DANI OLMO SCORES ON HIS BARCELONA DEBUT VS RAYO! Flick 3/3 wins, Pedri, Yamal & Bernal injury

[Applause] [Music] [Applause] hello and welcome here to tocb and welcome back to the channel here today guys where we're going to be reacting to another great Victory from Barca it is three from three in La Liga and of course we have to talk about the goals against Rio from pedri and indeed a debut winner from Danny Alo what a start it was to his Bara Korea but we do have some bad news on Mark benell it is all going to be coming up today guys so come on and let's do this but I do want to start here with some fantastic super thanks donations coming in one here from Honduras thank you very you know it's the final day here actually of my holiday today I'm in a different time zone I'm a few hours ahead and I was spending time last night with the family so I had to watch the full game back this morning and I swear last night I had a dream that Almo scored the winning goal you know I had a feeling here that maybe has he come on you know will he have played I was waking up this morning thinking I wonder what the score is going to be and right there Almo hitting the winner absolutely incredible I've got to say guys once again here on the game as a whole more encouraging signs more really exciting signs here from Barca from Hy Flick's approach and especially given that we conceded so early on in the game I thought we bounced back really well because obviously it was a while until we were able to to get that equalizing goal well into the second half there we had to keep our patience we had to keep our heads and we really did we kept going we stuck with the plan we were peppering R's goal with shots throughout this game and there was lots of threats from all different angles across this barer team because right here this is how flick elected to line up away at R last night and I've got to say guys you can see quite clearly here flick went very very strong indeed and I think you already understood you know Rio you can't underestimate this is going to be a tough game it's a difficult place to go we've seen that track past Seasons as we said and he only did make one change there at left back Bal getting just a little bit of rest from the start he did come on later but other than that flick sticking with his big guns in this game and I've got to highlight first of all guys in this team lamin yamal because I thought last night by far and away he was barc's biggest threat he was absolutely outstanding there over on the right hand side he completed the most dribbles of any player also the most chances of any player and of course he was a big big part there in that Almo winner that we're going to talk about but I've got to say here for your Mal this is standard stuff this is starting to be a standard performance for him now the fact that he can do this and it's not even surprising that speaks volumes here he's a 17-year-old producing this level of quality and it's almost going under the radar he is literally that good and your Mal again involved in everything good that Barca were out there doing but I think you've also got to highlight here fan Torres once again in the second half here he was the first player to be subbed off by Hy flick and this time even earlier in the game it was only just after halim there ELO coming straight on for the second half and quite clearly what we can see now in terms of Flick's vision for the season fan is not going to be a starter fan is not supposed to be a starter in this Hy flicks team and once he's got everybody at his disposal here once he's got all the options available to him fan will not be starting in this team and Alo came on and certainly Barca drastically improved there in the second half but let's talk first of all about the equalizing goal there guys because obviously in the preview we started here a new prediction segment for this season haven't we I went for Rafa as the first goal and I'm just wondering here he got the assist guys you know maybe we should have a rule whereby if you gets the player and he doesn't score but he assists maybe you get half points you know we won't do it this time because obviously then I'm sort of banning the rule to suit myself but maybe in the future we could introduce that let me know what you think in the comments down below because none of us were right in terms of the goal margin either we both thought that it was going to be a two plus goal margin but maybe at home you were thinking that pedri might get the goal maybe at home you got some points of your own and what I loved about the equalizing goal guys is not just that pedri finishes it off but it's the fact that he started the move himself and then he finished it and that's what he want to see from him that's what I want to see from him here picking the ball up in Midfield he drives forward he takes on One two three players there he's capable of doing that he's cutting into the space in the final third puts it out to rafin and then he's making sure that he gets on the end of it to get himself a goal because I think pedri here like we said before such an exciting player somebody that flick can really work with and get the best out of I feel because there's so much in pedre's locker here you want to give him that full license to use that ability to get forward to have freedom in his play and I think he can easily hit double figures this season in terms of goals scored I think when you see him taking up those kind of areas he can finish chances he has ability he's got the intelligence as well to time runs into the area and he again is one player that I'm so so excited about this season and yesterday's game and yesterday's goal that has only added to that excitement now but I do think as well guys Barca were probably harshly done by last night surprise surprise by the referee by vaai you know it's early in the La Liga season but we all know what the situation is because levandowski had a goal ruled out for a really really soft foul I feel against Jules kundai there you know obviously the foot lands on his opponent there but you know where is he supposed to stand did they expect him to levitate so that you know his foot never comes down and also that happened about six months before levandowski actually scored you know how far back are we going to go with v to find fault but again yamal is involved in that moment too you know it should have been a goal for Barca yamal kept taking up really good positions there just inside of R picking up that half space and they couldn't track him and he's already got real intelligence at just 17 years old they could not pick him up yesterday and you saw that again with the winning goal and well why don't we talk then