joining me on the podcast today these two gum shoes are laying down podcasts there's no show too big no movie too small if you need a review just call ju ju ju Justin and Nate geek podcasters what's up gentlemen we get our own theme song that's it sounds like a hybrid of perfect strangers and uh DuckTales but I like it res Rangers Rescue Rangers that's the one sorry not duct tail wa do I get to be Mabel do I get to be Mabel then is that definitely if if in this Trio you are Mabel for sure love it I am well who does that make me and you then oh I don't know just Charles or no maybe he's Oliver I don't know I'd be Charles no I'd be Charles I think I think I think kev's definitely Oliver and I think he has the I think he has the outfits for it actually too maybe not as many scarves but he has he has the outfits well I was thinking more if I if I get in a tizzy yeah oh for sure if I have a bit of a I can stor a room like the best of them we've seen it I love it uh well uh boys have we recovered from our big d23 trip about a week later now my feet are still killing me but I don't know about you guys it's such a blur it was such a blur man and so much happened over that weekend and it's like it's pretty incredible that we did it like all that prep and hype to go there and it just feels like it just with a snap it's just done right and yeah it's it's pretty Prett wild to think that we actually we did that yeah whenever I see you know when in this show if we see Oliver or Charles complaining about their their back or their bodies in in some comedic way I'm I'm definitely feeling it even at even though I'm more of a Mabel uh but no my my my legs I've had these like pains in my legs ever since but boy was it ever worth it like even just getting to do all the things we got to do see all the things we got to see what a fantastic experence that was well and speaking of the reason I brought it up is because we actually got to visit the aronia while we were there which it was a really really cool installment I thought especially now that we've seen the season of the show well I mean as we were walking through there one of the wonderful representatives from Hulu she she very much said like hey keep your eyes peeled when you're watching the new season because you might see some of the things that are in this installation and I went back and checked out our our socials we've got a video of our experience on uh Tik Tok of of our experience at that booth and yeah there are some really cool little details sprinkled throughout so as you watch the show uh feel free to keep going back and give us more views on that Tik Tok uh and try to try to well try to uncover the mystery through there as well and it's just I I think that's so cool and it it just shows the attention to detail that that everyone involved with this show has all the way down to something like an activation at d23 absolutely and then you know watching this you know speaking of all the little details you know even though we only got the first seven episodes there are so many cool details that pop up you know four episodes later it's like oh that's why that was important or the that's why that meant something this this show really does strive on feeding you little crumbs that they leave for us all throughout the season it's once again uh for a fourth time so much fun to to try and follow along and figure things out as you go along yeah and and to your point that the way the installation does that the way they've been able to do that for through four seasons and be very fresh uh with the approach you know it is a murder mystery but it is they they are reimagining it in a lot of ways and there and the clues and the hints and stuff that they that they've laid out it it makes it a lot of fun as a viewer to to watch along and and also connect the dots like you guys are saying with something as as as uh as important as the show and as small and interactive as not maybe not small but but as interactive as that installation at d23 100% And and what I almost respect most about the showrunners here is their commitment they are they are going with this the show has been on for four years and we are on the fourth season in a world where we're waiting two years between seasons of shows and it's really easy to forget what happened or or you lose interest shows like outer uh outer Ridge and or outer range and you know even how to the dragon you have to wait so long this show is just like no we're coming back every year with a full new season and I think that really does help with engagement um and so speaking of here we are season four of only murders in the building this time our amateur podcasting Trio wrestles with the shocking events at the end of season 3 surrounding Charles stunt double and friend SAS Pataki questioning whether she or Charles was the intended victim their investigation leads them all the way to Los Angeles where a Hollywood studio is readying a film about the only murders podcast as Charles Oliver and Mabel race back to New York they embark on an even more Epic Journey traversing their building's Courtyard to delve into the Twisted lives of the of the arconia West Tower residents season four stars Steve Martin Martin Short Selena Gomez Michael Cel kraton with special guest stars including Merill Street Zack alakus Eugene Levy EV Eva Loria Richard K Jane Lynch Melissa McCarthy k n jany deine Joy Randolph Molly Shannon and more uh a huge thank you to Disney plus Canada for giving us this sneak peek so we can get a head start on solving the latest only murders mystery only murders in the building season 4 premieres on Disney Plus in Canada on August 27th 2024 uh you know and as I just mentioned this season's cast is full of really fun cameos and is pretty darn star studded uh which is perfect for the Hollywood setting that we get to visit so I think that's where I want to jump in and just talk about this unbelievable cast it's so clear that like not just you know us regular Joe's but like people in the industry are clearly fans of