Nothing Less than Discrimination by the NYPD

since moving out the adult home in Far Rockway the NYPD found a way with Community leaders that open the had stores in in storefronts in the area to get me out of the neighborhood by using the super and the building that lived in the far Rockway to to Vic Me by making up stories and when I I reported that the landord was harassing me the police said he could do whatever he wants so at one point I was being threat I I defended myself physically because they they they approached me and the police got an order of protection against me and I had to move I've moved since three times since that time and every each time the nyp found some excuse to get rid of me out of this apartment and now I feel because I put garbage in these bins that I'm going to show you in this image I'm going to be evicted please I call 311 and they told me that I have to call the police how do I call to the police department when they the fact the same exact people that are discriminating me
