Brian Roberts & CC Sabathia Led The Way In Their Debut!

yo what's going on everybody today's video we're going to be doing another double debut before we take a look at the two guys we're using make sure you hit the Subscribe button if you haven't already going to start off with our hitter Brian Roberts primary second base Short Stop secondary he is the new team affinity for the Baltimore Oriol we know he's a switch hitter so he's going to fit the Santana boost will not fit the buckton or the Aeron a boost neither will he fit the Kershaw boost but I do believe he's probably going to fit the Big Poppy boost I would have to check that um double check that but I think he will nonetheless though uh he's got 125 107 contact versus right and left 83 power versus right 80 versus left so he is better against righties but not far off against lefties 97 Vision 113 clutch that's good 91 Fielding 77 arm 94 reaction with 92 speed so he'll play a very good defense at second base with diamond defense and then he's going to play Gold defense over at Short to start off and then once we get him up higher in the paow he will be able to play diamond defense as short now with that being said if we use him without boost and got him high enough to P5 he's going to be 12588 versus right 11285 versus left 118 clutch going to end up with 96 Fielding 7 82 arm and 99 reaction with 97 speed so an absolute speed stir for sure quirks wise he's going to have some decent ones in Road warri day player Dead red rally monkey situational hitter so he is missing the you know the quirks that we do like the most which is like unfaced first pitch hitter breaking ball hitter and then bad ball hitter but some decent quirks nonetheless uh Brian Roberts last year I absolutely loved his collection card it was absolutely insane it did have a lot more power but this one has you know pretty much Max contact especially with the Boost he's going to end up with 125 contact versus right 119 versus left and then 123 clutch only thing he's lacking as compared to his uh retro finest card last year is the power but I absolutely love this card last year his swing is insane can't wait to use him we're going to go ahead and lead him off and play him at second now with that being said the other guy we're going to be using is CCE Sabathia we know he got introduced as a legend last year and now he gets his 99 he is part of the collection path as a 250 collection reward in the set one let's look at his pitches four seam slider Circle chain Sinker and a cutter so he has a sinker cutter combo that's nice to see 116 stamina 101 hit per9 105 K per nine and then 105 clutch with 96 veloc 99 break he will also fit in the Kershaw boost if you go that route we are not using the Kershaw boost right now but if we use him without any boost and got him to P5 106 hit per9 110 K per9 and then 110 clutch with his velocity going up to 99 he will not have outlier in any of his pitches uh but let's look at the control 99 on the four seam sliders got 97 Circle change got 94 96 on the cutter or sorry 96 on the Sinker and 90 on the cutter very good I mean Elite control on all his pitches and then pitch break four Team 88 sliders at 99 Circle change at 83 sinkers at 96 love that and Cutters at 92 very very elite pitch break as well I'm excited to use this card let's get after it our opponent's going to be swalen he's got Andy petted on the bump we got CC of course on the bump let's get after it all right one up one down one pitch one out actually you just love to see it you just love to see it luckily it's going to be right at us wasn't a bad swing 93 off the bat I wonder how his PCI was there it's just ridiculous honestly at some point we're going to have to get a foul ball tuning I I would have to imagine but I don't I I'm not going to trust it I'm not going to trust it there should be a foul ball tuning but it's not going to happen it's just too much the foul balls are just too much dude thank you wow wow he's out all right let's go hit know I don't know point being is we're going to go ahead and Pitch CC Sati again he's going to have low stamina so I'm going to just try to go as far as I can with him but I'm not going to let the game get out of hand or anything like that um cuz it get ugly real quick with it being low stamina so I'm just going to try to pitch as much as he can kind of sucks that we had that quit right away but oh one's the count I got to try to get as much as I can out of uh CC I mean bro that F that cutter almost hit his [ __ ] and he's able to foul it off I mean I don't get it all right one down oh my God I'm terrible with this uh pin point right now D now see what I'm saying like see how that like that one it does it didn't let me Sprint to that ball it just automatically goes uh at like a I would even call it a jog speed go hit good ending out of CC if he can just keep doing that and not throwing a lot of pitches he might be able to go at least four or five Brian Roberts in his second at pad we take a one nothing lead he's so good now my only question is are we going to want him at the very top of the order do I want Jimmy to stay there I don't know I don't know yet I think like the power that Jimmy had provides out of the top of the order though yeah Jimmy's like that lead off spots mine coach do nothing oh my goodness why did I miss that got him my bad babe that should have been gone missed a freaking change up down the middle that we got on top of hit it