Reacting to Tulsi Gabbard's Take on the 2024 Presidential Debate | My Analysis & Commentary

what's going on y got another reaction video this one is entitled my perspective on the 2024 presidential debate from the tulsy gabard YouTube channel former a congresswoman and Trump campaign adviser she is joining us here in the spin room and tulsy it's good to see you you have a unique perspective here because not only have you debated against kamla Harris but you were once a Democrat now you support former president Trump and you helped him with some of his debate prep how do you think the evening went and did you see some of the things that you discussed before the debate play out in real time tonight you know president Trump kept this debate very focused on the issues that matter most to the American people I think to me when you look at this debate that was the biggest contrast is that President Trump really brought voice to the American people who are concerned about crime on their streets who are concerned about uh illegal IM millions of illegal imigrants crossing the border and how this doesn't just affect the Border communities this is affecting in a very negative way communities all across the country he kept coming back to these issues he coming back to the economy and how more and more Americans are continuing to struggle to afford basic necessities groceries gas supplies things that they are reminded of every single day that their dollar is going uh uh shorter and shorter it doesn't go as far as it used to be these are the issues that the American people are most concerned about and quite frankly that KLA Harris not only didn't really speak to or address but she also didn't recognize and admit the fact that people are in this position today given the Biden Harris administration's policies and that they have been the ones in the White House these past four years not Donald Trump damn for real like it it was funny to me how she was saying these things about him which in in turn which were actually about her like about them like uh uh oh the economy you know Donald Trump left the economy a certain way there was she was saying like and and that that they when they took it over or something something or basically saying what what he is is saying like no when they took over the economy went down you know the borders are messed up all this man all this crazy man all this other stuff that Donald Trump did something about as soon as they took office like all that all the stuff he did was like out the window like you could see our prices freaking shot up uh I mean this is this is an important thing to us like uh you know the normal workingclass people such as myself that see those you know the inflation and the stuff like that that matters to basically our pocketbook like uh uh and how much stuff costs just regular basic stuff you mentioned talked about immigration and the economy those are two issues that have voters have have trusted at least in the polling shows they trust Trump a bit more but one area where he's been vulnerable has been abortion and we heard from Nikki Haley earlier uh she suggested that Donald Trump and JD Vance need to change the way they speak about women um tonight there were some heated exchanges over the issue of abortion Trump himself has struggled to sort of Define where he stands right now how do you think he handled that part of the debate I think he clarified and told the truth about a lot of things that kamla Harris accused him of that were outright lies she was trying to tell the American people that he supports a federal abortion ban he does not she tried to tell the American people that he's trying to ban IVF something that's personal to me because it's something that my husband and I for years tried to start our own family through the use of IVF wow it didn't work out for us works out for a lot of families president Trump was quick on the draw when that Supreme Alabama uh Court ruled and he immediately said no we have to protect IVF and the Alabama State Legislature took action uh she continued to say things trying to say he's trying to ban birth control that is also 100% false president Trump I think did a good job in clarifying the truth after kamla Harris continued to LOB lie after lie at him saying things that he stood for that that frankly just are not true that's what I noticed too I was like man this lady's lying so much and like and and if I say that say that like I know if I say that people are like oh you're a Republican or you're this or you're that it's like no dude you got to look at the receipts you got to figure out what's truth and and you know that way you can know when somebody is just that way you can know when somebody's telling you a lie no matter how beautiful they look or or how much money they have the truth is the truth no matter what made some false claims too he said that you know there were states that wanted to kill babies after they were born you know we F fact checked that a bunch of times even prior to the debate there is not a single state in this country that would allow that sort of thing but I want to ask you about something something else he also made a a a pretty serious allegation that saying that he took a bullet to the head because of the way Democrats KLA Harris and Joe Biden have been talking about him saying that he's a threat to democracy you're a former Democrat do you think that Democrats are to blame at least in part for that assassination attempt and remember the FBI says they don't know what the motive was in that attack there is no doubt in my mind that those who use such insightful these lady's hair is killer she's got like those silver streaks in it I don't know if she does it on purpose but looks nice as calling Donald Trump the same as our modern-day Hitler not once not twice but year after year after year after year it doesn't take an FBI it shouldn't take an FBI investigator to to add one plus 1 equals 2 people always say well what would you have done uh if you were in a position where you could have stopped Hitler back during World War II think that any person watching them call Donald Trump today's modern day Hitler wouldn't take it upon them eles to say hey maybe I should be that hero to go and take out this man who these people I see on television who these powerful people in Washington are saying is our modern day Hitler uh that then you're not actually living in the real world there are consequences to using that dangerous insightful rhetoric and it would not surprise me to know that it would lead to that very it's amazing that that people want to take away take away free speech and these politicians use speech like that like she's saying that that it's it's a dangerous rhetoric which it is like if you think about like bul kids that are being bullied they're always being told something negative negative negative and I'm I'm a firm believer in that that that our words are powerful right and I'm uh if you look in Proverbs I'm I'm a huge proponent of uh Proverbs right the Book of Proverbs in the Bible there's tons of there's a bunch of scriptures on the tongue the mouth the lips like Words your words are are powerful whether we like it or not so what she's saying and and it's and it's public like it's these news media Outlets are you know they broadcasted like oh Trump's Hitler Trump's Hitler Trump's Hitler and over and over for three like she's saying for however many years you're hearing it and hearing it hearing it and then eventually somebody's going to take action you know uh it sucks that it's it's that way but what I what she's saying here I agree with that and tragic situation former congresswoman tulsy gab thank you for your time nice to talk to you yeah here's some other reaction videos that
