so when it comes to Merl Streep and Martin Short they say they're just friends which immediately makes me think of bismarky and you say he's just a friend senior reporter Carlos grid joins us to share some exclusive information on if these two could actually be Hollywood's latest couple so what have you heard so listen this is the relationship that everyone wants to happen so they attended the premiere of their hit Hulu series only murders in the building last week and they showed up to the premiere holding hand hands and video captured that moment so naturally it went viral and further sparked Buzz that they are a couple so I had a source inside of the party who told me that they seemed very much together and while they weren't exactly attached at the hip they were very attentive to each other uh laughing and and I'm told they were in great spirits but they did separate at the party because they had to entertain their respective guests I mean there is that age-old saying friends can be lovers and didn't Martin recently say something alluding to how a friendship always grows if you work with someone and love that person he did he sat down with extra and he talked about their off camera uh chemistry he did but he insists that they're not romantic that they are friends in fact he's been saying this for months when they first sparked buzz back in January but they continue popping up all over town at the movies holding hands but you know we also reached out to uh streets repap and she insisted she reiterated they're only friends but you know you can watch their on camera chemistry cuz they're romantic in the show I know the holding hand thing gets me all the time but if you notice most Hollywood relationships that truly last they're the ones that are the more low-key under the radar relationships and it seems like these two if they are together are the type to pretty much stay koi what do you think no absolutely you got to keep in mind these are ogs we're talking about and this isn't their first time at the rodeo so if they are together they're going to come out with it on their own terms absolutely well Carlos scer thank you so much for joining us we'll keep you posted with everything we know at page six.com
