"You Just Have a Little Time" Pastor Benjamin Foster 6/19/24

SC show you spe well we'll be getting started shortly just wanted to turn on a bit of music while we're waiting for e e e for for sh for well we welcome you today to the Divine encounter uh Bible study and we're glad that you took the time to tune Us in uh we're just glad for the opportunity that we have uh today uh we have the blessing and the opportunity to look into God's Eternal Word uh and to study it and to grow thereby and we're we're glad that God has blessed us to be able to do so and we are glad for this opportunity and so uh today we're going to be looking at the Book of James and we're going to look at James chapter 4 on today and we're going to start at verse number seven James chapter 4 starting at verse number seven and uh we uh are going to deal with today for a topic you just have a little time that's our topic for today you just have a little time and divine Encounter Church we welcome you to this bible study this online Bible study and uh this is an uh an Outreach from the Divine Encounter Church which is an Arbor Michigan and uh we meet on the campus of Wasa Community College on Sundays 3 pm at the Morris Lawrence building uh normally we will be meeting in Morris Lawrence room 150 it's a conference room in the morren Morris Lawrence building of the Wasa Community College an Arbor Michigan and we meet there at 3M we want to invite you to come out and be with us in person that's our weekly Sunday service Sundays 3 pm you don't have to get up early you can just uh relax take care of some business eat your lunch and then you can come out and be a part of our service and so um James chapter 4 and we're going to start at verse seven let's open up with prayer dear heavenly father in Jesus name we thank you for your holy word and the wonderful opportunity that we have today to look into your word oh God we ask that you would bless us in our Bible study today give us understanding of your word give us insight into your word open open up our eyes and ears to receive wonderful truths from your word help us to remember the word understand it and to practice it anoint my head with oil in abundance that I can effectively teach the word give me wisdom Grace boldness all that I need to be highly effective and give us open ears these rich blessings we ask in Jesus name amen so James chapter 4 verse seven says submit yourselves therefore to God resist the devil and he will flee from you okay so James is giving us some insight uh as to how to overcome the devil in verse seven and how to be victorious in the battle the fight that we are in as Believers and what James tells us is the first key that he gives us is that we've got to [Music] submit ourselves to God you see often times when we think of over coming the devil we don't think about submitting ourselves to God as a weapon and a means by which we can overcome the devil and conquer him in our spiritual warfare we don't even think about that oftentimes what we think about when we think about spiritual warfare is we think about well I'm going to bind the devil I'm going to rebuke the devil I'm going to fight the devil with words and uh I'm going to quote scriptures at the Devil that's often what we think about but one of the keys to you defeating the devil and being successful in the battle that you have with the enemy is given by James when he says submit yourself to God submit yourselves to God see some people are not submitting themselves to God and therefore they're opening themselves up for satanic attack they're not submitting themselves to God they're doing things their own way they're not obeying God they're not following God and when you don't follow God and when you don't obey God and when you're not careful very very careful to make sure that you are submitted to God you set yourself up for an attack from the wicked one because the devil knows that if you're not submitted to God you're on dangerous dangerous territory that's what the devil realizes whenever you're not submitted to God whether you realize it or not you are on the devil's Turf you are on the devil's territory and you give him legal rights to cause trouble and chaos and anguish and grief in your life you give him legal right to cause trouble in your life when you don't submit to God and so that's that's one of the keys to you really having victory over your adversary you've got to submit to God you got to make sure that you're submitted to God in every way the more submitted you are to God the less room the adversary has to attack you you push him back and you restrain him by simply being submitted to God and you can get to the place where that you are so focused and dedicated in your walk with God that the enemy just doesn't have any room to really attack you he just doesn't find he doesn't see really a good opportunity to attack you because you're so submitted to God your level of submission to God determines the level to which the enemy can attack you so submitting to God is a big key to success in the battles and in the wars of our spiritual life we've got to be subed submitted now what is it to submit to God well submitting to God on the one hand is doing what God wants you to do if you do what God wants you to do you are demonstrating by your actions a level of submission at least a level of submission and you do what God wants you to do God gives you a word and gives you something that he wants you to do when you pursue what God wants you to do when you pursue what God's word instructs you to do you are operating in one dimension of submitting to God so one dimension of submitting to God is doing doing what it is that God is telling you to do paying attention to what God says paying attention to obey and obedience is very very valued by God God values your obedience more than he values your sacrifices obedience is better than sacrifice God likes obedience he likes when we just do what he says to do it pleases him in his very