60th Annual Montana State Fiddle Contest

Isaac I'm not [Music] on all right test test welcome back folks everybody have a good lunch got a little grub stretch the legs a little bit yeah it's kind of cool we got the uh farmers market going on behind here and lots of goodies over there I had a yummy Bagel breakfast sandwich this morning that was pretty good Andy's fixing me up with some caramels here so uh these I'll try these out in between talking so I can uh you know talk still got to chew those caramels well we're going to get going uh here in a little bit kickoff uh I don't think we have a a novice Division if anybody wants to enter the novice Division I don't know if they're going to do it but you I think the the the the rules are you you you can't have entered a novice division before but if you know a few Tunes you can go into it so but we'll be doing the adult round one and then we'll be doing second round for the peeee junior junior juniors and then that will bring us up to our dinner break and then uh continue on this evening so lots of fun stuff lots of good fiddlin coming up fun divisions KY is there a novice division are we just scratching that okay all right I tell you it's tough all right do we have a I don't know why I'm talking I need paperwork for adult round one I'll go hunt it down oh I can make a lot St huh for [Music] [Music] great e e State oldtime Fiddler Facebook and we're live so you can watch us from anywhere in the world pretty much maybe even the moon who knows and uh we got lots of goodies we got some cool t-shirts back here got some cool fiddle hats we got some T-shirts from last year so if you want to support the Fiddlers and pick up some fiddle bling check that out we also got some great raffle items on the back wall back there nice little Martin guitar donated by music Villa of Boseman that's a great little guitar I think it's 10 bucks for a ticket and uh you can see the gals over here at the uh check-in desk for that we also got back there some online lessons that were donated we got an Airbnb some artwork a bow fiddle bow reair and uh a ukulele nice wooden bowl from John Parker appreciate that so Andy you haven't we don't know where Willard infinity and I also want to say thank you infinity for all you do and keeping everything going these fiddle contests just don't happen they don't they don't just happen they take a lot of work people show up here way before Friday to start setting up and preparation for everything so Infinity thanks for all your work and help and support the Fiddlers we appreciate it she's she's back there doing
