oh [Music] [Music] n [Music] a [Music] [Music] n [Music] a [Music] [Music] [Music] he [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] he [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] all right what's going on everybody welcome back to the US Open and we got the night session and the match of the day Osaka versus Muka what a match this is going to be I hope it lives up to the hype it's a it's such a crazy Clash I mean not too long ago Muka in fact 12 months ago Muk was making the semi-final here and also making the final the French Osaka not that long long ago was winning these titles so these two players are on the comeback both are trying to get back to where they were top 10 at their best and uh this should this shouldn't be a second round it should be a you know should be a quarterfinal but here we are uh apparently pela retired so that sucks uh but um Tommy Paul wins I guess I don't know what happened but anyways let's get the preview because these two ladies are very familiar with each other's games so Muka took out Bing Nets and Osaka of course beat ostap Peno before uh in the first round winner this place poova who is not an easy opponent poova took out Fernandez in that first round so uh it's not going to be easy for the winner of this this match uh this tournament is not easy for this section of the draw and then obviously uh palini sorry no maybe not obvious but Pelini is in the fourth round potentially for one of these ladies so it only gets tougher and then you've got possibly Ken sky and then of course Fon or Pula who basing on the top 10 Carolina mova number 52 in the world she's 28 years old from the Czech Republic 5' 11 right-handed she has got seven wins three losses in her comeback season no titles this year but she has got one career title her form hasn't been great but she is coming back from a long long injury layoff and Osaka number 88 in the world 26 years old from Japan 5'1 right-handed 18 wins 15 losses in her comeback season no titles this year but she's got seven career career titles including F four grand slams in seven titles I mean that's crazy and her form has been uh again in her comeback year she's just about getting the ranking up but she uh she hasn't had too many wins lately one is ah head toad they played back in uh back in Madrid two years ago iak got the win they played in New York New New York new new New York New York how the hell do I how do I come on in 2020 which was uh the co open and uh M won that one in three both resetters so we're for a good one we're in for a good one all right how we doing chat my legs hurt uh showed no signs of injuries Tommy Paul maybe he was cramping again I don't know maybe he was maybe was cramping again school school Kate is about to beat menik let's go Australia come on come on also on the women's side we've got pav chenko taking on Koto winner plays fiance so uh P check up a break in the third uh uh what else happened nothing else happened nothing else happened this will be a banger I hope so I'm picking o sakur and 3 I'm going to goak and 3 Evans is up a set a break as well uh M Maran coming on now also Dell's up a set two sets 11 two sets one a Break um Chad I'm going to say something after that match but just remind me remind me if Dello wins to tell you what I was gonna say because I'll wait until that happens if it happens I'll just wait just gonna wait just going to wait I'm just going to wait I just want to wait just let me wait all right just let me wait um just wait just wait don't worry about it I'll tell you after just wait until that match is over um by the way tomorrow's goingon to be hectic I love it tomorrow's gonna be so good um tomorrow is going to be so good crazy times so yeah me mar coming on now and then wasaki after that nice I did pick d as my best qualifier yeah that wasn't what I was going to say but I did you're right thank you for reminding me I did I did that would be that would be great I'll tell you this chat as well I've been listening to a little bit of yanic c a lot of yanx lately because he's been in the news I'm I'm I'm I'm a I'm becoming a I'm becoming a big fan I I think he he is so I love the way he speaks he is so well spoken he is like we don't want everybody to be trash talking and I you don't want everybody to be you know you know you don't want everybody to like you know sound like a politician but I love that Yanik s the way he's been handling this week and the what what he's been saying like perfect like he he has not he has been like he has handled this situation better than anybody ever could like I love it I'm like holy [ __ ] how old's this guy 22 they people asking like it's funny cuz like the in The Press Room they're like oh what if curios you know they're trying to catch him what if curios you know interviews you and he's like if he does I I'll I'll deal with it you know whatever like he's so he's so good he's just so good like as a number one he's like the perfect number one like the man just does nothing wrong Mr Perfect except for like the you know the the um drug testing but like in terms of when like that wasn't his fault though but like he he is like he is so so well spoken it's crazy um Nole also what about Nole no no look jovic is look jovic over his time has done and said things that are a little bit a little bit out there but sin just cannot put a foot wrong and this is not jovic versus C so don't get crazy you know if you're jovic fan don't be like oh don't attack no no jovic has said and done things you know but cner just hasn't