the show and they seem to be lining up to get a chance to get on it and again the the list is massive let's Dive Right In and talk about some of these awesome cameos well I mean I think it's you know the the adage the phrase the the Charles Hayden Savage saying of I guess this sends the invest tigation in a whole new direction is so apt for this show and it's just crazy like I remember when we were in line for that activation at Hulu HQ Uh Kevin you had said something like if if I had told you when this show started that we were going to be going into the fourth season of this show based off the concept of the show very fun I wouldn't have believed you I wouldn't have believed you but given what we've gotten year after year after year it's just wild how inventive they can be and they've again managed to reinvent themselves and I you know I I love how meta we getting in this season I love how um you know I think last season they were able to get self-referential with things because we were in the third season but here it's even better because they're making fun of themselves they're getting a chance to make fun of themselves and I love how the characters on the show including some of these these Cameo characters these additional characters these big Hollywood stars they are fans of the podcast and like you said probably in real life of the show and the metan of them referencing things from quote unquote season one of the podcast but for us it's season one of the show like it's just it's all this stuff that just makes it so much fun to enjoy and and it allows them to bring in someone like Zach alfanis or Eugene Levy or Eva Longoria and it doesn't feel strange or weird or take you out in any way at all it just all perfectly SNS and it's it's very magical yeah the the The Meta has always been I feel like a huge part of of only murders and I think the idea of this show and what it's kind of what it's been doing through these four seasons is kind of breaking it down even further and further and here we are at the point where there's actual actors in our real everyday life that are portraying these characters from only murders and and they're at the same time as as trying to capture their characters and personify them they're creating their own personifications of themselves yes you know like how Zach galanakis is is sort of a bit of a [ __ ] in this you know what I mean and I think it might be that or or how evil Longoria might be a bit more of that you know stuck up actress like there's these things that I think they the stereotypes that are so um that people might have when they think of them and like what they must be like in real life that they're fully embracing and bringing as these these and then you have Eugene Levy who's just like totally Canadian super polite very nice he's so sweet and he's just he's super kind and I I I Lov even just the dynamic and obviously Eugene and and Steve have a real great friendship behind the scenes so to see this uh amass itself in a way that is again super meta I I'm I'm loving it I I I love that quality of of of what they've been able to do but to your point Kevin yeah this this is a star studded cast that I think features definitely a lot of people that are fans of the show and what they're doing and want to be a part of it um in in a lot of ways like Melissa McCarthy was a surprise and delight and I I I think she was she was actually really she's really interesting oh yeah like it's it's their energy and their excitement to sort of be a part of this is so obvious it it that just adds to the fun of seeing them there it's not just you know them playing characters but it's almost like them playing themselves as fans of the show the closest I can sort of think of is uh when Tom Arnold came on Trailer Park Boys as himself and as a huge fan of like Ricky and he's like oh my God it's the shitmobile you know just freaking out at being there this gives me some of those vibes as well um and so yeah it's it's just really really fun to see the creative ways they keep bringing in these big stars playing them in characters that you might not expect to see them in especially against role I know you guys talked a lot about that uh in the season 3 review with Paul Rudd and Merill stre and they've continued to do that with a few of the actors here and you know just going back to Eugene really quickly like I really enjoyed The Reluctant traveler uh and the two seasons that we've gotten of that show and so getting to see Eugene just be so authentically Eugene Levy in this season is fantastic and I listen I know we're going to probably talk about our main three and where you know what our thoughts are from them from this season but just before we get there I do want to just shout out Michael serel kryon as Howard um because he is just like I loved last season when his role was elevated to a main character status and I think he was maybe elevated even just a little bit more this season we get a little bit more of him than we even did last season and he's so funny he's sooted for sure well and the thing that I love about it is yes sure he's been promoted but he's gone from this character that very much was this grumpy I I don't like anything I don't want to have anything to do with these podcaster crew to pretty much being like their biggest fan and and to admiring them and to like stepping up for them he's got a really great moment with Oliver this season um a few Great Moments with Oliver this season and I just I love I just love anytime he's on the screen whether he's talking about his spin-off podcast animal jobs where he interviews animals or or about their jobs or um or just like just the the way he gasps at every reveal like there's there's moments where they're revealing you know we we get to the Cliffhanger part of an episode and they might reveal like four or five things and literally after every sentence as part of that reveal he's and he's just every single time and I I just love him so much and I'm so happy that we're getting so much of him this season