Ellenbrook Rabbid o and the Junel Giants the Rabbid o finishing on top of the ladder come straight into this Grand Final where is the Jun love Giants Well they The freem manal Roosters last week 26 points to two to earn their spot these are the two best teams in the comp they have been for over half a decade I'm Donny Bell joined by Peter roow Peter I mean looking forward to this it should be an absolute cracker it should be um you know both teams have been probably the best two teams this season um I think alen Brook have been in every Grand Final in the women's tackle nine years consecutively so just shows the depth and equality that they've got in their side but you know junl won last year so this could be anybody's game absolutely 34 points to 10 in last year's decide up one big difference for the Elmer grabos this year is uh Kaye Thompson yes yes she spent last year in par over in parata playing in the local comps over there couldn't break into the nrlw but had a great season told me a couple of days ago she learned a hell of a lot when she was over to has come back this year this season and it's between her and Nick's on the other side it's the clash of the halfback absolutely that's that's the The Clash that I think everyone has circled everybody is looking forward to yeah I I I tried to to match this these sides up and there is there's nothing between them in any position it's it's uh person for person oh yeah both sides have got good fullbacks both sides have got some speed down the edges um we know Ellen Brook have got some big forwards mom and mom and daughter the are Sams you know they'll pump some meters out up the middle and I know junl won't want to be playing up the middle either so games of contrast here oh we're under way Kaylee Thompson puts boot the ball it goes down to one of the Giants big players and Chanel Edwards will have the first Carry and she runs into fidas arm and that and that's not and that's going to hurt bit later on the game because there's some you know pardon my thinking about it but there's some you know some big forward ladies out there and I'm B as nice as I can to them but they are you know they're some big ladies and they'll hurt you if they tackle you these These Girls know how to play footy don't they Donnie absolutely I mean fantastic brand of rugby league as the giants look to use the ball to get to the outside tuy cope involved in that tackle and nowhere to go for Taran Wy now Grace Matthew again running into cope who makes the tackle up around the halfway harak kurak goes to Stevens K coming here yep puts the the kick up great kick from and a Juggle and just holding on to it there Sandy toe holds on but almost comes up with the mistake that would have been a very costy mistake but they hung on to it then Brook now their first use of the ball goldsworthy goes to turn up turn the tips that one on and the mistake lost the ball forward yeah to Maru Ed over to the Jun La giant Thompson gets in on the tackle milking is the call from Referee neran on Warren again the big bodies come together Chanel Edwards and T Maru trying to come up with the make up for the error that she made parur shern act on the back of that and a dummy half Warren Gets to dummy half goes to Stevens Stevens goes across dummies to the first runner goes out wide a chance on the on the edge this is good cover defense gets across and makes an important tackle there on Kennedy Joe Solomon that was a try saving tackle for sure Al will get the ball and then a penalty to piggy back them out of their own end Peter but he shows though Ana can maneuver herself and she gets the right angles and then suddenly releases the ball when it needs to in create space [Music] it's one area where I think Jun L do have the the upper hand he's probably on the edges on the wings indeed they do they do matam Mar's a pacy pacing where isn't she well just about being the uh the best player in in the comp in the last last few weeks I think she scored about six tries in the last three games she has she scored a fantastic intercept try in last week's game so she did really really well there this is why it's really hard to predict who's going to win this game another panal mhm J Turner wants to tap and go so not thinking about the sideline and has a good 10 m in front of her before she got to the defensive line so the rabbit O's on the front foot Demi goldsworthy out a dummy half she's put down 40 out plays it back to Turner now at dummy half Sarah Assam out onto the field that's M isn't it that's m not yep not sisters as Nick ner uh called them in in one of the games which I'm sure Sarah Sarah would have really enjoyed appreciated that but his mother and daughter for sure yeah L on a bush and there canot there can't be many games even at this level where mom and son are playing in the same team can that's fantastic fantastic for the game and fantastic for Ellenbrook and and for women playing rugby league absolutely tackle five now comes out to CLA CLA the ball hits the de and that's there for the Giants to clean up and not the way that the Rabbid o would have wanted to end that really no and the Giants have got the ball back now run out of dummy half that both teams