The Florida Gators Dynasty Begins in College Football 25! Ep. 1

oh man this is crazy we are 1 minute away from the game launching and we're going to be diving straight in I'm going to play the first game of my Dynasty mode with the Gators as game one in this game no experience no nothing we're not learning mechanics nothing we're going to learn the hard way we're going to go straight in but this game's going to launch in less than a minute the support on this channel has been crazy I mean honestly I just really wanted to play this game I just had a passion for playing this game and I thought it would be so cool to be able to share it with like 100 people and by the time the game goes live there are over 2,600 of you supporting this channel that is crazy so I am extremely humbled grateful all of those things it means the world to me to have you guys here so I want to know what you guys are doing when you load in we're going to load up and go straight into Dynasty mode in less than 20 seconds so much stuff coming on the channel we've got dynasties we've got rebuilds like there is going to be content flowing I've got plenty of time to be working on it so we're going to jump straight in I'm just really hoping that the servers going to work so 3 seconds congratulations boys we made it let's play college football 25 look at this it is loading are we recording I've had this fear all day I won't lie to you guys I've been nervous all day about getting this right I really wanted to get this right because all of a sudden I have this responsibility with you guys to deliver good quality content you know so I've been stressing about it all day like I've actually got game day coming up myself so here here we are we are in college football 25 let's go and the okay my biggest takeaway of the game so far is that the game feels alive with the fans the crowd the bands everything every game you play like the crowd feels like they're into it which makes the game feel so much more alive which is just incredible so the Florida Gator Dynasty will start today college football 25 Dynasty I just I've always wanted to do a series man I've always wanted to do a series and share it on YouTube with and have some people just like hang out with me and enjoy it with me and we're going to get to do that here now on this channel which is which is so sweet oh okay look at the you see immediate theming like we have an immediate the this is this is awesome look at that that looks sweet you've got Albert hanging out there and we're going straight into I can't believe we're in the game I feel like I'm going to get kicked off but we're going straight into Dynasty now there was only ever one man that was going to lead this franchise forward and it was always going to be Timmy TBO so Tim TBO is the head coach that's what we're doing I did make him a little bit more aggressive I'm not going to mess with playbooks or anything right now we're just going to make sure that we can get jumping straight in and we'll see what happens from there we might tweak them a little bit further down the line but as for right now we're going to leave it as it is okay so we're just getting used to the menus to be honest there's so much stuff to get used to here I haven't even seen these screens yet so this is all brand new the game is brand new I haven't even played a game yet but we're in the dynasty that was always going to happen I I've been been so nervous to play this first game of Dynasty all day today I couldn't do anything else first so we're going to be doing that but it says here that you've got a weekly to-do list so you have to set up your recruiting board and Scout prospects right out of the gate before you do anything else so I'm going to take a look at the prospect list we have 875 hours to spend now this is why we're going to do a small school as well because the bigger schools have more hours per week to spend on recruits the smaller schools have far less so I've seen some schools that have like 400 450 hours uh whereas the Predators obviously have a stronger pipeline um more of a pedigree and a lot more hours to spend and when you come in and look at this I did mention to you guys that you can arrange your recruits by their interest and there are a lot of schools that have us as number one so there are going to be elements of this that make it a lot easier for us to recruit than some others but again as I mentioned that is why we're going to be doing multiple dynasties on the channel right out of the gate now when it comes to focuses for the recruiting class for this year obviously the future quarterback is DJ ague and I do think that he's going to play a lot of this season as well particularly if we start winning big or if we start losing big I think I'm going to put him in cuz I want to develop him as much as I can so that over the next couple of Seasons we've got a shot at you know making a run in the college football playoffs so we are going to make sure that he gets plenty of playing time but I do think that merch should still start like if we're doing a realistic rebuild he should probably be starting then at running back obviously we lost Trevor etn so we still have Montreal Johnson and then three freshman running backs so the pipeline there looks pretty strong but we'll still obviously be in the market if anyone