boys I'm in bed at least 11 it I don't um I I hate sleeping in I love getting up when it's dark out and having coffee and watching dayline on Saturday and Sunday mornings um but then I absolutely nap on Saturdays and Sundays ah good yeah so like I love but I yeah but I definitely take good long like a folders commercial over