are finding a lot of space in front of them Grace [Music] [Applause] Matthew goes to Stevens y Stevens she's the playmaker Edwards chopped down right up around the middle of the field bit of an arm wrestle the early early stages of this one 4 and 1/2 minutes gone I think both teams are sounding each other out trying to find the holes in the gaps possibly around the edges where they can make a difference little kick through that's Stevens again right down into a corner that's clever footy R hanaki has the ball now toe out of dummy half goes to Nona Bush Stevens just chases there from marker to make the tackle cope steps off the right beats the first tackler and now another tackle that just creeps up high the discipline from Jun Lup is hurting them so far it is a little bit um it's very early days of course so no score here yet but it is and and you'd think now from the penalty kick Ellenbrook will try and get a roll on Thompson doesn't pick up too many meters with that there's a wind there's a wind blowing here today he's in there so he bit a little bit hard I think it may be not to your advantage when you're coming from the right hand side of the field as we watch the game a bit of a bark there with the the taery start from Nona Bush caught a few Giants offside now Assam only knows one way up the middle stands in the tackle can't get an offload away gosw worthy weits gets pointed to go left to Turner Turner dummies goes D Turner she's got no one with her takes on the fullback Jah Turner inside the 20 a quick play the ball to CLA Clare gets out of dummy half it goes to ruak they just tipped that one on not too much doing standing in the tackle nowhere to go yeah she was looking for some help and there was nobody there to supporter for for a handoff big run still going get to the line is she over I think she's over Liam Nan goes into the end goal and will point to the spot raki wo scores the first try of the Grand Final yeah well worked um from the penalty and then up the left up to the right to the left Edge and then back inside again and about what four or 5 me left to the uprights and they across first score and you'd think from there kayy Thompson would kick the extras as well again you would think she's a very good goal kicker one of the best that we've got in the competition is made a big difference of the Ellenbrook side this year um gave them some uh some direction in the halves no disrespect to everybody else is playing in the halfes of course but she has certainly given him a lot of direction as much as Anika has done for the Giants as well and she's been superb and of course won the nrwa women's player of the year on um w night got the can all and medal well fantastic first try now chance to turn four into six that looks good knocks it over so first Blood to alen Brook and it will be the rabbit o to lead six points to nil on the Fiel to goal play scoreboard 8 minutes gone in this Grand Final interestingly in the uh three previous games Peter the uh the team that's had the week off has lost yes that happened last year uh and of course it it's FL it's flopped itself around this year because Jun en Brook came in his minor premum last year was the other way around yes interesting um but there's a long long way to go in be sweeping to both sides of the field and injecting herself on the edges yeah she is look uh Pete touched it on before she's actually played a full game of Union this morning so interesting to see that she's got the legs to be able to swing uh we get her to hold on to the ball she's going to be lightning down that edge and put her Wingers in absolutely well she had uh an involvement leading up to that try but yep she's been getting involved on that left hand side and uh you know they went to the left and then she she swept all the way across to the ride as well I mean that that's going to as Claudia said that's going to take it out of here does she have the legs to do that given she's played a full game of Union it is um but it also takes the legs out of the junle up defense because they've got to shift quick quickly and that has proven then you know Ellen Brook have come down the left two or three times and then switch it to the right can't shift across enough quick enough and um this holes in a player of kayy Thompson's um capabilities to get across the line when there's a little Gap she's gone conversion attempt again raises the flags and 12 n on the FI to go and play scoreboard 13 minutes gone in the first half the Giants they they're suddenly looking for a circuit breaker something to change the moment to change they do cuz they when they've had some ball they've not really done anything with it um a couple of little chances down the left Edge set up by Anica Stevens but other than that really it's been albrook it's been a dominant start because these two teams have met uh quite a few times during the regular season as we get under way and CLA secures possession but three meetings between these two teams during the regular season and uh Ellenbrook with just one win Junel up won two of them but it was the most recent meeting Ellen Brook one and it was 2422 though that secured them the minor Premiership I think and um got