comes up wide receiver Eugene Wilson is going to be leading the line but the biggest thing for me on the offensive side is the offensive line because outside of Jake Slaughter at Center who is an 87 overall by the way which is really good so we can kind of build around him I do want to be looking for some good prospects I mean you look at kind of the tackles there we've got two Juniors and a senior two of those are right tackles so we need offensive tackles couple of freshman on the opposite side 74 overalls so if I can find a couple of low 80s high 70s we're going to do that in the recruiting class now I don't really know what the thresholds are early on like is it you know would you consider an 80 overall freshman like a really high level five-star freshman or is that you know where does that kind of sit so we're going to figure all that out as we go then on the defensive side pass rush we're going to be okay but again do kind of Cu the two best defensive tackles are seniors so I do want to add some pieces in there same thing with just General depth um but I do like the secondary we do have some good Corners uh kman mlan we're going to see what happens with him that's a bit of a you know hairy situation right now transferring in from Colorado we'll see how that goes but Jason Marshall is going to be one of the stars of this defense and then we have Jordan Castell and uh aset Turner at safety so it's a good secondary and I really want that to be one of the Staples of this team I want it to be a team that takes the ball away a team that makes it really hard to pass down the field and that will reflect in the recruiting process as well all right now you might have to bear with me a little bit cuz it's throwing a lot at me straight out the gate right we have dived straight in we've got so much information to understand and to comprehend and we're recording a YouTube video all at the same time so I want to make sure that we get this right but it might take me a couple of episodes just to kind of find my groove a little bit but I do appreciate the patience and I love that you guys are here to share this with me because I've got someone to share this with you know like we're going to do we're going to build a dynasty with the Florida Gators and I can share it with you guys and that is sick all right now we're finding our feet little bit in the recruiting process obviously again this is all completely new to me guys and I'm sure it's going to be the same for a lot of you to get used to it but there is a theme with the recruiting as I just mentioned I really want to focus on the offensive line so a lot of the top tackles that kind of have us in their interest a lot of them from the state of Florida as well we have good opportunity here to build a real wall in front of DJ lagway for the next couple of years and that is the plan so we have a five-star here in Channing carg then we have multiple four stars offensive tackles Ian Dugen Clayton con Danny Marcus now a couple of these guys we are second on their list so a couple of the four stars we're in the top two already uh and then carg we are at seventh so there's some work to do there but we could climb now the one thing that I would really love to do here is to steal this guy away from the Georgia Bulldogs now he is one of the top two offensive tackles in the entire High School class but we have a shot so if we can take him away from the Bulldogs and teams like Alabama and things like that that would be phenomenal but couple of interior guards again four stars there is a couple of five-star Corners that I really like the look of particularly Terrell Mahoney now his number one school right now is UCF but with the Florida Gator at number two we could beat out UCF for a five-star corner right like we have the prestige we could do that so we're going to go after him couple of athletes Glenn Magna is primed as a running back I believe but we are in the top five on his list as well so again another five star there that we could look to get in now we're not going to get all of the five stars and this is where I need to learn how to be tactical with this to make sure we get the ones we want but not at the sacrifice of the rest of the class so there's a lot to kind of figure out here um but we got some athletes some guys who are going to likely play running back going forward but that's where we're at now when you come into coaching abilities we have obviously the recruiter tra up don't know if you can hear that but it's for some reason all of a sudden the college game drops and now we have a rainstorm like the loudest rainstorm you've ever heard in your life right outside the window so I hope you guys can't hear that but Timmy TBO the recruiter now do we get any points to spend right away yes quarterbacks take less time to scout running backs or offensive lines so I think staying true to the philosophy here which is to build around DJ lague I think we focus in here on the offensive line and see if we can go ahead and get that five star away from Georgia so that's what I'm going to lock in on to begin with and I honestly think the second thing I'm going to do is go for the corners and the secondary cuz I really want that to be the identity of this program on the defensive side now of course you do have control over your coordinators as well