[Music] NFL preview NFL predictions Seattle Seahawks Pete Carroll is finally gone the man who chose not to run the ball with Marshon Lynch will he ever live that down no Mike McDonald is hired who exactly Gino Smith k Walker the third and a great a great maybe the best the a great receiving Trio are the strength of this team the o line is average the defense is average but a major strong point for that defense is at defensive back Devon Witherspoon he I he could be he's going to be uh by the end of this year he might be a top three top five Corner in the league he is tremendous um he will be the next great defensive back in the NFL and uh but Seattle you know last year they they were overachievers they really were uh Gino Smith um I like Gino Smith I like I like pieces on the offense but I think the defense is a weakness here um I have the Seahawks the Seahawks going seven and 10 I have the Seahawks finishing second in the NFC West but s- 10 um as as I look right here I have the Seahawks let me see where I have I have the Seahawks as being the the fourth worst coaching staff I have them but I do have them as being the 10th best offense I have them but I do have them as being the fifth worst defense and overall I have the Seahawks at being the 17th best team in the NFL seven- 10 they have good good pieces but uh I don't see this being a significant year for them they're somewhat in a rebuild a little bit um they they just don't have enough to compete but um they should play hard once again I like the offense now if if the offense is high powerered if the offense could somehow get 34 points a game or something crazy like that then I could see them getting maybe nine wins but I I'm going seven- 10 with Seattle gone are the days of that uh Wilson Lynch you know Chancellor Thomas Sherman them days is long gone m