straight through the Grand Final J had to go that longer route absolutely well the freshness of Ellenbrook is uh is looking evident here early it is it is and they're using their big forwards to punch holes up the middle and then set the backs up kick from uh Thompson just puts that one down it holds up holds up in the breeze there for [Music] Herer put down yeah Jin Lon need to get a break now don't they well yeah they need a penalty they need an error from Ellenbrook they need something to to just change the momentum at the moment it is elen Brook in complete control see J of played up the middle and I'm not sure if that's the best option for them but let's see how that this plays out B goes to the line that one caught a little high morero and does well to just hold on to possession BD gets out of dummy half goes to MOA stumbling steps past one gets an offload away unfortunately she wasn't going to go much further was she wasn't too much more chance for Wy now Stevens she looked looks to play some eyes up football gets the ball to a rare a and the that's just a knock on it's a bit sloppy she looked to kick and then changed her mind there and uh turn over so it's back to elbrook and that's where we've got to we've got to the 40 and they can't seem to go any further they run out of ideas I think stev again it was the last tackle so she was thinking Ki but then she's looked up seen an opportunity on that line side but just uh they couldn't execute so now the rabitos get to start in pretty good field position de goldsworthy makes a meal of it at dummy half though think the uh the runner on that side just overrun it sort of killers aren't they when You' got the ball and that happens well that's what we've been talking about though that that that could be that circuit breaker that it could be now gives June an opportunity there's a rabido player that's gone down over on the far side uh the ball's never been anywhere near over that side of the field so that's a complete non contct injury um clutching at a a hamstring knee leg hamstring yeah something right leg um she's getting up but is she going to continue doesn't look like it toy Maru making a way off the field and hobbling she hobbling yeah looks like some sort of soft tissue injury and again no one around her and we've got another injury over this side as well Tu cope is down on a on a knee getting some attention from the trainer looks like she's going to be okay to continue yeah she's up and she's going to play on a kick from the scrum win chasing through the ball sits up no he didn't leading the race but just couldn't quite get the bounce yeah but good meters nevertheless now the Giants they've got to score here Don need to stay in the game really he'll get back in the game now here comes Edwards driven sideways big gee from Ellenbrook parur sherak wents to dummy half goes to Warren Warren to bidd and they've read that brilliantly mongi CLA up in a face and shut that down and drive them backwards now they come to Stevens Stevens fires one out gets it wider to MOA MOA steps inside one great tackle from Mika if that tackle didn't stick she was gone for for the tri line but they're still coming forward Matthew the pass and they've knocked on it was a bootlace pass there wasn't it yeah now it wasn't the uh the best of passes bidd sort of got a feet stuck in tar as well wasn't coming forward to it she resented a little bit of the contact there from jerah Turner good hit good hit good tackle frustration I think yeah frustration cuz they just can't execute the rabbit o they'll be looking for a completed set so work the short side CLA coming out goes out wide to Mika M bounces away from M she's come up with the ball a one-onone strip Yes she'll be disappointed with herself there losing the ball I don't often say this about wi but she's a very quick very clever player High shot and have we got another another player down a little bit uh look she got winded in that tackle as a two two person I was say two man tackle but two person tackle she's up explanation aren't they they're as tough as a boys for sure 100% POI waho penalized there no no use of the arms in the tackle is the ruling Grace Matthew yes you got to wrap when you tackle plays it back to paraku sherak goes to Warren Warren on to Edwards Edwards sees that big big middle that's trying to drive and force a platform to give Nick Steven something to play with but it's come the other side this time to bidd again it comes out to M they're trying to her into the game and just forces that pass it was yeah and that'll be a Handover so goes into touch just trying to do a bit too much they had tackles up their sleeve she go to ground she's got a great step though um Mo she's very unorthodox but it C you know one and the other and it can really you know put you off as a Defender which way you know uh she tried it there and didn't come off but she has got a great step absolutely Lon Nota Bush comes off there's a few changes being made now by Ellen Brook they got a few players coming off you'd expect so at this part of the game because it's intensity out there and you know after where where are we 10 15 minutes in halfway through the first half well again the ball