well yeah I mean I think last season they finally you know fine you can hang around in the shadows or off to the side you can be in our presence but now I wouldn't say he's the fourth member of the team but he's very much kind of like a sidekick he do the grunt he in there yeah happy to do the leg work he's like oh let's do this you know and like that's so fun if they're the Stars he's the assistant right like at the end of the day right he does all the grunt work and I love that he's like he'll [ __ ] about it but then he does it because he doesn't want anyone else to have have the opportunity to do it he wants to say that he's he's doing it right um but yeah to see him and his role elevated and to see him get more time and to understand his character a little bit more as you were mentioning Nate Beyond season one where we met him as just like some grumpy neighbor that was you know in love with cats you know I mean uh I think it's it shows it shows the way this show is or this series is able to be again as as one of you mentioned inventive and taking things further and you know expanding right not just keeping characters in a mold um I I think that that's really really great uh another another character from the Star study cast uh that I love seeing more of is Jane Lynch um I think you know her as the sent duffel is just it's really it's it's it's a character we we we've been sort of introduced to in small amounts and in this season you really do get to see a lot more of that personality and that relationship uh which I think is is really really cool and and she's just she's just awesome just just her level of confidence and her her portrayal is just it's it's so it it makes me at ease and I'm just laughing along with her just how how serious she takes everything well and just just to see you know her relationship with Charles and really sort of the the the extremes uh that that relationship goes to uh is is really like heartwarming at times and I think it really adds a lot to Charles story this time around um I think it's really cool that we're kind of finding in this fourth season we're finding our podcast crew to be so so much more confident in their abilities as you know investigators or detectives or whatever you want to call them podcasters uh murder mystery podcasters I love how that is still very much a prevalent very important part of the show but because they're so confident it really gives us the ability even more so than in previous Seasons to dig into the things that are personally driving them and you know I think for for Oliver I'm so happy that we're we're still sort of getting they didn't just abandon his relationship with Loretta with Merill stre you know we we get to actually see how you know he really does care for her and and and as much as there is some self-centeredness with him and there's some great gags with Zack galanakis and him in terms of self-centeredness but I I love that Loretta is his North Star and you know I think a lot of shows that have these big massive characters and and actors that come in for a season I think they easily just sort of go well that was that season they sort of move on maybe they can't afford to bring that actor back but it's just it's fantastic that they were able to get her back yeah it would have been easy for them to just push that to the side and say yep she's in LA but the fact that they kept that as a part of of this season and as you mentioned to highlight she so good highlight uh you know Oliver and and and you know the idea of what it's like to be in a in a new relationship for him as someone who's as eccentric and egotistical as he as he is right so it's it is it is a is a a a device to explore it's used in in a really clever way to kind of explore his character and and this new chapter for him in this season yeah sort of the best Glimpse we get of who Oliver is and how Loretta understands him the best uh we can't really I can't really talk about the exact nature of the exchange they're having but she basically is just like listen you have told me four completely different stories about how you've met this one celebrity and and that's what makes you you you know and then he goes and Pops off just a terrific little oneline joke and like you just see how they work together so well like it was one of my favorite exchanges in the season um and that is on a long list like I think Oliver's had some of the best onliners of the entire run of the show in this season the writing has been really really funny yeah he's he's been he has been on top of his game uh in this season and yeah even the way he and Zack G worked together in this you know given that you know there's there's this very uh funny notion of like shadowing your character and getting to understand him and how how serious of of a role that is for for Oliver to make sure that Zach understands that and the way that Zach breaks down Oliver is is sort of disharmony is disarm is disarming to him so that he kind of has to like take a moment and look inside to understand who he actually is through the lens of Zack G fakis playing him and portraying him it's it's again it gets really layered with with the meta qualities and how it's actually influencing these characters personal growth but yeah like some of the lines that they had together you know where uh you know he he he references two old actors and and mentions a side story and then Zack Alan AIS is just like oh yeah no I know you're bit and then two minutes later he just drops two random actors in a random story and they said blah blah blah blah like it just it was just funny how he was going out of his way to make fun and just call out the Persona of of Olli right on the spot well and it's interesting you mentioned the the how The Meta uh the metanis how many times you know drink take a take a drink of gut milk every time we say the word meta on this one um but but the for real the the the metanis in terms of the comedy yes has always been there I feel like this is some one of the first few times maybe it's