heart it demonstrates to God that we really trust him it demonstrates to God that we really have faith in him it demonstrates to God that we have love towards him because we keep his Commandments we do what he says to do you know as a father I have a father of three children one thing I can say is this it gives me the greatest pleasure when my children just do what I told them to do that that gives me the greatest pleasure when they just obey and take care of the things that I told them to do I give them a chore give them an assignment whatever it is if they just simply focus on that assignment and get that done that gives me the greatest sense of pleasure it doesn't give me more pleasure when my children make a sacrifice and do something that I didn't tell them to do you know I if I tell my son go out and mow the lawn I wouldn't trust him to mow the lawn because uh I like my lawn cut a certain way so I wouldn't really trust him to do that but if I was to tell him one day go out and cut the lawn and I was expecting him to do it and then he said 'you know what Dad I come home later and talk to him I said well how did it go and he says you know what Dad I decided not to cut the lawn I decided instead to fertilize the lawn I put some fertilizer on the lawn and I made sure it was thoroughly fertilized and you know what Dad I went further and I made sure that it was watered good and I put some humic acid in the soil and um I put some seed into the soil so I did a whole lot of stuff for that grass and what I would have to tell him is that that's not what I told you to do what would please me more is not his sacrifice but his obeying me just doing what I told him to do you see obedience brings pleasure uh to God just like it brings pleasure to me when my children just simply oy so God just likes obedience he's not asking for us to do something else that we think is better than what he told us to do we see that Saul made this error Saul didn't do what God told him to do but he went in a different direction and he spared uh the Sheep uh from a certain Kingdom he spared the sheep and said I'm going to make a sacrifice to God with this sheep he spared SP their King Spar the the sheep and the Sheep were bleeding and Samuel said did you obey the word of the Lord and Samuel was disappointed because he heard bleeting of the sheep he heard bleeding of the sheep and that's what told Samuel that Saul didn't obey Saul did it his own way and came up with his own idea and decided that well this sacrifice would be better than just obeying God but God just wants obedience and so that's one of the keys to being submitted to God is if you're genuinely submitted to God you just do what he says to do you do what it is that he has spoken to you just get it done no excuses just do it that's becoming a something that motivates me in obeying God the slogan just do it no excuses just do it God gives you an assignment you just do it don't change the assignment don't alter it just focus on what he gave you to do and just do it and if we get more Believers that have that kind of an attitude that just says I'm just going to do it when God gives me an assignment to do is going to result uh in God being able to bless us extraordinarily because obedience brings favor and divine blessings that's what it will bring to you so we've got to submit to God another dimension of being submitted to God is having a willing heart it's not just doing what God Said to do but it's doing it with the right heart you got to have the right heart when you do what God tells you to do you don't just do things and allow your heart to be against it you got to discipline your heart so that your heart is in agreement total agreement with what God has told you to do your heart has to be in agreement that's part of submitting to God your heart has to agree with what it is that God has given you to do agree with it don't just do it but want to do it Isaiah in the book of Isaiah it says this if you be willing and obedient ye shall eat the good of the land if you be willing and obedient he doesn't just say if you're obedient you're GNA eat the good of the hand the land he says if you be willing and obedient so we've got to be obedience on the one hand that's one dimension of submission but on top of that we've got to be willing is your heart willing to do God's will is your heart desirous to do God's will is it your good pleasure to do God's will you got to get to the place where it's your good pleasure to do God's will when you obey God willingly you're going to eat the good of the land and that's a promise from God's word that's not what thus saith Pastor Benjamin but that's what thus saith the Lord and When God Says something you can Bank on it and God has made it very clear if you're willing and obedient you're going to eat the good of the land in other words you're going to get the blessing and the prosperity and the favor and the open Windows of heaven where that God can really move and bring about great things on your behalf some people wonder why the blessings of God are not flowing in their life they Wonder well it seems like I'm obeying God it seems like I'm doing what he wants me to do but it don't seem like I'm getting the blessings well you need to examine yourself and you need to say am I being willing and obedient am I doing both am I being willing and obedient do I have a heart that says yes Lord do I have a heart that is in total agreement with what God has said spoken that's something we've got to learn to do is to make sure that our heart is in agreement we got to make sure that our heart is saying yes just like our actions are saying yes we got to make sure that our our heart and our Deeds are in agreement and then Isaiah lets us know that it's then that we will eat the good of the land the blessings and the breakthroughs will come your way if you can get both you got to have both don't do God's will grudgingly don't do God's will of necessity but do it from a willing