so we have Phoenix Rivero here which is a 10 out of 10 name legendary name um who is a recruiter and a motivator so that will compliment the head coach in that respect and then on the defensive side Todd Malone is a recruiter and a tactician so we can have a look here I think I don't think we can control no we can't we can't control what he does but he has two out of the four for the secondary so he will give us a boost to defensive backs in the recruiting process and increase the weekly recruiting hours for DBS as well so that's really helpful but three out four for linebackers and defensive line now obviously if you start at a smaller School your coordinators are going to have less Prestige as well and again that's why we're going to do a small school probably tomorrow here on the channel so plenty of stuff to look forward to we're going to fight from both sides you know we've got the gator are you know one of the bigger schools but we are going to make sure that we take on a real on the channel as well so those are the coaches now do we start recruiting right away can I actually start recruiting right away like can I go in here I don't think I can I don't think there's anything for me to do here like if I click on the player no recruiting scouting right okay I'm figuring it out 0% so we're on 0% scouting right now so I think the first thing we do is go Channing cargy and then take a little look at what we've got available here so 86 pass block 84 run block finesse 90 strength okay so he looks good and 100% scouted so that cost me 20 hours to take a look okay now is the so what's the move is the move to offer him a scholarship right out the gate cuz he's a five-star tackle the stats look really good agility okay like you know all right he's not a wide receiver but that's where we're at so I think we offer him a scholarship so we spend the Five Points we're the first team to offer him a scholarship so I wonder how much of an impact that has and again these are all the things that we're going to learn together on the channel over the next few weeks and months as we kind of get better at this but we'll put a couple of couple of scholarships out I want to scout a couple of these players see I'm getting the hang of the menus now I can I've found things I know where things are that is very very helpful what do we have here in Ian Dugen so he's a fourstar 6'7 310 lound that's always helpful 83 pass block finesse 88 strength 84 run block finesse and quick drop as an ability as well did the five star have any abilities he had quick drop but I think that's the Silver version and not the Platinum version so all right Ian Dugen now what does quick drop do can I have a look because we need to get familiar with these as well I can't see what quick drop does can I and he's got mental abilities as well what does quick drop do annoying I can't click on that there but I'm probably missing it somewhere it's probably in here I don't know okay so we got our first G gem so that's interesting so when you do your recruiting you will get either the green gem which means that this might be a five-star recruit or you'll get the red gem which means that he's more of a three star player now that doesn't mean that they're not going to be good players it just means that they are not up to the standard of maybe what they're being recruited at right away so they could develop into really good players you might still find really good talent with those kind of bust potential players but Clayton con is considered a gem so what do we have we have 86 impact impact blocking at acceleration he has oine rally gold Road dog gold so we've got a couple of really good mental abilities uh good power good strength okay so he looks decent on the right tackle side 67 301 lb so I think we offer him a scholarship and see where that puts us it looks like that might bump us up to number one now these Corners are a big one couple of five star Corners that I'm really interested in so we're going to take a look at those but you can see here that on the top right I've actually got well not on the top right middle right I've actually got 60 hours to spend on DBS which is because of my defensive coordinator so that is a really nice bonus so we can spend the scouting points here to learn about this guy um do the offensive line take a lot less scouting points it seems like they do because I have done three rounds now on Mahoney four rounds okay this is we need to go out and get this guy 90 acceleration 96 speed 88 agility 81 man coverage 88 change of Direction he's got Jammer the ability I'd love to pretend I know what that is right now I think it's probably a press thing I would imagine but I don't know the details and then three mental abilities so really talented player could be someone who plays early and we need to beat UCF out for this guy man so we're going to offer him a scholarship all right now PJ capus looks like a stud 93 speed 90 Excel 90 agility 82 change of Direction he has recoup as an ability which is some sort of stamina thing I would guess and the natural as a mental ability as well so he looks really nice um and obviously at the moment he's an athlete now he really wants to go to Georgia that is going to fire me up I'm not going to be able to help that either it's going to fire me up to try and take recruits