just that I'm realizing it but there they're using it for the personal growth of the characters like you're saying and specifically in Mabel's case you know I think season she's kind of at a low point but but she's entered this this uh this sort of self-exploration this self-discovery phase of who am I what what am I actually doing here what do I what do I actually do and I love her relationship with Eva Longoria uh and you know there's even an exchange where Eva tells Selena like you know you know get do these things so that you can you can sort of grow the career that you want and it's really interesting because that is Selena Gomez's real life and so to even just go that far with it to really kind of again just invite those aspects that these characters and sorry these actors can work off of to give us an even more authentic performance is so cool and I just think Selena Gomez this this is probably my favorite uh season with her I love that she is kind of a Charles and Oliver pro at this point too so any quip that they have that's that's stupid she's instantly able to come back at them and uh and yeah she's doing great yeah I I actually find her to be the most fun she's been on the show now cuz like at one point she's basically like what is my life like she she recognizes the absurdity that is you know four years with these two guys and for the first time feels like she's kind of embracing it like she she is like there she is a part of that crew she has become one of them that old soul joining them and it's made her that much more fun in my opinion yeah and I think and as you were mentioning like with the actors through that lens of of having you know Eugene Zach and Eva to kind of interact with uh Mabel Charles and olly like it is a way for them to understand who they are as people based on the fact that actors are breaking them down into like you know kind of like archetypes of of how they are like their personalities and then you know reflecting that back and portraying it and it comes off as misunderstanding do you know what I mean like the way that uh Mabel is is pitched in this movie script bothers her right because it's it's accurate but it's not how she wants to be defined and I think that that's that's what's really really interesting about it is that she she recognizes that and then Eva goes further with that by you know why she's trying to get to know her and you know create her her own Persona and that's pushing her even more so she's really tapping into as you mentioned Nate like understanding herself through this lens of watching a movie being made about her and and you know that's kind of the that's what all of the characters are going through but to the point of what we're talking about for Selena it really does become that exploration because now she kind of is she's starting fresh you know she doesn't have an apartment you know what I mean she just has this podcast she has really like she's she's really got nothing other than this podcast so she really needs to you know her mind figure her [ __ ] out MH well and then and then rounding out the big three we've got Steve Martin as Charles and I think he's having a good time because like he's getting some smoke blown up his butt here like Eugene is genuinely excited to be playing him and then when he finally gets a peek at the script to see how he's written he's just like oh yes you have absolutely nailed who I am as a person it's so like for once it's almost like he's being appreciated as this great actor that he thinks he is in his head what he sees it as yeah I love it there's one scene when when um Eugene finds a book in his apartment and he goes Charles right he's like I'm not just playing a you know a bronzy man I'm playing a a man with brains and Charles moments before was like I don't think we need the actors here to help with it and as soon as he comes in with that compliment he's like well you know having them around would be helpful and it's really just for his own ego right because he has had so much [ __ ] kicked at him for being this this sort of second grade actor and here's someone that genuinely wants to play him and has there's a script that actually reflects who he is so it's it's Charles's time to shine uh in a lot of ways but I am you know going back to what you were saying before Nate about the confidence you really see that in Charles um like there are still like there was a lot of like you know like these little moments where he's having like mental breakdowns and like freakout attacks and anxiety attacks and like you can kind of see them happening but he seems so much more intact and in control and it it I think it has a lot to do with the person the the the way the case is unfolding and what it means to him that he's really like he is actually probably more laser focused in this season than he has been in other he still has really bad ideas uh as one in one episode that was just like why this is the worst idea I've ever heard in my life um but it's still it's still great to see the as you mentioned Nate like the confidence the the all the characters are are all the our main Trio they've done this for Four Seasons uh for three seasons into a fourth and and they they just they exude that confidence in their in their portrayal of these characters now I want to mention uh dine Joy Randolph uh as detective Donna Williams we you know as much as we're getting more of Howard this season I can't say that we're getting more of her this season but for the moments that we get she's Oscar winner she's winner she is she's always been fantastic she is probably the funniest she's ever been on this show in this season some of the lines that she says that that I won't quote uh just for for uh our our rating PG rating on this one um but she is just she's absolutely hilarious and she has a very specific um Obsession uh that I I won't spoil but is is just it's so fantastic to watch and see it play through and and she's more she's able to kind of be a little sillier I think this season she's able to be a