[Music] talk a bit about um your year and what your favorite moment as well um my 100 backstroke that I did because I got a PB and I managed to come second what other events have you completed this year um Commonwealth Games um and I did a couple more in Madeira it won't come out of games like oh really cool what was it like competing in home soil uh really cool yeah what kind of support does Sports they give you it helps everything really and I'm looking ahead what your targets for next year now um to hopefully qualify for Manchester yeah loads a lot [Music]