put a foot wrong it's crazy he is like the man is is just like I I was listening to him going holy [ __ ] he's like it's crazy crazy how like how like mature and well spoken he is and how laidback he is about things as well he's not he's not taking you know you know I love it it's so good like he's so good like he is the perfect Ambassador uh and representative of a number one like he is he speaks well he doesn't get into like you know Trash Talk fights he's respectful for everybody uh yeah he doesn't carry on he doesn't yell and scream and then on court I mean he's not a crybaby he doesn't break rackets he doesn't do any of that he is he is the number like it's crazy like I was like I didn't realize until like watching a lot more stuff of his this week how good he is uh the commentator for fian's match was dragging her for complaining about the schedule made me not want to watch that match yeah well we went about it we talked about um at the end of the paga match I went I went on a ran about why the schedule is too [ __ ] and that that's partly why probably rean has been dealing with so many injuries as well it's because of the schedule so um I wouldn't I mean bashing players commentating is bashing the players um for the schedule is is kind of crazy but then again if it's an ex player being like we back in my day like who was it name names who said it was it an ex player who was bashing her back in my day we just shut the hell up and I'm like okay cool well you know maybe you should have made know maybe you should have said somethingone back then I don't know uh one good thing about this controversy a lot of people who never heard sinner now know who he is yeah I mean yeah but he's handling it so well like I don't think anyone could handle it any better like I mean no one like that if you're going to handle this situation that's how you handle it like he is handling it perfectly crazy commentators always unfairly bash eager for some reason whether it is her not wearing makeup or not smiling or complaining well that's crazy that anyone would would would bash Fon for not wearing makeup that's weird all right players ready to walk in on court Evans beaten none nice two two sets of Love nice nice menic about to go to a fifth against School Kate as well Dello wins okay this what I was going to say whenever also I picked him to make the good run um just saying um whenever when ever you see Feast do the best shot of the tournament he will lose Feast does the most ridiculous tween a winner of all time well not really but it was pretty good he he he he won't win he'll lose cuz he did his job he did the tweener and then he he won't win the match though it's like when Kobe scored 81 and they still lost like highlight of the tournament but did he win though like he like that seems to be what happens with feast unfort it'll be like the best thing of the tour and then it's it doesn't count if you don't win though you know so it's not the first time I can't remember another time off the top of my head but I know that other times Fe has done something ridiculous but he hasn't won the match and that's what matters WIS matter Twi is a great but also winds matter I didn't want to say it because I want to jinx the yellow but um yeah plays a ridiculous shot sorry bad example Kobe won when they okay sorry Kobe w you know what I'm saying you know when this when they get like 100 points but then nothing happens sorry Kobe's Lakers my bad I'm a fake fan anyways players are ready to come out and Court uh Rebeca okay none of that did you see rudes insane point in tie break was that in doubles I know what you mean yeah you know what I mean uh I think Nami wears the black fit at night is she I don't know I'll find out Barbara shett said she played more T and shac didn't mention how deep she went compared to eager though I'm sorry barbarette but you need to we need to we need to we need to just check I'm sorry well and I get it like players back in my doing the back in my day thing I get it and look they're probably a little bit annoyed because you know back in their day they probably get screwed over with the schedule and didn't have a voice but the thing is fy's number one in the world if anybody like nobody's going to listen and this isn't about barbarette nobody's going to listen to the number 30 in the world complaining about the schedule but the tennis world will listen to the world number one so if any if everybody's got this like a lot of players probably have a problem with the schedule but Shon is the loudest voice because she is the number one so if the best player on the planet is talking about it and bringing it up that's where things can change unfortunately if the number 30 in the world's complaining about it nobody's going to listen unless it's like Osaka or someone but nobody's going to listen to the number 30 in the world complain so uh I like that font bringing it up because if anyone brings it if she's bringing it up the WTA are more likely to listen which will help everybody else who's dealing with the same issue um so yeah and and and past players complaining about the SC like oh well you know she's complaining too much I feel like probably some of them are like oh man yeah it was tough but we couldn't we had to just deal with it so you have to deal with it you know it's it's it's like well no they don't you know players can change you know the players can do do some change then why couldn't they by way Barbara shed is married to an Australian true story uh menig takes it to the fifth oh God