heart that's what God is looking for he wants you to do it with a cheerful heart that's what he likes so submit yourselves therefore to God he says in verse seven then he says resist the devil okay James 4 and7 resist the devil so after you genuinely submit to God the next thing you got to do is you got to resist the devil resist don't yield to him don't give him any ground don't give him even a foo hold don't give him any ground whatsoever resist the devil and every sh shape that the devil appears to you resist him I don't care how appealing it is when he comes to you resist him no matter how appealing it may be we are called upon by God to resist the devil resist him to resist means that you're standing against to resist means that you're standing against something someone you got to stand against the devil stand against him okay resist the devil to resist means that you stand firm against him it means that your mind is made up and your heart is totally in agreement with God's will and you are standing in opposition to a force that is opposing God and oppos opposing you you got to stand against the devil stand firm against him that's what it is when you resist the devil you're standing firm against him and your mind is made up I'm not giving him any ground and there's something about it when you stand firm like that submitted to God first and foremost and then standing firmly against the devil when you get those two components together what it causes is the devil to run from you as though he's in Terror to flee means to run from as though terrified so the devil will run from you as though he's terrified by you when you do that that's how you overcome the devil you got to make your mind up that I'm going to submit to God and I'm gonna obey God and I'm GNA do God's will at all cost at all cost I'm G to obey God that uh is a stand that the devil don't like when you're submitted to God and then you resist him you do both of those and put them together you got God's promise the devil is going to flee from you he's gonna run from you he he can't get away from you fast enough and when when you do that and um I believe that uh the reason he can't stand when you do that is because you resemble the nature of Jesus Christ and that nature shines forth from within you and the devil sees that and he he can't take it he can't take that light that Glory that's emanating from you a life submitted to God standing firm against the devil he can't stand it reminds him of Jesus and that's what we've got to do we've got to walk in the ways of Jesus and when you have that level of commitment the Devil he's GNA run from you because he can't take the light and the glory that you're walking in the light and the glory that you walk in is based on your level of submission to God so when you're highly submitted to God and devoted to God the demons they know it they can detect it they can pick up on it in their very uh in their very essence they can pick up on the fact that you mean business and they run from you as though they are in Terror verse eight draw nigh to God and He will draw nigh to you we're dealing with how that we just have a little bit of time we don't have a lot of time we just have a little time well verse 8 says draw nigh to God that's what we need to be focusing on doing getting closer to God draw near to God get closer to God is what what draw nigh to God means in Modern English get closer to God don't be content with being far from God and having a distant relationship with God but get close to God come near to God get up close and personal with God why do you need to draw near to God if you draw near to God uh God is going to draw near to you drawing near to God is something that's valuable in a work world that has so many issues and problems is very valuable when you draw near to God you know people are wasting away their time many people in the church are just wasting away their time every day we inch closer and closer to the Grave every day we're getting closer and closer to departing from this world every day every day we get closer to our demise you don't have forever your life is not forever your life is temporary and just like the Sands of an hourglass your life the time of your life is passing constantly one minute AG go is gone forever and we can never recapture it just one minute ago that time that elapsed is forever gone and we'll never have that one minute again and time is fleeting time is going away time is passing time is not forever you got a short period in this world and what the wisest thing you can do with your time in this world is to draw near and get closer to God that's what we need to be doing it's not the time for people to be rejoicing in Pride celebrating pride no it's not time for that it's time for us to be seeking God that's what we ought to be focused on we need to be calling on the Lord drawing close to him developing a genuine relationship with him we shouldn't be so caught up uh in the pleasures of this temporary life which are passing away we shouldn't be so caught up in what this world has to offer us the pleasures the supposed Treasures the joy of a carnal existence we shouldn't be so caught up on that we should realize that our life is passing it's going away and so James gives us some very wise advice draw near to God how well do you know God how strong is your walk with God how strong is your fellowship with God have you lost the joy of your salvation and are you more focused on the pleasures of this temporary existence are you more focused on movies and TV and internet surfing than you are on your walk with God have you lost the joy of your salvation have you lost your prayer life has your prayer life been taken hostage if it has you got to get up and you got to reclaim it you got to make a decision that I'm going to be close to God I'm going to be near God God and I'm going to know God that's wise use of your limited time if you draw near to God is going to have blessings and ramifications