away from Georgia so we're going to offer him a scholarship as well okay lot of abilities for Glenn Magna safety valve recoup Road dog and team player lot of good stuff here not a great route Runner but 91 speed 91 Excel he is a receiving back now if he's a receiving back I'd probably want him to have more than 74 short route running um I the stats don't blow me away so I'm going to leave him for now who else do we have here a couple of offensive linemen now what I'm noticing already is that this is a lot of scouting points to spend like a lot of scouting points to spend the smaller scores you're not going to have this right so offensive lineman it takes way less to scout it's two ticks whereas the DBS it takes five so again something to keep in mind is this guy a stud 94 strength 86 impact block 83 lead block he's kind of a power guard um he looks decent but you know I don't need to offer him a scholarship kind of right now so I'm not going to but we will kind of you know like I said we've got so many scouting points to spend that we'll take a look so another good one here lot of like the abilities are kind of flying with these guys but it's I'm going to struggle to spend these scouting points like this is the first week before we even play a game and we have a lot of points to spend now one of the things that you guys need to make sure that you do is use these toggles on the prospect list because you can see here in the top right with the R2 button it says recommended that's kind of the natural setting whereas if you set it to any state you might miss some guys that are kind of have you as their number one school and you wouldn't have known about it like this middle linebacker Derek McGary out of Bowling Green Kentucky has has the Florida Gator as his number one school now if this was recommended we might not see that uh who do we have here Maurice caps out of Brian I think that's Arizona Brian Arizona I'm going to have to learn my geography here as well aren't I well um but these guys are coming up from different states and showing real interest in playing for the Gator so maybe we need to take a look at some of these guys too you got another gem in Ezekiel bunting right outside linebacker who is a pass coverage linebacker with at8 Excel 77 change of Direction 90 speed 82 agility fan favorite mental ability and we are the number one school on his list so we could jump in there early and maybe offer him a scholarship as a def defensive player so I'm going to do that because it sounds like he's going to be good he's from Lakeland Florida so he's right down the road and Timmy TBO might be able to bring him in um as you know a future piece now I actually really like the look of George mans here look at this 91 speed 93 Excel 91 agility 90 change of direction for like for a fourstar from Deerfield be Beach Florida there's no way we can let this guy go to the U right so we're going to offer him a scholarship too I'm going to fly through and spend the rest of these points cuz I don't want like I don't think you should leave any week with any points left so Scout as much as you can I'm going to finish it off and I'll let you guys know if there are any other guys that I think are worth talking about all right five star safety came out as a gem 92 speed 88 Excel 86 agility 85 hit power strong safety from Hollywood Florida who is very interested in the Gators so he's up there up there with Alabama and Georgia we're going to be competing with those schools a ton I have offered him a scholarship cuz I'm interested so we'll see kind of what happens there all right now just realized that you can do the additional actions already you just have to kind of Click into it so I hadn't done any of that yet but what I'm thinking we do now is put some effort into some of the guys that we're really keen on particularly Channing cargile as the rain literally obliterates the side of my house as soon as the game drops and I'm ready to record it's very convenient that isn't it very convenient indeed anyway that's where we're at now we're going to send the house on Kyo cuz I do want to try and steal him away from the Georgia Bulldogs now proximity to home is really important but he is in Valdosta Georgia so that does bump us up but you can see already that he's had seven scholarship offers as well so we're really kind of putting a lot of hours into this and uh the Georgia Bulldogs are already kind of high flying on Channing carg so that is going to be a challenge now we have offered a bunch of scholarships so Terrell Mahoney he's very close to committing to us already so I really don't think we need to do much to get this fstar corner in but I think what I'll do is let's DM the player um you know just just get in contact we've got kind of an active action there so it doesn't look like you can stack them cuz it says that that one's already in there but UCF are kind of falling behind a little bit so I think we should be in kind of good stead there now I did really like George mans as well so I think we're going to contact friends and family on that one that bumps us right out now we are competing with Florida State on him but he looks really really good so I think I'm going to DM him too um now we know that there's two things that don't work for him and obviously what we're doing here is understanding