damn it God damn but yeah whoever said like whoever said um that Triant uh yeah did did barbarette win as much as fance that's a great point because you could play every week and lose in the second round which means you play two matches fiance's playing every week and winning which means that she is playing a hell of a lot more tennis now Barbara shed's best season and I'm putting her I'm sorry to put her on blast but she she's coming at eager so we got we got to talk about this 72 matches in 1999 was her most ever 47 wins and 25 losses so that was her best season her most ever uh her most ever she did that so she was 90 72 wins sorry 72 matches she get uh it was 64 72 58 54 51 between 1998 and 2003 uh she was averaging around 50 to 60 matches per season right per season eish fiance over the last few years let me have a check let me have a look at the last couple of years so Shon over the last few years yeah so Shon in 2021 played 51 matches 76 in 22 80 last year 64 this year so already she has overtaken Barbara shed's number like most matches in one season which was 72 that was she's done it she'll be doing it this year as well so yeah there's no comparison that oh you know yeah okay maybe maybe bar played way more tournaments but it's also like where you can play and lose fonc plays and wins it's about how many matches not how many events you know Shion saying Shion saying there's too many and you have to play I don't know what the rules were back in 1999 was their mandatory events I don't know the WTA was different but still 72 was her most 64 was the second most and Shon in the last three years has already gotten 76 80 and 64 this year I mean a hell of a lot more and last year she didn't even win everything it was 68 and 12 was a win loss so again I thinkon is the number one of the current WTA complaining or bringing up a point that there's too much tennis going on and maybe maybe the WTA need to uh to figure it out I I reckon X players should be getting on board why would they crazy come on anyways Osaka is out on Court and so is Muka let's get this going uh what about Serena in the past Serena barely played Serena barely played um because she was so good I mean she could play like three tournaments and win them all and that was enough you know and and and take and take the uh you know and take the the punishment from not playing um because that's how good Serena was if you're a goat you can you can avoid parts of the season because you're not going to lose your ranking um but Shon can't afford to not play for a month when everyone else is playing because her ranking is not as high her points are not as high as you know like Shon can't take off the en entire you know Asian swing because sabalan is breathing down her neck right so um yeah if you're a goat uh you don't really I guess you don't stress as much about mandatory events you just cuz you know that if you're going to play You're going to win uh but I don't think is obviously not in that point where she's like anything I play I win except on Clay Oak's got that big bow on her back ready to go she's an icon a modern day icon WT 1000s are now two longer two two weeks in a row exactly and there's more of them there's way more of them as well SE is like 2,000 points away and has a final defend here no no yeah okay I'm look let's not get into the semantics and get lost in the but cam the rankings are blah blah I'm just saying that like shant if she takes off the entire rest of the year she's still got to be thinking like well what's going on over here like there's no even if she goes on vacation for a month she's still going to have to probably keep an eye on what's happening with everybody else which means she not really taken a vacation she's just not on tour you know what I'm saying plus I don't know what the again I don't know what the fines are for not playing in 1000s but again there's two 1000s uh there's two 1000s in in China this year and Shon won one of them right Sabal Lanka could win Wuhan and Beijing and Shon comes back after the Asian swing and it's like 500 points between them because remember Shon also won the WTA finals so after this week it's fance can't go on holiday you know again let's not get lost in the like you know let's not get confused like oh sabinka is this no no it's not about the sabalan is that far it's said that players I mean if if sabalenka went on holiday for a month when everyone else was playing you know again all right now going to serve by the way they're just warming up Bo may have Mar coming on as well B was affected by this as well well B could never go home because um because of uh because of was too far away so it was just a location thing e said there are more than 20 required events yeah so you've got to play yeah there are you've got to play all the grand slams right so four slams you've got to play all the 1000s which there's 10 they're all mandatory there's no non-mandatory this year I think they're all mandatory so that's 14 and then you've got to play five at least six sorry 500 events so that's 20 so you've got to play 20 events and then if you want to play the Olympics then you have to play Billy Jin King cup so that's a whole another thing right you got to play that to play that and that was a whole another thing so yeah there's more than this year there's more than 20 events you know it's brutal 10 1000s and that they're all like M you have to play all of them that's that's crazy especially when they're backto back like you've got so many backtack 1000s Plus like somebody said