comes free this time though R to have been stripped out Ana Steven saying I didn't strip it she just gave it to me but uh referee neran disagree Liam n's been around long enough not to be fooled Sarah Assam now takes it Forward just looking to set that plat Clash she's been heavily involved turns that underneath pen grenell up around halfway Warren comes in to finish off the tackle back to goldsworthy now herah put down onto her back plays it back to goldsworthy he goes to Thompson holds that one up tmara out onto the field Thompson steps off the right now going to put the kick down into a corner no straight down the throat the defender just found the fullback on the full [Music] there now the Giants working it out of their own end it's Matthew always works hard put down another talk about players that always work C Chanel Edwards and it looks like another rabbit o has gone downit of an injury they got wi this time work to that left hand side the pass goes around the corner Kennedy Joe Soloman Ducks Under The Tackle there but she to she had to put the ball back in play otherwise she was going into touch and the play eventually does break down and it's going to be the penalty for the high tackle in cover another opportunity now for the Giants yeah they've had two or three in the last few minutes but they've not managed to get across the tri line they do need to do that soon topaz Porter able to run a long way before she got to the defense and beats Nona Bush now it comes to Stevens they go towards the middle of the field big run good run again here from hod Stevens again out of dummy half Danger go straight through try of the Giants and they're will and truly back in this contest certainly are carried on the back of Ana Stevens yeah Kelly Thompson one end Ana Stevens the other end we said it was going to be the clash of the halves and it [Music] is we might go down to Claud here if if you are you feeling on the sideline a bit of a shift in the momentum of this game towards the Giants or that's still Even Stevens no there's definitely a shift in momentum just in the last couple of minutes uh you can see that jundel up is starting to build a little bit they had a couple of cracks at the line but uh there wasn't a lot of shape they were kind of trying to shift too early that try there they definitely earned the right they had some hard carries and NS was just sniffing around looking for lazy markers around the Rock and is over in there for the try fantastic inside just uh yeah that and a very good very good Insight cuz it summed it up perfectly and nck was there looking for a little sniff a little lazy Mark a little hold of dive through and she did exactly that and the conversion was missed not uh not the best strike of a career there but they're on the board it's 12 points to four on the field to go play scoreboard 24 minutes gone in this first half we got six to go now um anybody's game still six minutes to go and a second half to come um Jun L now want received the ball and try and score again before the halftime break I would think well as we uh talked about in uh all the earlier games whenever you score points everyone's uh shouting out the old rugby league cliche must complete must complete yes yes yeah that'll be the you haven't if you haven't all there is 7 m so really really tight and there's probably I don't know 30 cm to the fence yeah literally yeah well a repeat set Ana Stevens is putting her fingerprints all over this game nice bat the open side but went The Blind Side Stevens again looking to borrow away Over The Line This Time runs into heavy heavier contact from goldsworthy a slowest play the ball now they come towards the middle the ball goes out to Bunch Bunch gets it wi W Wy with the line wide open puts it down and she may well put her head in her hands that was a one try missed wasn't it there was she she got the ball she had a player Outsider it was destined to be a four-pointer but it wasn't to be well she'll shake her head and uh she will and she an opportunity missed well the rabitos now they'll get the ball and they all of a sudden are a team that will be desperate to get a completed set to try and get the ball up the other end of the field yeah they kick it well they're coming from the from the scrum from their own 10 so it's going to be hard for them to get out out of this line now but uh they've got some players that can do that and they're trying to spread it across the field and trying to find some holes in the general up defense R anaki again getting involved as Thompson points one way goes the other FAS arm winds up and again leaves leaves a few in awake yes that's their main attack up the middle I think for elen br the Assam double punch yep daughter first mom second and they've made 25 M it's hard to handle hard to contain now on the back of that peni grenell gets him up over the 40 m line Thompson going across field the runner outside overruns her so she goes herself goes straight through takes on the fullback looking for support pulls out of that tackle looking for tmra who can't quite get there the ball eventually comes out gone backwards it's cleaned up by swanel we last tackle so comes to Turner Jah Turner she's