Trying New Barbie Krispy Kreme Donuts! | 65th Anniversary Edition

hello y'all and welcome back to the channel I have a quick little taste test for you um if you're not aware Barbie is celebrating 65 years and so they have collabed with Crispy Cream Donuts as you see here to create four new Donuts that are espcially um Barbie special edition Donuts so they do come in a 12pack um or the Dozen but you can also get them what I call the they call it the three it's a three pack and it has of the flavors and then the fourth flavor you can also get all of them separately as well so you can get them in the Dozen in the three pack or individually so I chose to do the three pack which has three of flavors which I'm going to show you now and then I got the fourth one um as a single so I paid um about 10 bucks for all four um so here we go all right so the flavors the four new flavors here we'll start the first three I'll try to point them out so you have the Barbie pink dut which is inspired by Barbie's iconic pink and popism an original glazed donut pipe with pink buttercream sprinkled with sparkly pink sugar and top with Barbie sunglasses so that's this first one here that is again the Barbie pink dut the next one is the Malibu dream party dut and it's inspired by the fun and fashion of the Barbie Dreamhouse and it's an unglazed donut with um that has cake batter filled cream and it's dipped in Malibu blue icing so here we go here that's the second one with the blue and then the third dut is the Barbie berries and cream dut which has an unglazed shell donut filled with strawberry cream dipped in white icing and drizzled with purple and pink buttercream and topped with a Barbie heart and then finally we have the Barbie sweet 65th donut now this one is pretty much your average donut just with the um topping so this one is an original glaze dipped in chocolate icing and topped with the sweet 65th sprinkles it looks like some kind of pearl there if you can see it so I'm going to take a bite out of each one just to see what they taste like now I'm not going to eat a whole one of any of them yet because I'm about to cook dinner but I do want to do a taste test just to see and the girl at Christmas cream I did the drive-thru she told me that the strawberry one all the flavors go great together which I'm hoping for because I love strawberry flavored things and also I'm looking forward to the house one here because I love cake batter and that's what's what it's filled with the other two seem to just be pretty much glazed donuts with icing so I'm going to go ahead and start with this one on my plate the 60 sweet 65th and go from there all right y'all we're going to go ahead and take a of the first one let's [Music] see it's been a long time since I've had a Crispy Cream and I love it and again that's basically your GLA original glaze with chocolate icing and sprinkles let's move on to the others I'm going to skip the actually I'm going to go ahead and start with the strawberry one looking forward to it and'll see so the strawberry one is this one here so this be strawberry field you can see it a little bit sticking out winds so I'm going to turn it around that way so I can make sure I get a taste of the fing M delicious if you love strawberry you'll love this all right y'all next we we have this one that's supposed to have the um cake batter cream you can kind of see there it's kind of a yellowy cream so I'm going to take a bite out of it it definitely tastes like cake batter which I like and the last one is also just the glazed donut so that one's the pink donut so I'm not going to bite that one because that's essentially just a glazed donut but I am going to take a bit of the icing let me show you just as a reminder this one so I'm just going to take a taste of the icing and also let you see it that's what it looks like it's supposed to have some pink there we go some pink kind of sparkly stuff in it you can see a little bit of it all right icing is just supposed to be sparkly pink sugar okay so yeah it does taste like it tastes like pink icing it does have the sugary um taste not a ton of flavor hey y'all um my phone filled up apparently is full so I'm fighting with that as well everything is always full so I am offloading things to um make sure my phone is available for filming I can add a extra memory card in there so I might end up doing that but anyway I want to wrap up the review and what I was saying before my phone so rudely cut me off is that the pink um the dut with the pink icing for the most part it's just a glazed donut with pink icing and as you saw on the film or on the footage um it does have a little sugar crystals in it and it pretty much just kind of tastes like pink uh sprinkles or pink sugar like pink sugar is is literally the best way I can describe it so not a strong flavor um overall and like I said you saw I didn't take a bite out of that one so maybe all together you might get it but it's just a hint of a flavor it's more so just the icing with the pink color but the sugar crystals are what give you any kind of flavor or taste so I would say that my favorite um out of the four is probably the cake batter one in terms of I don't know I would say it's really a tie I would say it's probably a tie between the cake batter and the strawberry field one so both of the field ones are my favorites I really like the sweet um the 65th I think it was the sweet 65 um doughnut which was the one with the chocolate icing and the sprinkles but honestly that's just the glazed donut with chocolate icing and sprinkles it had of course special Barbie sprinkles but you can get pretty much a chocolate doughnut which a glazed dut with chocolate icing and sprinkles anytime so I did like that one um but it to me it was not necessarily anything special because it was something I can get any time but in terms of something that might be a little bit different um I would say probably the strawberry and the cake batter are my top my favorites out of that um I would say they're both tied I haven't I didn't taste too much glue icing when I ate that cake batter one I'm actually probably about to go ahead and finish off the strawberry one tonight and I did eat this the um sweet 65 so those are my favorites um those are the ones that I would recommend men if you're trying something new and if you do like if you like strawberry you're going to like the strawberry filled one if you like cake batter because the cake batter taste was very much on it and if you like that type of flavor then you'll like those two um donuts for sure um my least favorite definitely was the one with the pink icing because I didn't feel like it gave much of a flavor um altogether so yeah definitely probably one I would not buy again and you can buy each dut individually so I would say if I was just buying them again I would definitely get the two fied ones um again for sure so that's my recommendations let me know if you guys have tried the Barbie Donuts um I believe I saw that they should be available limited time of course until September 15th so not very long it's only a couple of weeks um or so about two and a half weeks so I'll probably do another round of them I don't know if I would buy the three pack I probably just go get the two filled ones individually so that should cost about $5 they're about 250 a piece when you buy them individually um the total for the one that I bought this what I bought the combination I bought the three pack and the single was about $10 and some change today um because the three pack is like 750 I think and then the single is like 250 a piece something like that so with taxes a little over $10 so you can make a decision and then of course you get the Dozen I think it's like around $20 unless jef coupons they do put out coupons from time to time so check those out but again let me know if you guys have tried the Barbie Donuts the 65th anniversary edition or if you are planning on
