Well, most households in America know her as Wheel of Fortune's Vanna White. She's graced the puzzle board for more than 40 seasons for Chip White. He knows her as his generous down to earth. Big Sister. This summer. Chip launched a podcast that tells the stories of people with a similar upbringing. As Kens Five's Alicia Niaz explains. He records the episodes right here in the Alamo City which he also calls Home Alicia. Yeah. Isn't that cool? You see the podcast is called Relatively Famous and it shares the stories of people who are relatives to a celebrity and what that life is like in the five points neighborhood north of downtown tucked inside a strip center off North Flores is Nel Comics. As you walk inside the comic books make way for a production center. Thank you for being with us today. Sitting at the table behind the mic is Chip White. It's a fun day. I get to discover things about people that I think I know he's filming four episodes today for his cast. Relatively famous. We all have a story. He interviews family members of celebrities. If you're a, you're in, we sat in on his conversation with Ray Leonard Jr, the son of six time world champion boxer and gold medalist, Sugar. Ray Leonard. How is it for you to start making your own? Like his podcast shares the joys and challenges of life in the orbit of some. And you think this will be. I've had several guests, you know, come out about, you know, their addiction and you know, being clean and sober for X amount of time. I'm not looking for dirt. I want to know what you do. I mean, what's it like for you? Among his interviewees, the son of Shirley Jones, the brother of Jesse Borrego, the daughter of Simone Griffith, and the nephew of Johnny Carson. I'm trying to hook Josh Brolin. I think it'd be a great interview. It took a while. Chip to figure out what he wanted to do, worked in the film business. I worked in television business and a limo driver. I worked at a B every morning. She'd come down for breakfast. He even filmed a pilot in the nineties for his own talk show. Let's just be blatant about it and Vanna White Brothers talk show, but he's finding his passion here in San Antonio, bonding with strangers with at least one thing in common.