going to bomb back the other way from where they came it's taken nicely by bidle great run from Thompson sadly she got stopped well it has been that everything that this has been build to be it has been so far the pattle between Thompson and stev Stevens it has been fantastic viewing and there is Stevens with the ball after the off offload from pakura sherak paraka sherak gets the ball back Ducks underneath the tackle of Nona Bush now a slow play the ball Stevens wanted a penalty Kylie Thompson knew exactly how long she could stay in the tackle once again slowing this play the ball down controlling the rck Stevens from inside the 40 have to get on their bike I don't think it's quite going to find the sideline though M gets back good Chase from Wy seat belt tackle over the shoulder drags it down now raki out of dummy half looking to find a bit of spacing Around The Rock beat the markers Bill comes up with the tackle again from dummy half with CLA Ashley jum out onto the field now Turner short ball flat ball for Nona Bush driven backwards in that tackle and that's Hal time and there's the halftime siren sounding what an enthralling first half anybody's game really anybody's game Ellen Brook got out of the blocks early first scored two tries Jun come back at them had a couple of chances that they they botched or they missed or unfortunate with um but it's still you know halftime 12 points to four either C could win this game really you know and and we're right with the the battle of the two halves they're both making an impact in the game aren't they looking forward to it interesting to uh to see what both back women's Premiership Grand Final the Junel Giants trailing 12 points to four and no kick off to the elen grabos let's get through this kickoff first of all and here comes F arm off The Back Fence for that first Contact and then we might cross down to the sideline Claudia Foster uh you wanted over to to to both huddles what information were were you able to get yeah one over for a wonderand junle up camper asking to stick get back to processes uh work hard to get up the middle of the field and earn the right to play with a couple of quick play the balls Alan Brook have asked each other to put their body on the line for the last 30 minutes and just defend the game out that sums that sums it up as we were talking off air really wasn't it you know play your processes control the ball keep possession that was one of the things that I that I said off air at half time for the Elin rabos complete their sets control territory first set of six they've come up with an error so they haven't completed the set they haven't controlled territory they now handed it over and uh inviting the giants into this contest they don't need much of an invitation either do they Peter they don't and I but I I think this game with you know 29 minutes to go it's still got lots in it and it could go either way and I think there'll be there'll be some more unfortunate errors throughout the course Porter uh yet again you know we got to bring the name up of Stevens yeah she she created all of that she created the hole got through the hole great tackle two or 3 met out but off the back of that junl recovered and they scored and yeah game on Kylie Thompson unhappy with that with something that's happened there she's clearly asking the referee for a rolling trying to pick up that we do have the referee's mic but wasn't able to pick up too much of that uh that conversation was it a case of did the ball go forward or something in the tackle maybe I'm not sure because the way the referee tried to explain it with his arms maybe I don't know oh a great start to the second half for all the Jun love Giants this is what they would have been talking about in the hle halftime let's get the first try on the board in the second half and we're back in the game and let's then roll the momentum and that was a great kick but justly wide yeah hangs out to the left so none from two versus two from two uh that's the that's the only difference in the game right now that might that might be the difference Donnie you know often games come down to kicking doesn't it at the end of the day well it's all that separates these two teams right now two tries a piece 128 on the FI to go play scoreboard the rabbito still lead but it's been back-to-back tries for junal up and the longer this game game Stevens the ball hits the chest there MAA and goes forward and the rabitos well they're doing they're just hanging on they're just hanging on there and they've now got to come 90 M up the field uh more than 90 m in fact probably 90 94 95 but they've starting to make some progress but what a great set set there from the Giants it certainly was you know trying to find a little bit of space coming laterally across the field looking for a hole somewhere but then uh you wander into the path of Ana Stevens and that's the end of your end of your day not only is she a great playmaker going forward she's a great defender as well the Giants players stayed down on the ground f is a Stevens that uh maybe a bit of a head knock there with with Zion Tara kick through kick from inside the 30 needs to know what the tackle count is and