migrants creating practically you know putting America in the worst position Global and geopolitically we're on the brink of World War III you deserve a vacation have a mosa Mr President you've done an amazing job you giant moo but in all seriousness here my fellow Americans as Nation this is the guy who picked kamla Harris this is the guy who won and beat out Bernie Sanders when Bernie Sanders interview for like up to 10 15 days afterwards and then all of a sudden we've got somebody is now the nominee and what was you know could only be characterized as an absolute disaster of a Democratic National Convention the DNC was it was useless there was nothing I mean zero substance he said he was going to be the most vocal volunteer for kamla Harris and he just got back from a six day vacation in California now he's in I can't even pronounce it right hio V I guess in Delaware for another whole seven days backto back vacations one of the scariest truths that I'm going to utter right now is can you imagine what global leaders are thinking right now imagine what the world is thinking right now and what I really want to know is what do you think of President Biden taking backto back vacations in a row right after his jittery jumbled fumbled mumbled speech at the DNC I mean this guy got on a plane he was like I'm out of here let me know in the comments down below I mean there's there's little uh doubt that there's a lot of dissension which with the power elite and the Democratic party uh there's a lot of people and a lot of very strong credible reports that are saying that Biden is super upset with most of all not just Obama and Clinton who are really the kind of main dudes pulling the levers but really upset with Nancy pushing up Daisy's Pelosi but I want to hear from don't know how qualified he is I don't know how talented he is or what his credentials are but he went on squawkbox and confirmed the unrealized gains tax let's listen in unrealized gains taxing unrealized gains just doesn't seem fair in any sense of the word in the very in the very best sense if you were taxing unrealized gains all you're doing is pulling forward the taxes that would be paid later when someone actually sells the stock I I I I think that this reaction to unrealized gains is a little funny given that I bet that the majority of people watching right now are already paying a tax on unrealized gains it's called a property tax tax when the value of your home goes up that's an old when the value of your home goes up you pay higher taxes even if you don't s your home your value of your home never moves the way stock moves the way something always the go to answer it's also property tax is a use tax you're paying for school for the schools you're paying for emergency services those are things that make absolute sense and and sure and all the all the revenue that comes in from these unrealized gains taxes and the other taxes in the tax in the Harris plan are going to go to what creating what she calls more opportunity it's to make sure that every newborn born in this country $6,000 the services well look I I you're you're arguing that this is some sort of foreign concept that's completely uh unknown probably unconstitutional it's probably and it was never in in anyone's intent to tax it's not an income tax it's never going to happen probably not not well my I'm not going to say my I I wouldn't say that not in Becky's life yeah so when you have by the way this is not Fox News this is not news Nation you know this economic visor working for k Harris you can tell he he really sounds like he's out of his depth he's out of touch he's out of his element this is CNBC this is a very left woke uh uh um friendly uh this is basically an ally to kamla Harris and they're saying that what you're saying is absolutely Preposterous but um I can't wait to get your thoughts on that initial um response from PE two people who actually know what means it means you have to pay taxes on sales that you have not yet made and even forget the stock market and think about even everyday Americans across this country that means that if you're a farmer or if you're a small business owner you will owe taxes with cash you literally do not have in your pocket to pay those taxes insane that is a formula for a second Great Depression and it is something that's been in the bloodstream of democratic policy for a long time go back to Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders's plans of a wealth tax even in the 2020 primary I think this idea is here to stay for the Democrats that's a big one I think Tim waltz's selection as Vice President says a lot that's the first real presidential style decision we've seen kamla Harris have to make she went with somebody who at the state level has favored increasing taxes on capital gains in that case it was unrealized but they have talked about unrealized gains and taxing them and I do worry about that what that means not just for the stock market but for everyday Americans across stock market if there's 60 votes for that in the Senate the stock market doesn't have to price it yeah 60 votes or if you agree well I I respectfully disagree with one aspect of that because kamris has been the chief proponent of ending the filibuster to Ram through her policy objectives and so if she's the president of the United States and in my view God forbid a Democratic Senate to Aid her that could be 51 votes and could you get to 51 votes on a major change in tax policy like that I think the answer is absolutely yes I think that's conceivable and so for a lot of Business Leaders across the country one of the questions they might want to ask is which is going to be the administration that's more friendly to business well we don't know where she stands on tariffs we don't know where she stands on a lot of other questions but on tax policy alone the idea of not just raising tax rates but raising tax rates and applying taxes on unrealized income that is a catastrophe of Epic Proportion Vic is 100% right I mean do I have to really keep going through the Litany of things that she has botched throughout her career da of San Francisco San Francisco is a dystopia now Attorney General of California California's is experiencing the largest deficit crisis in the state's history never mind the largest illegal immigrant Invasion never mind the largest gas tax the largest taxes period never mind the largest Exodus of residents and small businesses alike including uh just recently Chevron Elon Musk in and out a whole bunch uh uh more she had one task as vice president which was we the borders are we had the worst Southern border crisis in the history of our country and now they want to give her a promotion and now she's this insane unrealized gains tax that I agree with vivec Will quite literally cause an economic collapse of per perhaps I'm knocking on wood Great Depression Rose 5.4% from June of last year to June of this year a record jump for that month the average home buyer needs to make over $110,000 to afford the average home home buyers only needed to make 76,000 back in 2020 mortgage rates are now at their highest level in 21 years 86% of us renters would like to buy but they can't that really speaks to a lot of pessimism here about the American dream how it feels like it's out of reach home ownership Remains the ticket to wealth generation so this is just widening the gap between the halves and the have not she stands there and says on day one she's
