of Commander started you know right at the end of laston ofous going over our offer our capabilities um and we really wanted to hit the mark and raise the level of canand field so like to present Chev Evan he will talk through some of our new signature items and then we will introduce you to some of our local Partners Che I'm Evan Martin I'm going to be your culinary consur if you will so let's begin with uh one of our newest signature items which is our legendary long hot dog first one is with pork and it's dressed with uh crispy onions uh mini bell peppers jalapeno peppers and it has a spritz of uh spicy aoli the second is our brisket foot long hot dog which is dressed with a spicy SLO pickled red onions jalapeno and it also has the barbecue AI next probably the granddaddy of them all is our new raising hell nacho and this this one is dressed with brisket barbecue aoli pickled bread onions uh mini bell peppers jalapeno peppers and scallions to brighten it up all right you saiding H raising h i l h h i l not h e double hockey sticks all right next we have a trio of mac and cheeses starting from the right we have the pork mac and cheese which is dressed with um jalapenos it has a little uh SLO it has crispy red onions and scallion our second one is a buffalo mac and cheese which has blue cheese crumbles and it's touched with scallions as well and our last is the brisket and this is a house smok brisket that comes again with the spicy SLO pickled red onions have uh mini peppers and we also have mini jalapenos all right next we're going to move to this side I'm opal side I'm the director of operations here for leaving we're going to introduce you to some of our uh local Partners um that have come to us first I will introduce you to Chef James Taylor he represents DMV crab rolls Chef James you can tell them what you're offering hi you guys doing chef James DB c r this my fourth year here at uh FedEx we're located downstairs on the main Concourse section 141 all we have a jumbo lump crab meat wrapped in the crispy egg roll fried to Perfection with homemade Mumble sauce and serve with over fries as well so apprciate next we've got jef Brodney Taylor who represents um our fireman's Cafe Rodney you can tell them what you got hello everybody UHC me uh I'm at 323 on the club level and I'm the home of the shra uh instead of shra cake you get a instead of crab cake you get a shra cake which is shrimping crab we also do Seafood soul food you got the rocking fish in the house got uh sh fries is uh crab mean shrimp on our fries with our special sauce that's what we know for sh sh shrimping crab in all right next we have James choy song Hot Dog hi everyone so this is a we I'm BR for the Korean TG this is something is funny right so we are the um like a Korean street food and bring here to the stadium like like a football stadium so this is a very unique cheesy and then crispy and then we put it in the the S mayo and Swit and just eating with a hand one hand that's it yeah thank you thank you very much additionally not represented here with us today is our South Mountain partnership they will be providing this year you'll have you'll see over here South Mountain uh that is called the major hog that is going to be an ice cream sunday that comes either with a cookie or a um a cupcake on top of um the Sun that takes us through our let let them eat okay you guys want to try uh that we had sample sizes out here for everybody so feel free