just put a boot to it after the ball hit the poor game management because when you when you're in that position you know you got to be kicking yeah think well Thompson saw this this face out wide tried to get the ball to space but when it bounced the sliding cover defense was there and it should have just been put on the boot then any case the Giants own half and here we are you know J look having come back from a 12- n deficit to be comfortably in front ABS absolutely right I mean this is 20 unanswered points for the junal Giants 20 points to 12 start with um you got to have the ball you got to keep possession that's the basics and well I mean that's that's sort of what we said after they came back is they need to they were in front yep they needed to complete their set be discipline and control territory they've done none of those things in this second half no they've really struggled to stay in the game and every time Jun have got the ball they really look dangerous and look ready to score more points well they're certainly not going to go away the elen brook rabbos they're into the the last 10 minutes they come towards the middle through Warren Warren they're just right in the center of the park 40 out from their own line parak kurak and another penalty again just crowding the ru a turn she's dumbfounded by the decision but that once again as we said in the first half they're the sort of panel as you give up the coach just scratches his head and says no you know and it's just there's no need for it they they we're having a good defensive set they were just about to get the ball back instead this game might be over at the end of this set back of that penalty could well be if Jun score off this set then I think it will be and they look they look you know every time they've got the ball and they're in the 20 meters over the Red Zone they look like they're going to score well here they come again Ana Stevens with the ball in hand goes to Warren Warren going across field she's beaten a couple got to the outside of that middle defense now a quick play of the ball goes to Stevens Stevens she takes it right to the line five1 on the bounce can't pick it up well would have been a brilliant pickup from Kennedy Joe would have been a great pickup and a great cross in the corner but that wasn't going to happen and the ball bounce is into touch well anytime that happens it keeps the Rabbid o in the game but once again they're 90 M from where they need to [Music] be trying to find some way of getting up the other end suddenly you go from what we were talking about before and and needing that leadership from Jah Turner and Kaye Thompson to now who's your X Factor who's the player that can score a long run try and break this game open there's a I think there a penalty to lenbrook there there's a couple of players on the edges that could do it um but they've got to get more ball to them I was going to say that the player that just took that run hul swanel is one of those players that uh you know an incredibly powerful Center sure with some early ball and isolating players one-on-one can be hard to stop so they're coming now they got a penalty on the 30 m line so they've got they've got a chance here well he here they come and there they go oh so frustrating so so frustrating and the Junel Giants players are congratulating each other and slapping each other on the back because well you know yeah the Jun love Giants they they may very well be congratulating each other but they should come up think that with 6 minutes to go 12 minute 12 points would be hard to come back from yeah alen Brook had a chance you know they they held them um junle up Giants out but to knock that on and also just to hang off Ana when she's coming up off the line off that scrum you just can't do it regardless you're 70 M out or seven you got to you can't give a Time absolutely right and it's uh indeed um yeah s Steven show isn't it well I mean she she's been brilliant she's controlled this second half and but she's had great support on it fantastic it's not a one person show here you know though she probably may win may win the MVP but it's not a one man or one woman show she's had some great support players around her running off her shoulder um there when she's needed some some help and and that's why Jun Lea now comfortably cruising to a consecutive Grand Final win yeah and you talk about those xfactor players that were try trying just like looking across this Ellenbrook lineup looking to find that X Factor there is nothing but X Factor through this Jun love giant side there is plenty of them the rabitos find the touch line I think it came off a player's head as she went to dive for the B she was diving tried to tap it back in field but uh now a play the ball yeah go back not a tap come back to where it was supposed to be played that's right they're trying to do it quickly they they should have scored that 15 20 minutes earlier to give him a chance to get back in the game well again it comes back to that that knock on on first play yeah and then Jun up go up the other end and score and the basically straight away that 12-point turnaround that was when the game was still there to be won yeah