YESTERDAY WAS NASTY AND YESTERDAY WAS TERRIBLE. >>HERE'S A LOOK AT IT IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A LOOK. LOOKING OUT OVER THE SALT LAKE VALLEY YOU CAN'T REALLY SEE THE MOUNTAINS THAT HOW THICK THAT SMOKE IS FROM UTAH FIRES. AND ALSO NEIGHBORING STATES FIRES. DOCTOR STORK DESCRIBES THESE POLLUTANTS AS CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS THAT OUR BODIES AREN'T MEANT TO HANDLE. THAT CAUSES INFLAMMATION. HE RECOMMENDS ACTUALLY TAKING A SHOWER IF YOU HAVE BEEN OUT IN THAT POLLUTED AIR ALL DAY, BECAUSE OUR SKIN CAN ACTUALLY ABSORB SOME OF THOSE HARSH CHEMICALS