little goofier this season but she's again she's another example of those characters that are just confident knows who she is and what what her role is right and she kind of like in a lot of ways in the scenes that we see her she's embracing that right like I'm here to give you information please shut up and let me do that right like it's it's it there's again there's that understanding of of the characters but she just does it in a in a Flawless way that is so so so direct and on the nose that you just appreciate the small amounts of time that we have with you appreciate those types 100% especially now that you know as she's an Oscar winar winner it's pretty cool to see her there now I mean I honestly think we could probably sit here and go through all of the uh new additions as well as the old ones Richard kind and Li mcarthy and Molly Shannon but why don't we save a little bit for our viewing audience so that there are some fun surprises for them there uh because again at the end of the day this is a show that centers around our three main characters and that's certainly how the show started right it was kind of pitched as this idea of seeing Steve Martin and Martin Short together in this murder mystery and then obviously they brought in Selena Gomez as the sort of draw for younger viewers who might not be as familiar with the old the the other two older actors uh but that sort of idea could only really last for as long as it did and they needed to sort of create stories around these characters and I know you guys talked a lot about it last year but they've done it again they have found new ways to play with the idea of a murder mystery and reinvented what we're sort of watching as a TV show again for this fourth season and I think that's just such a testament to the writers to have been able to find a new way to keep this show fresh I never would have guessed that they would have been able to do it going into the fourth season but seven episodes deep I am just as invested I am just as perplexed at what's going on I haven't figured it out and I think that's really amazing yeah I that's the part that I'm like most surprised because like like you said Nate at the top here it's like we were standing there and this HQ waiting to go in it's like we're here for season 4 like how how are we here for the fourth season already um because this show still feels fresh and still feels like very very topical and and and it hasn't really lost any of the pacing or or or the sort of momentum uh because they've been so uh strategic with this like every year they're dropping a season um and each year they're they're elaborating on the mystery right and on this like who done it crime and this season does feel like it's it's probably one of the bigger mysteries for them to solve uh I don't think it's it's definitely not as linear um there's a lot of moving pieces that I I think are are are at play and and you can even just tell based on how expansive the cast is based on that alone um but what they are doing and as you said like how inventive they are this season to expand it I I'm like I said it to Nate offline I like I think it's better than what what knives out two is to Knives Out one right I think it's it's each of these seasons have have kind of upped the anti a little bit more to say yeah we are a murder mystery who done it and there's archetypal elements that are signature the only murders in the building episode style like the last little minutes of the episode being clue reveals or things like that but at the end of the day the Mysteries are just they're so intriguing they're like I'm I'm very intrigued with this mystery well and and you know without giving away anything they you know we mentioned how they make you know inside jokes about our characters but they've done it now uh about the story and about events from yeah several seasons ago and they they bring these up here and they're like hey audience remember that thing you forgot that happened way back in season 1 well we didn't like nothing is being you know invented for the sake of trying to fool us it's all like no the clues have always been here there have always been hints to it and even you forgot about it or didn't notice that and so while we're dealing with this brand new mystery they're like but how does it tie into all of the other events we've seen over four years and that is amazing yeah I think it just shows you know that level of attention shows that this show was never thought as like a one Season Two Season you know or you know just going season by season there was always probably a thought of what they would like to do if they got to this season right and you know who knows what's next after a four we need to obviously finish sorry yeah after a four we need to obviously finish this season um but you know it's it's it's interesting to see how they can really go the distance with what this murder mystery kind of looks like right and how they can make it still relevant to the aronia right like it's it's like the the all those murders have just have kept them busy you know absolutely and you know it's funny normally this is kind of the part of the show where we would be like well what didn't work for us but I honestly don't feel like this is that kind of discussion it doesn't I'm not getting those vibes from you guys I certainly don't have anything that I would note I mean it's amazing that we're for Seasons deep and they are just bringing such strong content uh to our screens I'm so excited for all the fans to to get a chance to to revisit these characters that have become so beloved and so just uh such a part of of the pop culture Zeitgeist now um it's it's really impressive to watch I think you know the best thing to do right now um you know because we haven't seen the entirety of season 4 even we don't know how things are going to end uh we won't give a final score but uh why don't we wrap things up with our sort of final thoughts on the seven episodes we did get to see uh including uh you know the obvious question