in the chat they're two weeks some of them are two weeks now so that's like not just like back to back two weeks in a row you've got four weeks in a row that you've got to be at these events Shon in Rome and Madrid was there for two like four weeks she was in Rome for two Madrid for two and Rome you know Rome for another two and then the week before that she was in stokart so she had five like five weeks there she was just hanging out at the same place whereas back in the day it would have been 3 weeks and then the off week she would have been able to go back home or whatever whatever so yeah it's like I'm on the side of the modern play modern day players because if they get injured then what are we going to watch you know if Shion gets injured or reaka pulls out of another tournament then what the hell are we going to watch we can't watch the people that we want to watch if they're injured because they've been playing so much why are there 10s back to back cuz there's not enough weeks in the year and they just want to cram them all in and anyways I'm wish Fon The Season's too long The Season's too busy there's too many there's too many uh mandatory events I'm wish Fon tell you what the ptpa when jovic retires if he takes over the ptpa is like the theid president he uh I'm sure he'll make some changes he'll be he well he won't be making changes but he'll be he'll probably be advocating for some of these changes for sure all right oaka to serve Saka to serve I don't think a b this that big should be allowed it's her warm-up gear don't worry about it she's not going to that while she's playing it's only on a jacket that she's warming up in okay here we go Chat lock in lock in we are ready to go this is the match of the day so I know some of you stand awake for this one so here we go here we go here we go noos Saka ready to go she's wearing the all black she's got a bow on her back but the big bow was on her jacket she's still got a bow but it's not that bad it's not that bad as in like it's not that um out there the bow on her back was massive all right who you got chat I'm going oaku in 3 keep the dream alive m the semis though last year you know hasn't been around for didn't play after the US Open though for a long time so that's why she's number 50 back in back end rally Muka down the middle into the form of Osaka as Muk hit the FR of the stretch but it's just wide the first point goes to the former two-time champ 15 love God it's got final Fields it's finals Fields chat m a three Osaka 3 m of two three Osaka 2 a fault from Osaka second serve second serve into the for hand of Muk return to the for by Saka as Muka hits a forehand down the line Osaka is there with the back hand on the stretch goes cross to the slice of Muka as then Osaka over hits that forehand and it's 15 all 15 all Sak straight set to reckon okay 15 all as we to serve again and the return goes in the net from mova good serve from Osaka 315 305 as Saka serves again D and Ace 405 season's too long we all get weary I agree I agree I am an advocate for and I love tennis you guys know I love tennis but I am definitely an advocate for a shorter even maybe not a shorter season but more more breaks as that goes wide by osakan it's 4030 you know I think after a slam there should be nothing U maybe a 250 if you have to but I I don't think there should be anything after a slam and I don't think there should be something before a slam you know maybe some again maybe a 250 like winon Salem was good as a last minute preparation but I think everything anything there should be 250s before and after slams nothing that bigger and I don't really like two we ma Masters they're not I feel like they just they drag on a lot s was the first game one love you know it's been a nice experiment you know they're trying it out but I just don't just don't think they're uh I mean I love the sunshine double for twoe Masters but after that the one we one we Masters just the bite side I love that's way better everything we don't want everything to be Indian Wells you know we want Indian Wells to stay special for right like Roman Madrid being two weeks Canada Cincy two weeks next year Shanghai being two weeks unnecessary you know I don't think anyone asked for that maybe Shanghai asked for that nobody else asked for that return goes in the volley of M good sir volley L goes up and a smash straight at oaka but m is like sorry you ran into it 15 love we didn't need the dirty double yeah we Sunshine Double's fine because it's it works perfectly too because you've got the Australian Open and French and they're in uh J you know January and May and then the sunshine double as like the the fifth slam right I like it because March is fine there's nothing in March you know we have no we have a month between each slam so it doesn't interrupt as that goes long from Osaka 30 love where having two week Masters a month before a slam I mean yeah like March is no man's land there's nothing going on in March uh it's far enough away from the it's two you know it's a month after the Australian it's a month before the French having something in making March a big deal like if you're going to have a fifth slam you'd have it in March because the the schedule right or you'd have it in October but like everything else we didn't need it as that goes wide by Osaka 4 love 40 love everyone's worn out by October yeah yeah everyone's look either winding down or getting ready for the you know the David you know the um W WT finals M serves and Ace and it's 1 what's the rationale for