right at the second basement and then with Larry we just absolutely Bots a hanging slider that's going to be one up one down one pitch one out too love to see it by the way as you seen he's already CC threw one inning he's already in yellow stamina cuz of course he pitched one inning last game and uh gu quit and his stamina just gets deducted so much I feel like they got to rework that I you know it's really tough that I get penalized because somebody quits cuz my starter gets his his stamina all the way down two down make it to where your the person that quits their stamina goes down but the person that doesn't quit doesn't get affected like that I feel like they could do that I just don't know how it would work maybe they can't but they should try to figure that out ah good pitch man or good swing I should say wasn't a bad pitch at all actually B it up the middle like I said we have a three uh two-run cushion now but we might have to take him out soon cuz like I said he's in yellow stamina it's really quite a bit annoying honestly this is the way it went for CeCe all right he rolled over that's fine I can keep him going let's just try to build a bigger cushion the bigger the cushion the more that CC can go hasn't hit from the left side either yet how did I miss that man I'm missing pitches I don't normally Miss that should have been gone good swing there we go there we go more like us go B ah why am I late on that my bad B Rob like that's a pitch I normally I mean that's the same pitch basically I hit last time for a bomb and I missed it this time my bad bro is that going to score or is he going be able to cut it off he cut it off but we're going to go for it maybe we shouldn't have that end but two outs guess you could try it not great speed out of Ian half 66 isn't the greatest so hey I mean you can make an argument either way honestly thank you good pitch one down yep he hang dive I I really thought that my second base could get there with 92 speed but I guess I just diving two down that should have been the last out of the inning man I'm so frustrated I have to take CC out here shortly honestly the only way I don't take him out is if he gets this out right here and we really build the cushion next inning like score at at least five or six next inning minimum all right we did get out of the inning get up one we're going to have to score here should have scored last inning we missed a few pitches but and also had that bit the base running mistake hopefully this in we can capitalize on pitches he misses over the middle he has been missing I need that to at least be off yeah it's off the wall can I get a double out of this yes all right good start for us good so not the cushion we wanted but we still got the lead so and I want to keep pitching with him it's going to it's getting tougher and tougher now we got red Stamina Red stamina does is definitely way worse than yellow stamina right at us we'll take it too down there it is all right come on let's build it maybe even get seven runs and get CC that win there it is good start to the inning that's Ian half second base hit and second perfect face hit no what am I doing outch oh man that and I just and I missed that I I I just don't apparently want to hit this game I don't want to build the cushion I don't know why we keep missing pitches we should never be missing what is going on with me yep last thing he hit the ball well he just got all right that's one down actually maybe we can just give me if I get this fifth inning at least he's going to go out with the lead and uh goes out with the lead I mean oh he grounded it but right through the hole good swing [ __ ] roll me up let's go all right be better my bad one sealed the opposite way a little bit off of it but I feel like we didn't hit that ball that bad wow I I did not click on the on the runner to take I feel like I wasn't that off that pitch that it came out so weak that's weird that a boy Jeron jxon hits great from the right side we just got to get him going from the left side he's only had two I bats oh0 for two from the left that is the Brian Roberts I know little double lead off double let's go Jimmy missed a missed a pitch over the Middle with Jimmy last that bat too so get back to the Jimmy Rollins we know that's the Jimmy Rollins I know yep that's triple give it to me safe good boy sa babe is just always babe and I missed it very nice it wasn't really down the middle though a little bit to the like left still should have crushed it obviously knowing it's fast ball but definitely not down the middle all right good inside on the Gap that should do do it I don't care if Babe has 69 speed very nice speed by the way that's an easy run we win it 12-2 in the second game of CC Sabathia and Brian Robert's debut C Sabathia I end up pitching with him five and a third he was tired it did not matter uh he still did a damn thing got the W turn runs only two k that's expected especially you know with the low stamina and on Hall of Fame seven hits allowed uh and again two earn runs he gets two W's in this debut so that's nice to see Brian Roberts ends up two for four in this game he was one for one in the last game so three for five overall he does hit a bomb in this one uh he was a triple shy of the cycle in the video cuz he had a single then the bomb and a double um all you needed was that triple nonetheless though we get that W again Brian Roberts I feel he will be my second baseman going forward for