what his three things are so that when it comes to sending him a pitch we're in a really strong position to do so but I wonder how if you get this bar full like if it gets all the way to the end is that when they commit like is that the point that they commit I do not know Ezekiel bunting looks good too so I think what we'll do is just send him a DM show some interest he's got a scholarship offer so that looks good but we do have Alabama kind of creeping up on us with that one uh Taylor Hennessy might have to do some work here to try and get him in too five star safety I think we're going to send the house on him and just kind of see what happens and then there was one more who I offered a scholarship ah D James True Blood now look at this guy 95 speed 95 jumping 90 spec catch 88 acceleration he could be the future for us at wide receiver and we're the only team so far that has offered him a scholarship so I'm thinking that we should try and make sure that we kind of get this guy in do we send that house it's a lot of you have a lot of points to use maybe we kind of spend them freely and get James True Blood like get ahead of the game with him let's do it let's get ahead now when does this update like has that updated already that I didn't really make much of an impact or will it update the following week wow this really changes week to week so like Danny Marcus is like all in on the Razer backs now uh Channing car gu we're third that changed okay we're third on that one who else do we have where's Terrell Mahoney all right so we are way ahead on Terrell Mahoney now so that is really good and also the only school to have sent him an offer which kind of makes me think what am I missing like is he not good I don't know but anyway we're out there with him uh George Ms we are number one competing with Florida State he is in Deerfield Beach so looks like he's going to be staying in the State of Florida but ideally we want to keep him here now we've been locked out by the looks of things by this guy Angelo Loren so you see this guy is grayed out looks like we missed out on him uh James True Blood all right we are way out in front on him that's really really good only team to offer him a scholarship and Alabama and Georgia are way way down with nothing to offer so that is really looking really good um okay this do you know what the pressure of like getting this recruiting stuff right is tough like if we get to the end of the season I've recruited six players and like four of them are three stars like I don't I don't know how I'm going to feel about that so I think my mission here is to get the four and the five stars done early so we have kind of a really strong Pipeline and then I'll fill it out late in the season with some three stars with a lot of potential I think that's how we're going to do it but obviously for episode one we want to get into the game so that is what we are going to do now we're going to go into game one Florida Miami in state rivalry first game of the season okay let's load them up I just want to enjoy the intro as well so I'm not going to talk through it Albert man I said I wasn't going to talk fire some people doing left over right there though not supposed to are we number3 team in the Miami Hurrican this is sick okay I'm going to get so Palm sweaty I feel like I really need to deliver a performance here for you guys watching this video but I'm stressed man like I don't I can't even remember like are there new buttons I don't know I have things to learn oh okay it feels smooth and it feels very let me do that I've always been like decent defensively on this game but again the buttons and things got to figure out the switch stick as well it's one of the things that I need to get in the lab on early all right what's happening nice all right if we can hold him here I'm going to feel good about it because those first two plays were not nice wide receivers screen I read it come on the boys nice sack good coverage sack I read what he was going for and I I played it all right we're we're we're getting there we're we're settling in all right nice we'll take that so you've really got to learn how to fit these throws in between coverage the first time I blow the top off the defense and throw a bomb touchdown and the swamp goes wild I might just lose my mind oh oh no it was picked it was a horrible throw okay all right come on come on now so cool it's so cool just hearing it all is great the atmosphere like the stadium feels alive they don't throw the football do they good gang tackle nice and look at the stadium getting loud on third down they like the energy in the game is fantastic knock that out right the defense we have up the middle on the run right now is really really strong so that feels good I want to get a pick six let me get a pick six in the swamp I'm going to need it the way I'm playing offense right now Reddit fantastic no oh he got the edge my guy didn't get off his block even where the away fans are sitting is like like the Miami fans that is exactly where they would be like in that little corner there by the by the tunnel really good run let's go now how are we like this is they are playing good defense maybe we shouldn't have gone for the second hardest setting out of the gate what about this yeah okay now now we're cooking I mean I feel like I'd