are you g to finish the rest of the season when they do come out Nate why don't we start with you yeah I I mean as I said it's like we keep saying this it's just outstanding that they've that they've been man they've managed to keep things so fresh and also so rewarding throughout this fourth season of this show um you know I think the the their ability to surprise you on the murder mystery side of the show is is still as prevalent as ever but the personal explorations of these characters it's that's the part that that keeps bringing me back you know I I think I I start off each episode delighted by the murder mystery side and then I sort of get to the middle of the episode and I I really get to to kind of have these really heartfelt moments and there's some moments like there is there are some moments uh specifically with with Charles this season and and I think even with Oliver that I just bring a tear to your eye at times and um I'm really excited for for you know fans of the show to get to experience that and um you know again I love that the show is making fun of itself I love the the guests that we have on the show um and and like you were saying Justin I think this is the this could be the biggest mystery yet and I think the coolest thing about it is you know I'm I'm I'm hoping like you were saying Kevin they aren't they aren't letting us forget uh about very specific things uh that happened in the past and so I think what would be really cool is if if they can nail this whatever the ending of this season might be it would be awesome to see how that affects a rewatch of this series and I think that would be really really fun and you know these writers they've proven themselves they prove they've proven themselves that they can pull that off so I am I'm so delighted by this I'm just as Charmed by it uh as as as ever uh and of course of course in however however many months it takes before we have the you know we're always so happy that we get to watch this stuff early and we're very blessed and so thank you very much uh to everyone involved to heal us get to see this stuff but at the same time yeah it's going to be tough it's going to be a tough wait to get there but I'm excited to sort of hear people talk about this show uh you know all the way through and and sort of be like well you're wrong on that you're right on this and I never thought of that so that would be really fun yeah that's that that to me is the one of the most exciting Parts is is you know yes we have seen seven episodes of the I believe it's it's nine uh this it Nine episodes okay is it nine or or maybe it's eight uh I don't know but we've seen a majority of the season thus far and really it's the conversations that are going to come up uh week to week that I'm very interested in in uh in hearing and seeing on on Twitter because as I'm as I'm sure many would be um but no you know again just to Echo what what what uh Nate's already said like the show it it it puts a smile on my face you know as soon as it starts and the little piano notes and then we get into the monologue and you know then it takes us into the theme song it's just it's it's you know smile ear to ear I'm so happy that the show is back again for another season and it is really rewarding it is really inventive it's fresh it's the idea of of just going further with this notion of a murder mystery it's evolving the characters and you're absolutely right like like hats off to to you know John Hoffman Steve Martin and the entire writing team behind it for the attention to detail to you know look back at past seasons and connect the dots or or or incite some thought about what's happened in the past as to what's happening in this season but also to take the time and focus on the characters right like we've spent enough time with building up the archetypes of who Charles is and who Olly is and who Mabel is and now we can deconstruct them and through this lens of what this season is with this sort of introspective look of having a movie made about them and having these actors play them and them understanding themselves through these actors it's just it's really smart writing like in every layer of this show from the murder mystery to the character development to just why things are the way they are uh so you know even BR taking it to LA and bringing it back to the aronia like it's just all of it it it fits really really well um so I'm very excited to see where this season goes yes I will be continuing to watch even as as long as it'll take um but I'm excited for people to see a couple episodes for sure I think there's some some Banger episodes that are going to you know create some some some thoughts and some some interesting dialogue The Hollywood Reporter does say 10 episodes apparently 10 episodes so yeah so yeah which means we have a lot more of the mystery to unravel as you know they don't give anything entirely way until the very end and I will say the show does it is writing a very fine line where it's getting more and more ludicrous what these characters are getting involved in what they're allowed to get involved in in terms of touching evidence and and basically being professional investigators on these cases but I think you know the writing is is smart and sharp enough and then the cast the OG cast and then this growing list of Ensemble characters that we're just become you know getting to love and getting to know more and more it's it's just such a wonderful experience and the show keeps growing and blossoming and changing and evolving and adapting and staying fresh and unpredictable that's the most impressive part for Seasons deep I still there isn't a formula that it falls into it's it's fresh and new every single year and this season is no different so yeah of course uh in a few months time I cannot wait to resume watching and find out what's actually going on uh but that is it for us on this podcast about a show about a podcast thank you so much for joining us for our spoiler-free review of the first seven episodes of season 4 of