for this present world and is going to have great blessings that will come upon you even in the world to come there's Treasures that you lay up for yourself in heaven when you draw near to God there's Treasures that God will bestow to you in the in the world to come because you turn from the pleasures of this life and you focused on eternal life you got to get your focus temporary and get your focus on the Eternal as Paul said while we look not at the things which are seen But at the things which are unseen for the things which are seen are temporal but the things which are not seen are Eternal you got to get your eyes off the things that are seen and get your eyes on the things that are Eternal God has something much better for you than what this world could ever offer you God has something much better for you than money could ever give you all the wealth and the riches of this present life don't compare to the treasures that God has for us the Bible says that I has not seen Ear Has Not Heard neither has it entered into the heart of man the things which God hath prepared for them that love him God has things for you that are going to blow your mind in the world to come and I believe that we will say I wish that I had done more I wish that I had strived more to impact this temporary life I wish I had prayed more I wish IID studied more I wish I had fasted more I wish I had uh went made it out to the church service more I wish I had witnessed more told more people about Jesus Christ I wish I had spoken up for Jesus more in the world to come I believe that we're going to look back at our lives and wish that we had done more we got a short life only so much time and we've got to make sure we don't waste it so little time so little time draw near to God that's the wise thing to do if you get close to God you're going to impact this world for Jesus if you walk closely with God and you have a powerful relationship with God you will impact the world for Jesus Christ I believe that the people that have the greatest impact upon this world are people that walk the closest with with God when they really really when people really really walk closely with God and know God those are the people that God can use to really benefit this world and help people you want to have impact seek God draw near to God if you draw near to God God's going to draw near to you God rewards those that draw near to him it's not a waste of time when you draw near to God not a waste of time it's never a waste no it's always a blessing there's always breakthrough there's always great treasure for you if you draw near to God God will reward you greatly God will give you he'll give you dreams that give you Revelation he'll give you Visions spiritual visions as a reward for seeking after him he'll show you things he'll show you things he'll show you things to come before they happen if you will seek him God will rewards those that seek after him those that value him enough to be given to prayer we walk with God through prayer that's how you walk with God you walk with God through your prayer life if you spend time with God In Prayer you will come to know God because God Is Gonna Come near to you he's going to reward you because you came close to him and you're going to know God up close and personal if you want to know God up close and personal the key is you've got to go after him you've got to draw near to him then James says in verse 8 he says cleanse your hands ye sinners and that's an interesting statement he makes because he's writing this letter to Believers the the Epistle of James is written to Believers is written to people who have genuine faith in Christ but even though they have genuine faith in Christ he says cleanse your hands ye sinners why does he say that because sometimes saints of God who are born again they end up playing around with sin sometimes people that are genuinely saved and love the lord they're saved but they foolishly play around with sin so that's what can happen if we're not careful you can end up playing around with sin you can end up playing in the mud the mud of sin wallowing in mud and you are saint of God God has saved you God has given you eternal life and he's made you to be born again but you going back wallowing in mud defiling yourself your hands are dirty and your hands need to be cleansed by the washing of the water of the word of God sometimes the reason that we as saints of God play around with sin is because we're not in the word we're not in the word we're just not studying it we're not looking into it but David said Thy word have i hidden in my heart that I might not sin against thee you got people that are in the church and they're toying with sin don't toy with sin James says cleanse your hands ye Sinners cleanse your hands you need the word of God the washing of the word of God that means you got to study and meditate in God's word and you need to hear good preaching and teaching of God's word you need to get in the word cleanse your hands through the water of God's word and sin if we toy around with it long enough we keep playing with it it will cause us to end up falling away we will fall away from God if we keep playing with sin sin is deadly there nothing to play with don't think that oh I just want to toy around uh with this a little bit I'm not going to go back to the world and just totally back slide but I just want to Tinker with sin a little bit you are deceived and you are under the power of deception and you are in great danger don't play with sin it's like a person it's like a child playing with poison it's like a child uh that somehow got a hold of a vile of cyanide they think it's cute to play with some cyanide it's like a child that got a hold of a lighter and they're playing with that lighter see it's foolish doesn't make sense for you as a saint of God to play with sin you want to please God get the sin out get rid of the sin you get rid of the sin that's one way that you can draw nigh