about Danny Elmo because I personally think before we even talk about the gold to Performance I think it's so important here that Danny Elmo started in this way because I think there's been so much talk first of all about his signing about the price tag of course about whether we overpaid for him about whether we needed him of course in our very delicate financial situation and of course then the club didn't help him because until now he's been sitting in the understand we've been waiting to register him without success until now so I think it's been so important here that Almo arrived last night and nobody's talking now and that's his performance he has been able to do that there with one half of football and in that half he was absolutely Sensational and I'm not even talking here about the fact that oh yeah just because he scored the winning goal it's not even just about the fact that he got that goal even aside from that goal he was very very special last night tonight I think we would all still be wowed here by Elmo's debut even if he hadn't scored because even after just 10 minutes guys of Almo coming on the field he must be 35 yards out smacks the ball against the crossbar and I'm already sold at that point by the way I'm thinking okay all aboard the Danny Elmo fan club train because we're a team now that is shooting from range we are taking shots from distance at goal and we now have players who can be effective at doing that and Alo they very very nearly scored an absolute stunner but I think already that's a sign of the confidence that he's playing with here the confidence that he's taken into his barcel career from what happened in the summer at Spain and he played like a man here who been at barca in this team for absolute years and I think that already shows here that he's settling in he feels comfortable he feels like he has a position a role at the club that can work for him and I think Hy flick deserves a lot of credit here for having a clear plan for Danny Elmo and the winning goal it's EX exactly what we all hope that he would bring to Barca if there was one characteristic here of Almo looking at what he did for Spain looking at the kind of runs that he was making the kind of goals the contributions that he was making that was what we wanted in this barer team and that winning goal it's the perfect illustration of it there yamal like I say is so so key in the buildup cuts the ball back there and you know Elmo's going to be there and that's what you want from him there the intelligence to take up that position he always just takes a little step back he always manages to find himself in enough space with enough time to take on the shots and he's so calm as well in the Finish you know it's his debut here we're trying to search and find a winning goal in this game he doesn't smash it you know he doesn't hammer and panic at the Finish he takes his time picks his spot and delivers the winning goal for Barca and like I say I believe as well he can score a hat full of goals this season he takes up really good positions we are creating chances as a team we've got so many threats there across that attacking area and right now Bara are a to watch the excitement surrounding this club what we're seeing on Match Day we're delivering the results as well everything nearly everything is looking good because well that is the problem right now guys I say nearly everything because we have some absolutely horrible news to discuss and there's no other way of saying it right now Mark banow has a serious serious injury and it is absolutely heartbreaking because even last night after the game you sensed real concern real sad there amongst the Barcelona team with Hy flick as well I think even despite the excitement of winning and the way we played everybody in the dressing room according to flick they were feeling it they were very very down because Bernell picked up an injury and it's the 97th minute of the game is well we're very nearly at the end and it's a real innocuous challenge with e palathon you know both of them were going to the ball it's one of those with a leg from berell it's planted so when that contact comes your heart just sinks because it's one of those injuries whereby you know they're the serious ones you know that is not something you want to see and the club fully expect today for it to be confirmed that it's an ACL injury for Mark beral it could be season ending it could at least leave him out for several several months he's 17 years old he's just broken through into the first team the way that he's been performing he's been looking like an absolute gem when are we going to catch a break guys you know I feel like breaking down in tears right now there are so many young exciting players at pass so much excitement and every single time we're hit with a serious injury to one of them you know when are we going to actually have these young players going on being injuryf free being able to play being able to develop as they should it feels so cruel right now absolutely gutted for Mark Ben and I just wish him all the best right now I hope that he can come back stronger of course he can of course there's plenty of time here in his young career and he's going to have absolutely everybody's support no question about that but I'm just so sad because of his emergence because of his talent because of how good he was looking at home at 17 in the base of our Midfield it's absolutely incredible and what is going to happen now because obviously Barca they were already pretty light in the pivot area are we going to be able to go into the transfer market is that the plan from the club is there somebody else that maybe flick has his eye on from the youth setup at Barca it's going to be interesting to see now in these final days of the window whether we do take any action whether we feel that we are well equipped in Midfield but it's just a shame here we already had Superstar being born we already had a player here who flick was firmly counting on and Mark benell snatched away from us last night and hopefully he can come back stronger get well soon young man you have a big big and exciting career still ahead of you so that there guys is where we stand right now with b and of course aside from the injury there to Mark benal we can of course be happy about the team right now we can be very very delighted with the fact that we have three wins out of three nine out of nine points in La Liga we couldn't have asked for any more than that especially given the turmoil surrounding the club lots of things happening away from the field but on it Hy flick team are firmly focused and they are looking very very exciting guys so let me know your thoughts in the comments down below
