GLGR on GLGR Marcus Mariota Hall

[Music] we're at the Marcus Mariota Hall here where he one of the most decorated Oregon athletes of all time and you can see right here this hallway is dedicated to him and all his Awards there are eight of them he was number eight the islands are eight so there's many influence of that uh the trophy cases themselves are made of lit Coran and and they start with yard and height all the way up to 63 his height there the rings represent he's a big team player so the rings on all the tropes represent 22 players that were on the field because he was a very big team guy he wasn't necessarily all about himself he knew the team got him here and he is very proud of that we have these great glass panels that show the waves and show sharks and even have puddles surfing in it down to these these eight cases showing all the different uh accolades that he's got the ceiling is made made of thousands of perforated ducks at different sizes and they come through on different levels to create His Image in the [Music] ceiling so one of the fun elements in here in the hall here Marcus Mariota is this o screen that actually is a shadow box so it has a lot of his memorabilia from when he was in high school and when he was a youth player what's the nice thing about this is it it cuts to a full LED screen that actually shows markus's highlights and then it'll disappear and fade back into more of the storytelling this design install took us about a year to create from conceptualizing to actual finish build it was a pretty quick turn in terms of of how fast we had to do it because once the season ended we had to have it up and ready for the next team to come in [Music]
