first we start with breaking news tonight an Amber Alert issued for a one-year-old child in Newark police are searching for the father 19-year-old seok toari he was just released from the Licking County Jail on Friday for domestic violence and let's get straight out to Kate Seaford she has a live interview with a family member uh Kate what is she saying well Ronnie say this is an emotional moment right this uh family member her aunt just came out to talk to us Hannah I want to walk through the emotions that you're feeling right now it's been a scary couple hours uh honestly I really can't explain how I'm feeling um I have a lot of hate towards him and it's really hard for me to feel that way towards somebody he has done a lot of wrong to my sister our family our whole family in general and now obviously my niece and that was my first niece so it hurts me really bad are you worried about Lux where do you think they could be I am really worried and I'm really scared that he's really going to do something to her um they were last scen in Columbus obviously and I do not have any idea where he could be he could be driving out of state for all I know but I know he has not been home and he won't be home so what's your message to to him if he were to be seeing this about bringing Lux home bring my niece back please that's all I'm asking and just leave it at that Hannah thank you and we're going to get some more information from the family here in a moment we are at the New York Police Department New York police are working to get some more information about this as well let's bring you back to that picture of this suspect if you take a look at your screens we are showing you right now 19-year-old seawalk toari officials say he was last seen wearing black and red shorts and white crocs with a blue Batman t-shirt our team has been digging into his past you heard stas St right off the top it's giving us a little more clarity into the potential danger that this child could be in as on back of on July 5th he was arrested in lick County for domestic violence court records show he was just released from jail on Friday right now we want to show you some photos of the baby and the vehicle that tuari was in so take another look at your screen here this is the one-year-old missing girl Lux she was last seen wearing a red flannel dress with white tights the Amber Alert describes tiari as the non-custodial father of this baby and the two were last seen in a silver 2006 Honda Pilot that officials say the front passenger side door has damage on it that license plate number KH e 7597 again all this information for you is on our website if you want to take a closer look now this is not the first time our team has covered tiari we are showing you video now from back in June that's when he was arrested at a Westerville Kroger after police say he made false claims of a robbery there and he was ultimately charged with swatting in this case clearly this is a very developing situation we know lux's Mom is inside ins the New York Police Department right now working with police giving them any information that might help them get a a handle on where tiari could be at this hour as soon as we learn anything new we will of course share it with you here on air and online in a reminder all of the information about the descriptions of these people the baby and the car are on our ABC 6 app for now live on your side in nework I'm Kate cord ABC 6 News
