HE DID NOT SHOOT FROM THE TREES OR CROWD BEHIND THE FENCE, AND SHOOT FROM THERE, HE WENT TO THE ROOFTOP THE SECRET SERVICE FAILED TO SECURE. THIS WAS NOT JUST TARGET OPPORTUNITY. HE WAS ABLE TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF SECRET SERVICE FAILURE, WHICH ALWAYS BEGS TO THE QUESTION OF DID HE HAVE ANY OTHER HELP INVOLVED FROM SOMEBODY IN THE GOVERNMENT OR SOMEBODY WHO WAS THERE THAT WAS TELLING HIM WHERE LAW ENFORCEMENT WAS OR WASN'T. OTHER THING ARE EXPLOSIVES, TODD, YOU DON'T GET DETONATION CORD OFF THE SHELF, YOU HAVE TO HAVE A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE TO GET DETONATION CORD.