when you make errors like that and you give the ball to the opposition and they go and score it just must make your heart sink you know because you think we've done everything right up to this point and then we lose the ball and bang they're up the other end and the game's gone Thompson from out wide moves in good kick looks good off the boot and raises the flags well a fantastic conversion she's racing back but I can tell you who's not racing back it's the junal up Giants they are going to walk to the halfway line take as much time off the clock as they can this is good game management as we know towards the end of a game as the clock's ticking down they're just going to slowly walk back to the halfway line nonchalantly sometimes maybe a little bit arrogantly I don't know but to to the kickoff knowing full that the trophy's theirs today yep they've uh got this one Sarah Aram she's battled away hard run from dummy half from M powerful Runner again bouncing away from a couple she's broken about 17 tackles there and then get gets the offload away to Nona Bush she gets the offload back to goldsworthy and they're up at the up to the halfway line play the ball back to Nona Bush who goes to Turner Turner goes to the line now to Freda Rasam Freda keeps the legs pumping we're into the final minute R Turner again goes to the line dummies bounces out of one put down by Smiler late in the count Nona Bush back in behind the rck great tackle down low Now Thompson Kaylie Thompson holds it up gets it to Clare clear to the line and the desperation defense of the junal up Giants well they didn't need to but they do it anyway they keep their line in attacked and that should be the full-time score yeah and there's a penalty there so that definitely should be the full-time score we're down to the last few seconds aren't we 20 seconds left marker not Square the Giants they'll kick this one into the touch I think even if they had scored it would have still been a second consolation but nevertheless um but the desperation like there's no no nothing to be gained there by junal up from from saving that try that is just pride in the jersey and wanting to keep that line intact siren well there's a bit of push and shove at the end of this game oh we and we got some and again players running in from the bench I want to get involved I I think I'd see that from the ladies Grand Final I think they are going to just blow full time now so they are it was a little yeah a little push and shove at the end a little bit of frustration I think so from the Ellenbrook rabbit o and it is the junal up Giants that have won the westpack women's Premiership 26 points to 18 yes what a great second half well just before halftime really in a great second half from Jun thoroughly deserved win really and I think you know Ellen Brook must be really disappointed with themselves probably more than anything else because they really couldn't you know after R to a 12 nil lead um it was all one way traffic the other way and um they really really struggled in their half in the second half they defended really well um for long periods and then when they got the ball couldn't get out of their own half when junop got the ball they looked dangerous and that proved to be the winning margin absolutely so 26 points to 18 the full-time score the Jun love Giants as as you said Ellenbrook LED it halftime 12 points to four uh but it was uh was all junal up in that second half they they got out to a a 2612 lead um you know and it was uh was all over from there a constellation try to who swel late for the rabbit o put some respectability into the score line but at the end of the day the better team over the course of the 60 Minutes won the game and player of the match well I mean you You' think it's a pretty simple one for for Ana Stevens she controlled everything yeah um she was player of the match last year as well so it really is repeat uh we we talked at the start these two teams met in last year's Grand Final would it be repeat or revenge and it was indeed and once again the team that had to come the hard route wins yeah it's been the the been the case all day the team that is the week off no benefit well that yeah the team that's had the week off in every single game has has lost so far so uh with one game to go that makes you wonder what's coming next well L the North Beach SE Eagles nervous of that uh that continuing indeed indeed um that's a great result for jundla um you know they went through a they went through a rough patch in the middle of the season Nick Stevens broke her nose in one game I think she was out for three or maybe four games and that really hurt their push as Ellenbrook pushed on to to grab the mining Premiership but you know they they got bodies on the field today they got themselves fit organized and welld deserved you know they deserve to win the Premiership well again I mean when you talk about the the the minor Premiership Ellen won the Minor Premiership that got them straight through to the desider and uh well we might uh cross down to to Claudia Foster who uh is uh going to have a bit of a chat I think with uh with one of the the junal giant Superstars maybe I don't know if she can hear
