and welcome in the pure adrenaline Sports everybody this is John coming at you with game one of this weekend's Mets and red series uh Mets right now tied with the Atlanta Braves for that third wild card spot thanks to the Rockies win yesterday yester uh but the Mets also gain ground on the Padres and the Diamondbacks all the three all three teams ahead of us lost uh so good stuff there we'll get into tonight's pitching matchups everything else but let's make sure we're good to go on all the sides we'll start saying hello to some people that are here already all right let's go welcome in once again everybody this is John with pure gourlan sports game one of the Mets and red series uh Mets right now tied for the last wild card spot with Atlanta so we'll keep an eye on all the other scores going on the Cubs lost today the Cubs are now four or four and a half games behind the Mets uh so it's getting a little bit of Separation now but we welcome in Raymond was here already saying good evening all let's go buds here saying let's go Mets welcome in good stuff I don't have a scoreboard going here so let's look yeah wild card standings right now Mets and Braves tied for that last spot two and a half games behind Arizona and three games behind the Padres so good thing for the Mets I don't know about the Braves the Mets own the tie Breakers with both the San Diego Padre's and the Arizona Diamondback so if for some reason they tie for a spot or uh tie for the last spot with one of those teams they the mat get the tie break there so but uh still three weeks to go left in the season so uh plenty of action to go uh the game's going on right now only game right now top of the fourth the Brewers lead the Rockies one nothing uh rays and Orioles getting ready to get started as well as the white socks and Red Sox Phillies and Marlins Blue Jays and Braves uh angels and Rangers at eight Diamondbacks and Astros Twins and Royals Mariners and Cardinals tigers and A's at 940 Giants and Padres and Guardians and Dodgers finals the Yankees beat the Cubs 3 nothing and the Nationals and Pirates were postponed good evening let's go Matts what's up Stanley Robert's here as well
