and we have some news just coming in it's a close shave for the kalandi Express in K with the train dashed into cylinder on railway tracks gas cylinder gun pounder gunpowder rather found on track scalin the express going from prayag Raj to bhani dashed into a cylinder at around 8:45 p.m. between rajpur and utura Railway stations after the incident the train was halted for 20 minutes RPF and Railway officials are investigating this matter simmer getting in more details simmer this is a vos's concern undoubtedly it looks like some Foul Play Here possibly a sabotage angle also a cylinder found on the tracks what more can you tell us absolutely SN in a big incident a major train accident was averted in kanur last night when uh the express collided with a cylinder which was a f and which was present on the track well right now I'm present at the track and you can see just behind me in the visual this is the particular spot from where this cylinder was found and you can see that the RPF and the other forces are already on the spot crime scene has already been seen by the forensic Department you can see this is the particular spot where the cylinder was found and as of now the SE the cover of this whole you know cylinder which you can see that the label is already there it is still present there now what happened uh at around 8:40 in the evening from this very particular spot R Express was coming on where it's the driver saw that there was a cylinder which was kept on the track after that he he tried to apply the emergency brakes but the cylinder was dragged still 50 m at this very particular spot you can see in the visual there are certain uh you know marks which are still present there on the track which are of the cylinder which was being dragged now when the police reach the spot they started the you know search operation and what the police found was in fact shocking there was a patrol BMP which was found on the at the spot there was a match box there was explosive in the form of the powder that was you know found from that very particular spot just near this place where this whole incident happened you can see that is also a a place which has been sealed by the forensic team Department which has gathered all the evidences now the IP IB ads and other agencies have also chipped in they've started their investigation the up police is doing a separate investigation the railway is doing a separate investigation and after this whole investigation will be completed uh the final report will be submitted but as far as the police investigation is concerned they're trying to collect the CCTV footages of the nearby areas that who were those people what were their intentions uh you know that a fill cylinder and explosives were kept on the track basically what we have been learning from our sources from the police the major motive was you know the cylinder would have been collided with the train after which there should there could have been an explosion which didn't happen luckily uh so there was no derailment after 25 to 30 minutes the train started their operations and not now even now the track is uh running you can see in the visuals uh the police official are at the spot they are you know guarding this very particular crime scene from where the whole explosiv the powder the you know petrol bomb uh you know the match box that were found you can see that there's a back of the officials which are still kept there so this is the situation on ground um the agencies have come to start their investigation but a big question is that what was the motive because if the incident would have happened the repercussions the consequences have been much worse was all right simar I'm going to thank you for the moment for getting us up to speed with those details even as the investigations in that case continues