to God cleanse your hands ye Sinners those that are toying with sin cleanse your hands quit playing around with your Eternal Soul the wages of sin is death sin will kill you it'll cause your your spirit to be separated from God sin separates you from God so don't play with sin so he says cleanse your hands and purify your hearts you double-minded purify your hearts purify your hearts there's junk that sometimes gets into our heart and it defiles us there's contaminants that sometime get into our heart and contaminate our very Spirit there's things that can contaminate you unforgiveness can contaminate you bitterness can contaminate you hatred you hate it can contaminate you uh deceit having a deceitful heart that's that's a form of contamination that's one way you can end up contaminated if you allow your heart to become deceitful you're not being honest you're not walking in Integrity we're called upon to walk in Integrity by the grace of God Integrity so he says you got to purify your heart purify it get the junk out if you worship God and get into God's presence God can cleanse you if you worship God and his fire burns within you the fire of God can cleanse out the junk it can purify your heart the fire of God can uh cause your heart to be clean before God when was the last time you cried out to God God send you a holy fire send your Holy Fire oh God and cleanse me on the inside we got to cry out to God for his internal cleansing there's junk that defiles us sometimes there's junk from this evil world that sometimes gets down into us and we got to ask God to purge us with his up we got to ask God to cleanse us to create in me a clean heart oh God and renew a right spirit in me like David said a clean heart before God says purify your hearts ye double-minded so what this verse is indicating is that people that are double-minded have hearts that are not pure he says purify your hearts ye double-minded you can infer let me repeat that you can infer from that that people that are doubl minded they don't have pure hearts there's something wrong on the inside of them there's some refining that needs to take place there's some impurities that God needs to remove he says purify your hearts ye double-minded get rid of the the junk that defiles your heart so you can be singl minded you got to have a single Focus you got to get to the place where yet your your sole focus is Jesus Christ that like Paul you'll say that I may know him and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of his sufferings being made conformable unto his death if by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the Dead you see the focus that Paul had he said 'I want to know Jesus I want to know him but we want to know uh the movies and TV shows we want to know uh the pleasures of this present life and what it can offer us I'm not saying that you should never relax and take out some time to be refreshed but sometimes we just get too into these things and it causes us to become defiled inwardly because we become double-minded we got a mind to go to church but a mind to sit at home we got a mind to pray and a mind to not pray we got a mind to fast and a mind to not fast we got a mind to study the word and get into the word of God but then we got another part of our mind that says no I don't want to study the word of God we're devil minded we have two minds that's what devil mindedness really speaks of it speaks of a situation where that you have two minds you are not committed totally to the plans of Heaven you want God and you want the world too you want God and you want riches and wealth in this present world too you want God and you want a bunch of leisure where you can travel the world and sit back and sip tea on the beach you want God and you want to somehow be a friend of ungodly people you want the ungodly to approve you and Patch you on the back you want the ungodly to like you and you're more concerned about their approval than you are about God's approval you're more concerned about the approval of ungodly men than you are about the approval of God who sits on the throne your focus is off you're devil minded and your devil mindedness is an indication that your heart is not pure purify your hearts ye doubl minded make sure your heart is clean before the Living God double-mindedness is dangerous James lets us know that a double-minded man is unstable in all of his ways a double-minded man is unstable in all of his ways when people get to the place where that they're double minded they got a mind to do what is right in the sight of God and and a mind to do something else when people are double-minded like that they're not going to make it in their in in their walk with God they don't they don't do well I remember in my Ministry to uh inmates I did I did jail Ministry uh for good number of years or probably over 13 years of of jail Ministry and in dealing with those inmates you'd see the same ones uh leave the jail get released and come back to the jail you saw recidivism you saw a cycle a cycle of failure in their lives where that they would do good for a period Then they would fail and go back to their old ways break the habit of alcoholism and drug addiction and then go back to it they would be back and forth back and forth many of these inmates had issues because they were addicted to a substance they had a substance addiction and uh you know because of this addiction they found it hard to stay away from crime and the real issue with those men why they were in and out of jail is because they were doubl minded they allowed themselves to have two minds I want to serve God and I want to serve self I want to be free from drug ad addiction but I want the pleasure that drugs give me I want to be free from alcoholism but I want the joy that alcohol can give me I want to be free from uh addiction to women pornography sexual addiction I want to be free from that but on the other hand I I like the pleasure that's associated with it I want