twoe Masters what do you guys think why do you think they've they've extended all the Masters part of it to make the ATP want to make it and the WTA want to make um you know want to make uh make them make it be like 14 great events per year right not just be like Grand Slams of tennis and nothing else but um yeah I I mean it's like why do why does he try open sat on Sunday you know get the extra day play you know all right nice hitting there from Osaka as she says another massive serve 30 love it's already difficult to get a good draw for Canada yeah Canada's going to be I feel like Canada is already it's already like unfortunately I don't want to say it's the worst Masters but it's already probably the least important Masters 1,000 of the bunch make it two weeks it's going to be a long two weeks 4 love and I'm sorry I know there's a lot of Canadians here and it's not because of the it's not because it's in Canada it's just because people don't play it for some reason players don't go to the Canadian open um even when you make them go they don't go you know and making that two weeks just makes no sense besides the rain you know rain delays and stuff making it sense for that but that's about it foran goes wide by Osaka 415 405 Norway never goes to Canada yeah yeah everything like after Wimbledon should be a month off it usually is but now it's going to be a week off or two weeks off and then you're going to go to Canada because Cincinnati and Canada are going to extend the extra week so that cuts down two weeks of rest for for players you know so see the backend of Muka fora the for Muka M hits it out 21 21 maybe two weeks is too much but in one week you have to play six matches in seven or eight days to win way too much I know what you're saying yeah um maybe this maybe have don't have back-to-back Masters and have a week one one week there and one week and then a week between and then like if there is spill over you can always push into the Monday or Tuesday of the de week if you need to you know what I'm saying uh I think most players prefer to play every day and go home after a tournament I agree having a day off in between sounds great but from what the players have said I mean that's how C hurt his hip because on the day off he was training if he wouldn't have had a day off normally but he had a day off he was training and he got injured you go you know players aren't just going to sit around and do nothing or like in their days off you know they're not just going to play video games and go a sightseing they're going to be training for the next match because they know that their opponent's going to be ready for the next match too like yeah I think it again I think it was a good it was an the idea around it you know and and I like I like the twoe Masters to then so you know the rain delays don't affect this tournament as much that helps but if that's the only real benefit you know uh why did pel walk have a walk up I don't know not sure Cam's right about Cincinnati and Canada keep one week and more spaced out yeah yeah next week next year is going to be I mean this year's already been stacked because of the uh because of uh the what is it the Olympics next year is going to be like like those two like especially Canada unfortunately just going to drag it's just going to be so slow it's going to take forever to finish and you're going to be like not if no one plays you know there's a bit of volley from Muka into the for of Osaka Muka with a volley Osaka with the pass Muka voles it away though lovely exchange and it's 15 love 15 love 15 love and Muka serves again serve out wide the backend of Osaka back in slice Muka in the net 30 1 15 15 all I actually like mon Carlo because it's top 56 right so even from the first round you get great matches yeah yeah yeah 56 player draws we don't need like 96 players draws I guess get more people like lower ranked players into the tournament but I don't know I mean there's good like there's no I don't think there's a right answer that's the thing there's just like the Clos like there's just like the like there's no good option there's no like perfect answer right he7 M 3015 because uh if you if you make them two weeks more players get to play so the number 80 in the world gets to play first round of a masters which is a bigger payday more ranking points and stuff you know there's a lot of benefit for that if you make it 56 though it gives the top players is more of an advantage cuz it's you know more Advantage because it's a smaller tournament you know it's a condensed event it means you don't have to play you don't have to be in the same place for two weeks uh but then obviously you get a big drop off because a lot of the players that aren't in the top 50 won't get to play so you know it's hard I mean but then the are the lower ranked players happy with the two-e Masters do they like them if they don't like them then it's not benefiting anybody so I don't know it's just there is no correct answer 30 7 the back of Osaka slice from Muka the back of Osaka is Muka forehand again the back of Osaka the slice of Muka Muka in the net break point Osaka 3040 30 40 o Sak to get the break 3040 Ser is a fult second serve second the back of Osaka good return slice Muka into the front of Osaka hits in the net we get to Deuce we can talk about all we want but money uh as long as we want but money talks and it won't change anything unfortunately I know I know I know I know there's nothing we can do the only way change happens is if they if it if it wait if they're