all right hello and welcome to Viva Las Vegas 2.0 I am out of YouTube jail Purgatory whatever they call it just in time for our uh our verdict so good timing in that regard that even though we didn't get to live stream his because I violated Community standards and copyrights and all sorts of horrible horrible things I don't know that's what sucks about YouTube is they don't tell you well I one copyright because of the stupid um yodeling pickle apparently that video when we were looking at the reviews and the videos on Amazon that was copyrighted and I got a strike for that and then I had to it'll go away after 90 days as long as I don't have anymore uh copyright violations or whatever but yes I had to take a quiz or like a little little watch a video and then take a test and lose my dignity to be able to to do that but the good thing is folks I did I talked to my attorney I talked to YouTube attorneys and everything like that and legally I can still call myself Ben B so so there's that there's a feather in my cap yeah um I don't know if it means yeah well I can't I'm not going to play any more videos that's what that's what did me in man that's what uh that's what got me man um I was playing that stupid yodelling pickle video so anyway we'll see hello everyone no I am not Benjamin yes me and John F that goofy pickle and the Amazon in it's like someone with like a fancies yourself an Amazon influencer has like 3,000 subscribers but it's like come on seriously anyway well maybe we can show just the the the listings but I I can't I don't know I gota wait 90 days at least before I dare show any more videos whatever any of the videos that are associated with the uh with the products because that's what did me in man and then well then so there was the the the copyright strike [Music] um and then there was um and also then I got something for violating Community guidelines and that's all they said and it's just like what is that and they can't tell you they they or they won't tell me I don't know so I violated Community guidelines so it's uh yeah so anyway but I can still call myself Ben that's that's that's key but anyway um yes I think the products are still okay to show um I mean lots of people do that I guess just don't show the video uh anyway yes so I violated the community guidelines on YouTube but I don't know what they are I don't know what I did to violate them so that's how they get you that's how they get you just a self-censor they don't even tell you you don't Peak you don't look I hope it wasn't that that's that's like a valuable community service because I was like shocked how many people didn't know that when you're at the urinal you don't look no nothing spicy nothing spicy so but while ironically while I was in whatever limbo there I did uh I think I will be able to add memberships and super chats and all that soon so we did cross that threshold so yay for us so anyway yes about tell us I'm I am actually I gotta say that I am shocked I am shocked that the this jury took two and a half days to deliberate because I thought they would take like two and a half minutes yes I will say they they seem I mean I can't imagine that they're going to say not guilty there's no way there there's just no way they're gonna come with a not guilty M I just I don't know but what do you think I mean they seem hyperfocused though on his um what you call it on his on the defense attorney's argument that the killer had hair or whatever I don't know I don't know I just I just can't imagine I I'm like I'm shocked I that's like a victory in and of itself that they took two and a half days on what I thought would be what would be uh two oops yes Sean that's just like you don't even it's like it's just something that we we you know that you don't look and you know we just I guess we're just gonna have to keep repeating that message until till it breaks through well Kel Mar that's the attitude we like to not watch outside of Viva Las Vegas 2.0 but anyway so we will see hopefully here pretty soon I could say yeah I mean John I did watch I mean I don't know how he's gonna get over his own the defendant's own testimony Bravo June that's what we like to hear that's what we like to hear yes I just got out of whatever I was in but yeah I agree as a defense attorney that's like uh because we don't win you know defensive criminal defensive turns we we it's rare it's rare when we win so if you can beat like oh some of the charges beat some of the more serious charges you're like that's great or you know what have them on a terrible case like this deliberate for two and a half days like that that's amazing I mean that's that's what I say his attorney Bob dasovich does have a very very good reputation here amongst uh amongst the defense bar uh I don't know calary I'm gonna have to come up with I gotta I gotta think of stuff I don't know long streaming trials I'm not sure I think that's Pro partly what got me into trouble was when I had to go last Tuesday leave the stream unattended and they ended like that and I think that was part of the problem so we'll see but now I gotta gotta think of stuff so offices there's across the street I there's a an outlet mall and uh yeah they staked out the staked out the secret Rendevous and got it on video and sent it to uh woohoo calarie all right thank you very much so yes those are the the the whistleblowers whatever that started this oh man there's a um gosh if you want to like if they get a not- guilty ver there's no way there's no way it'll be a not guilty verdict but I've heard I saw there are some interviews out there with them that like gosh you know we're kind of you know we went to him he was really the only one that gave us the time of day because everyone at the county and when they tried to go up to up the ladder we like look he's an elected official we can't really fire him you know the voters have to do that we can't really do much and so oh there's Bob drich and Mr Horath and where's our defendant anyway but no they were they were saying gosh you know they kind of some of them feel guilty like they have like you know we turned around to the story that ended up that ended up killing him you know basically ended up costing him his life and so they're like look we need and so I know I mean it's not really their fault and they didn't they didn't know that some crazy man was going to kill the the video so or the didn't know some crazy man was going to kill the uh the reporter so could you imagine how they would feel if they finds a murder was committed by means of lying in weight the jury unanimously finds a Mur was committed by means of elder abuse guilty of first agree murder with use of a deadly weapon special verdict rolling so there you go all right well well that was fun I'm glad they waited a couple extra days so I could get out of uh Community guidelines Purgatory but anyway there you have it no surprise so uh yes I thought he was guilty I mean I'm like I say I said it earlier you know criminal defensive turns we don't really win a whole lot so the fact that you can make a you know how a jury deliberate two and a half days on something that most of us thought would take what is it take enough time to elect your four person and uh check the boxes on the on the jury forms um that was um two and a half days was um crazy I wonder if I don't know I'm guessing I mean on something like that I'm guessing it's probably maybe one or two that weren't totally convinced or maybe bought the um defense's argument about that the killer had hair was one of the things I think that um been asking um no unfortunately I have to go I have to go do some jail visits and I've got another appointment two o'clock so I will not stream the penalty phase live maybe we can watch later but uh anyway we'll see we'll see what happens but thank you and it's good to be back and thank you all for showing back up after my it was just picking up a security system I thought nothing of it or was it just for fun right one night while touring a lady was in our group who told me about unexplained events that took place in her office in that building the same room I knew was the location of a sudu suicide 40 years ago I hadn't known about all the activity and she hadn't known about the suicide at another location we passed an abandoned house and a guest joked about a spirit coming out and she stepped in front of the gate the reader went wild two others tried to get their meters to react but they wouldn't the lady taunted the spirits again and again her meter went off what I bought for fun does seem to pick up on serious presents there you go there you go but I kind of like the Ghostbusters one you know where it's got the little things that come out and lights up but anyway there you go test my luck and see if I get a strike for violating Community standards talking about ghosts and evil spirits but those