have the tight end open here but no it's not open scared money don't make money baby get in there heck yeah great run first down let's throw that out there let him make a play make a man miss nice I'm going for it it's college football man things are not as they seem go and get it trying to hit people is way harder as well like the fluid movement of like running backs is the same on defense and like trying to hit people like I'm used to hit sticking and stuff you're just you're not going to have it I need to figure out how to exploit this defense deep like I want to be able to throw something deep but I just uh incomplete DBS are so much more intelligent come on Gators here we go up the middle o gaps we got to remember the wear and tear as well that's going to be a major factor in this their defense is all on form over the middle oh that felt like such a good throw and again a foot contusion will return soon right I'm going to substitute him for now no see I'm just I'm panicking panicking Under Pressure oh dear boys oh dear make a play Beautiful Play I'm I need my defense right now I mean Damen Martinez is dangerous but so far touch wood we've done a decent job to get grah Merz killed as well okay I'm going to need someone to come up with something special and it needs happen soon and I don't know that it's going to be me and that's going to be a touchdown good comeback story I'll tell you that the Hurricanes get the ball in the second half now Gator fans I will improve I promise I cannot do this to you guys that are hanging out out for this series and let the hurricanes come in and take over the swamp like if I walk out of here with a goose egg I might just shut the channel down this cannot happen oh play of the Sentry let's go let's go Shamar James wow I needed that see I can play defense they made it so obvious as well should never have thrown it my hands are so sweaty man what a Play What a play and by the time he gets round there to I we're changing the approach we're going everything's quick game and we're going to get guys making plays in the open field that didn't work did it what are we doing it's the two high safeties that are just getting me all right that's nice third and five this is we can convert a third and five good completion nice needed that let's get a little gate Chomp going let's get the crowd hyped up we're okay we're moving the football a little bit it was one first down but it still counts no man come on oh no he's going to go all the way he is going to go all the way I really thought I had that these DBS like their movement and I'm not maybe it's a bad read but they move different way different than they used to I killed it I might have killed it I might have killed it all right oh there's no Run game there either is this the best defense in the country am I playing the best defense in the country in my first ever experience on college football 25 is that what's happening because it feels like that's what's happening there's just no excuse for it there isn't oh okay I mean that helps that really helps I don't know why you can't be throwing me cookies man it's almost like they feel sorry for me now I mean I have to get a score right we have to come out of here with at least an offensive score we're in the Red Zone oh he beat him see but he got back there DBS can play we're not used to that can I split these safeties with a stick and Nod I might have badger on the outside actually no he didn't win on the route man all right so much control over the runner so much control we'll lead the country in interceptions no problem there's no way I tried to take the most simple little seam route what is happening with you boys we've given up we've given up they all hate me I'm not sure if the sweat is my ring light or the idea of what these comments are going to present all right it's four down I mean I can play defense he fumbled it nice okay we got the ball bag and uh oh oh sideline keep going go on Montreal go on Montreal I needed this I needed this okay we just turned a turnover into no way you cannot make it up you cannot make it up they've played press man this whole game and I just haven't really felt like I've had someone open I'm going to throw that out there go on Eugene ah no all right but DJ lagway on the field and now we're moving the football take it yourself let's go let's go all right nice okay oh if we hadn't given up that kick return this could be huge if we can go three and out here it could be huge we have three timeouts I mean I dare one of you to get me a turnover not nice third and three this is the game third and three down 10 make a play somebody make a play somebody make a make a play we had some good plays lot of bad plays lot of bad plays yep lot of bad plays but we had some good plays couple of picks couple more picks for them the touchdown for montro Johnson was nice the Eugene Wilson throw was nice DJ lagway felt nice coming in maybe we need a scrambling quarterback while we're kind of getting used to the mechanics a little bit um I do feel like I let the Florida fans down a little bit I know you guys were kind of hanging around like Florida Gator series great and then I did that in the swamp Which is less than ideal but it's just the first episode I promise it's going to get better from here I appreciate you guys checking out the