losing money on those events uh or if the players start complaining um is that goes in the net on the return from Osaka and it's Advantage Muka um yeah and look and the vision the vision of the ATP for example from the director is based on a Formula 1 structure he said that before he wants the ATP tennis schedule to be like a Formula 1 uh schedule which is you know you have 20 something events that are massive uh for it but for tennis it would be 14 The Grand Slams are massive and then you have all the other 1000s which are also equally as big so that's that's what the vision of the ATP is that's why we're getting two we Masters that's why that's why they're really trying to bulk up the 1000s to make it feel like a grand slam so that way over the course of the Season we have you know because the the Formula 1 season starts in March and ends in November right and they've got ra they've got a race every single almost every week or every other week right they're trying to do that with tennis because that's his he thinks that's how he thinks that tennis should should adopt that that way right um or should adopt that that structure you know that we have all these main events that everybody all the big names play and then a bunch of weeks where you know there's other things going on that's his vision or that's the vision driving cars for an hour is exhausting true the difference though is like formula 1's over you know a span of 4 days and Tennis is over the span of a week or two so it's a little bit like but that's his kind of idea of like how he wants people to see tennis of like you know there's Indian Wells there Australian Open there's blah blah blah blah blah and there's like 15 events in the calendar that are most important you know and everything else is sort of smaller um and I don't mind that idea it's not a bad idea 30 love 4 from oaka crosscourt is a winner it's 40 love um but I just don't know if making them two weeks is a good idea I feel like you could promote Canada and Cincinnati and and as a onewe event you know or may yeah it does not sound bad to be fair yeah it's a good idea uh it's it's an interest like I like the idea of it being like you know especially because like the Casual fans who only watch the slams it makes it easier for them to know that you know oh there's a tournament in Shanghai that is as you know as important as the US Open you know or you know it's a big tournament that like a lot of players are going to go to osaki is a 3-2 so it's a good idea but I just don't know if the execution is is is working with the two- we Masters you know um yeah equally as big as a slam as in like two weeks so making it two weeks and one making it 96 players in the draw makes the field massive right it makes it feel like a like everyone talks about Indian Wells being the fifth slam because it's you know mostly most players come back after the Australian Open that's their first event back or at least if they don't play in Feb that's their first event back plus it's not it's you know it's been a a 96 player draw they're trying to I think that what they're trying to do is they're trying to grab Indian Wells and then go okay let's try and make Indian Wells like let's try and spread it out over all of them so you know Indian Wells is their is their best event or maybe the AGP finals but let's just say Indian wells in the 1000s Miami's there as well and then it's like they're trying to make you know Indian Wells times 10 right for the whole season by making him two weeks and 96 players which kind of diminishes Indian Welles because it means that Indian Welles isn't special being two weeks everything's two weeks now doesn't matter but it also maybe like dilutes everything and it confuses everybody instead so I don't know there's a big gap between a thousand and a slam I agree no no there's definitely a big gap points wise and prize MoneyWise but that's I think that's the atb's vision is to make to to close the gap by saying hey you know you might watch the US Open but also there's you know ciny and Canada are just as like valid right and they're just as big and you should be watching those as well if you're a tennis fan we do that all the time because we're psycho tennis fans but most people don't watch Canada you know if they don't they'll watch maybe Cincinnati if they have access to it but the US Open is the only thing that people watch after Wimbledon right most people probably haven't been here since wimon welcome back and that's okay you know hopefully I can you know drag you into watching Shanghai later in the week in the in the in the month but yeah all right 3-2 Osaka as Muka slips she's okay though she gets back up she's all good three love 15 so Muka just just couldn't quite change her footing if her feet just slipped underneath it she's all right though she's all good by the way M 5-1 in the first set against Maran dominating all right love 15 Ser wide is a let serve again serve again from Muka the backend of Osaka good return the slice Muka m in the net though and it's love 30 chance for a break here love 30 love 30 [Music] par me love 30 m reserves oaka slice return goes in the net 1530 1530 serve again from Muka just saved a break point in the last game serve again as preses an ace lovely serve from mova 30o 30 o serve again into the back end of Osaka return goes long and it's 4030 4030 serve again from Muka to stay level a72 great serving from both ladies in this match M holds and it's four sorry three all 3 three all right back to Osaka m a 52 up by the way also