defenses are extremely important in my league So based on projected fantasy points and the scoring metrics here are my top 10 really top 11 defenses so the Chiefs are at number one with 326 and the Ravens are at number two with 325 the Niners are at number 3 with 310 while the Jets are at number four with 306 the Cowboys are at number five with 296 and the Eagles are at number six with 272 also tied with the Bengals at number seven with 272 points as well and then one below is the chargers at number eight with 271 projected fantasy points I don't know how much I believe in that and then the bills at number nine the Dolphins at number 10 and the Browns at number 11 all are projected 269 fantasy points so at least one of those defenses will help you throughout the year even though I recommend trying to get two of them so yeah those are the top defenses and be prepared to see which defenses I got in my fantasy episode coming out Friday 3 p.m.