Treasures in Heaven I want great blessings and Treasures in Heaven I want to lay up Treasures eternally but on the other hand I want wealth and pleasure now I want to have a bunch of money and a bunch of pleasure in this life see double-mindedness double mind mindedness and so what I found with those inmates is that they just did not have a heart they didn't have a heart to just be totally committed to God they just weren't totally committed to God we got to be 100% committed 100% all the time and in every way that's what that's what it takes you got to be committed you got to make sure that you don't allow yourself to fall into double mindedness two minds is dangerous to have two minds so the lack of commitment is what destroy those inmates and what messed their lives up the lack of a single mind they could just be totally committed they were just committed they would make it they could just get to the place where they were totally committed I'm confident they would make it I'm confident they would they could have a single mind your mind has got to be made up if you're going to make in this walk of Faith you want to make it with the Lord and you want to continue to do what is right you got to have a single mind a single focus singl mindedness and so he says verse nine be afflicted and mourn and weep we're busy eating and feasting and laughing and having joy in this life but James says be afflicted and mourn and weep it's time for the church to learn how to mourn who cares about uh if we miss out on some of the temporal pleasures of this life we've got to learn how to be people of mourning he says be afflicted and mourn and weep okay when you deny yourself and you seek God that's mourning when you focus on pleasing God and spending time with God In Prayer that's mourning you're afflicting yourself and mourning we got to learn how to weep before God weep and cry out to God for change we can't be sit back and allow ourselves to just enjoy uh the horrible things that are happening in our world we've got to be people that mourn over these things don't laugh and take pleasure in the evils that people are getting involved in mourn over those things say God save this wicked World change it give people to turn their hearts to you give people a breaking so that they would humble themselves and seek after you he says be afflicted and mourn and weep let your laughter be turned to mourning that's the time that's what time it is let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to heaviness there's a time to Rejoice the Bible says uh weep with them that Weep the Bible also says Rejoice with them that Rejoice there's a time to rejoice but the time to rejoice and laugh is not always it's mourning time when the world is going in the in the wrong direction and is seemingly heading on a Highway to Hell is morning time be afflicted and mourn and weep weep over the the horrible things that are happening in this World weep over the troubled times that we're living in weep over the blindness of America to embrace sin to call evil good and to call good evil it's morning time it's time time for us to Humble ourselves and mourn over the the evils that are happening in our world our laughter needs to be turned to mourning it's time to pray it's time to cry out to God we don't have forever we don't have a lot of time we don't have a good amount of time we just have a little time we don't have forever we just have a little time let your joy be turned to heaviness humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord and He Shall lift you up humble yourself verse 14 says whereas ye know not what shall be on the tomorrow for what is your life it is even a vapor that appear for a little time and then vanisheth away you see that your life just appears for a little time all you got is a short time period to impact Time and Eternity all you have is a little time is what James says he says what is your life it is even a vapor just a little Mist if you take a little spray bottle and squirt it and that little Mist comes out that's all your life is when compared to Eternity just a little shot of spray a Mist it's a vapor that appears for a little time and all you have is a little time you don't have forever you got to number your days you got to realize the importance of laying up Treasures for eternity you got a short time period a short time window a little time all you have a good way to en Envision it is this on a tombstone you you'll see look on a tombstone and it'll say Jane Doe and it'll tell say the year that she lived 1948 to then it'll have a little Dash then it'll say maybe 1999 that little Dash between those two numbers that's your life it's like a vapor it appears for a moment is not forever and you got to prepare for eternity prepare for the reality that you're getting out of here all you have all you have is a little time you don't have forever it's a short time window that God has given you wake up wake up it's time to wake up and focus on the work of the Lord it ain't gonna you're not going to regret that you didn't become a billionaire in this life when you reach eternity you're not going to regret that you're not going to regret that you didn't become a multi-millionaire when you leave this life and enter into eternity you're not going to regret that what you will regret is that you didn't do more for Christ only what you do for Christ will last you got a short time wend your life is a vapor just a little time as we bow our heads for prayer dear father we thank you for your holy word we thank you for this time and the insights the valuable insights and Nuggets of truth that you've given unto us we ask that you would help us Lord God to to value our time to realize in our heart of hearts that eternity is just around the corner and all we're given is a little time help us oh God to stay busy doing your work without fear without apprehension of any kind focusing on eternity and on pleasing you in Jesus name we ask all of these rich