looking at Evans is up two sets 11 to break and uh menik 20 in the fifth against Skool Kate we got alres coming on after this match and then also was nyaki coming on after um after the other match May 15 love also um pavenkov is going to play fanc 15 love oaka serves out wi the back of M turn back of oaka M slice into the for of Osaka but suck it's wide and it's 1 15 all 15 all I just got here and I see Muk is holding her ground good to see she's had some battles in the last couple of games but she is holding her ground all right serve again second serve the return goes in the forehand of Osaka m to the back of Osaka M on the stretch hits a slice Osaka for cross cour M's got it goes down the line Osaka cross backand into the slice of Muk again in the for of Osaka now M with a slic lob Osaka comes in with the drive volley M down the line oh just missed good point from mosaka 315 lovely hitting 3 15 serve again 35 as we had a fult from oaka second serve return goes into the back end now as M hits a volley winner great attacking from Muka and it's 30 30 all chance get the break here 30 o and she serves a photo Saka second serve second serve back M return into the back of O sakas Muka slice down the line into the forehand Cross by asakas Muka goes down the line again now another slice drop shot from Muka that came out of nowhere and Osaka wasn't ready break point Muka first one of the night for her 3040 that was a very I mean it wasn't much of a disguise but I think oaka thought it was going to be a slice and then it turned out to be a drop shot she just didn't didn't catch that right Saka serves a f second serve second Ser to the for of M back into aak on the net there's the break there it is break Muka all right 43 Muka grabs the break uh meev oh meev got broken back okay fair enough all right how we doing chat [Music] um a former Co coach being banned from tennis what did he do where did you hear that where did you hear that Abdullah where did you hear that it was on Twitter all right let's just wait till the WTA says something about it all right before we start believing Twitter right someone in chat said it that's even worse that's even worse don't believe chat who is reading Twitter to get information what are you talking about don't go with what they chat said love me some Twitter gossip it's it's annoying I deal in facts until we know facts it's all nothing all right this chat is smart stop giving yourself too much credit this is my chat so uh you're as smart as me wa so I'm an idiot so what does that make you [Laughter] you're only as smart as the streamer chat I'm sorry but I my IQ is not high for we back in into the net the chat is a reflection of the streamer and uh you're all Geniuses right I me you're all SM you're all got architect degrees you're smart as hell that's what I was meant to say you're all smart 15 love you all can draw buildings or something Muka serves she's got the break good serve and volley from Muka oh what a volley this is going to be oh Muka welcome back 30 love woo that volley was yes 30 love beautiful volley that's what we missed that's what made mov so good when she was uh kicking ass last year first Ser is a fault second serve second serve out wide at the for of Osaka oaka in there 40 love 40 love 40 love M serves serving to the back andak return goes wide 5-3 mova 53 Muka these two players should be top 10 ASAP they're great to watch welcome back uh welcome back for both I agree I agree they are some of the best ball Strikers in the world and I mean they were I mean look two years ago Osaka oh three years ago Osaka was top 10 Muk was top 10 12 months ago you know my mom says I'm clever your mom says I'm clever too I mean my all right 53 as we sered now the forehand of Muka for from oaka again the for of Muka as Osaka again to the for of Muka down the line is in the net 15 love 15 love 15 Love medy Takes the first there you go 15 love Sak say a fa second serve second serve Evans won did Evans win as OA comes to the net but pushes the approach long 15 all 15 all 15 all to serve again from oaka here's a fault oh second serve second serve into the for Look whose smokes a return I mean that was insane this is going to be like she just went slap down the line what a shot beautiful shot all right 1530 Saka with the fault second serve second serve into the back of Muka return goes the back of Osaka Osaka it's out though 1540 Muka to take the first set 1540 1540 Saka just been able to be consistent enough in the ground strokes and also didn't take a chance which had at the start of the match serve is a fault second serve second Ser to the forehand of muko who smokes a winner that's so clean from Muka so good on those returns and she WIS the first set 63 this is how Muka got to the French Open final last year like this Muk of made the semis last year you know she's been out with injury and she's lost a lot of points because she wasn't around but bloody hell she is good when she's flying she this is this is what we want to see 12 winners to five five out of five net points one as well that's the thing she's so scary she's an allrounder she's got a great return she's got a great serve she can play at the net she can rally I mean Muka is an the ultimate allrounder can hit a slice I mean I mean that's what made m m the boogie woman of last year she is the scariest player on the wtl when she plays like this she is probably as close to a complete player as you can ask the only thing is that her injuries and you know sometimes injuries injuries have been the uh the problem but man if she's [Music] healthy watch out she'll be back in the top 10 pretty quick miss m so far fun to watch oh yeah the way when she's playing like this bloody it's it's so such an such so it's just so nice to watch it's just like that's how this is how tennis should be played like just easy power I mean crazy good reminds me of body does it okay yeah a little bit B I mean probably a bigger hitting bigger hitting than bodyy still remember that match when she played sa Linker RG last year that was one of the that was match of the Year wasn't it one of the matches of the Year anyway doing everything really one of the most complete players you can see 100% best all round player on the WTA yeah chat name some other all rounders what who else is there there's I think well Kik is one right another allrounder who has who can do everything really well who's got every shot in the book benic does benic have volleys I don't know if Beni says volleys Pula yeah pagul is probably an allrounder yeah she can volley well she can she has a decent serve yeah probably Pula I'd say kova um and I'd say um uh Garcia I think Garcia is a complete player shot wise you know obviously you know doesn't get the same result but Garcia at her best she is a complete player I don't know if on is a complete player I don't think a Ser is as big as trustworthy like the thing is that Muk is like a top five server if she serves well right I mean she's got she can serve Aces she's got huge St great returns you know mean someone said sabalenka yeah sabalenka she's probably an allrounder is goof an allrounder at her when she's at her best like would we consider I think Goff probably would be an allrounder really decent serve can volley uh maybe the volle aren't quite as good volleys might not be as strong Koko more of a defensive counter puncher true no no we're saying at her best we're not saying like G has a foram at her best um yeah but you're probably right she's probably not doesn't have every shot in the book Muka definitely does I mean Muka has about seven different options when you're playing her and you don't know what she's going to do every top 10 player is all arounder not true H 15 all Rebecca is not all arounder have you seen her in the net Have You Seen Her running she can't run Muk has got movement too I mean that's another thing she can she can glide around the Baseline she's quick you know you got to have you got to have everything you know there's no visible weakness when she's playing well muk's got clean volleys yeah she can chip and charge she can hit Drop shots right I mean we're talking about everything probably the closest person in the top 10 to Muk would be Sabal Lanka but sabalenka yeah I would say I would say M's got better volleys but sabalenka would probably be the the closest allrounder in the top 10 no and kova obviously but I would say yeah Sab sabala kova would be all rounders but I say Sabal Lanka's best weapons are aggression like she can do other things well but it's not like Muka if she wants she can serve and volley Sabal Lanka doesn't serve and volley unless she has to feels she has to right we're talking about like Roger federa right he could do like 500 different things at once you know and and and be best the best at all of them you know like if if m played a ser and volley set where she serve and voled every serve she could probably win it you know I don't know if saan could serve and volley every serve and still win you know 4015 Muka serves again into the for of oosaka shanked but into the for of Muka again in the for of oosaku hits it wide one love Muka Bosa I don't [Music] know I don't know if B has got the volleys I feel like volleys are you've got to have such a good volley to be even considered rounder and like Garcia's got great volleys when she plays well kov has got Great Net game so does Muka like I'm talking about like like high level like I'm not talking about like oh yeah she can hit volleys if she needs to I'm talking about like tough volleys like you know the volle down at your feet you know like not just coming to the net with big Power like you know like a banker and then hitting an easy volley most players should be able to hit those volleys I'm talking about like you come to the net and you like or like like you get bought to the net because of a drop shot and you're able to still win the point because you're able to like hit volleys off your shoes like that's what muker and and Garcia and and and kova can do right mainly because they play doubles a lot Pini I don't think pini's got a big enough serve like she has in almost every shot but it's like I don't know if her serve is as much like again we're talking about every shot as a weapon as well right I don't know if her serve is I would I wouldn't put her serve up there as one of the best serves on tour like if we had a category for the best volleys best servers best forehands best backhands best moving best Drop shots you would have Mook in a lot of those categories at her best you know I wouldn't put palini as a five best server I'd put her as probably best mover though on the WTA love 30 mova just picking Osaka apart Ser to the back and M return goes long oaka 1530 1530 what about ons um no I wouldn't have on as a top five server on has a good Net game though you're right maybe she is an allrounder but not uh not as effective as M at her best I would love to see jber play Muka there a volley from Muka that's a great shot oaka can't get it there's that volley that I was saying like just has the awareness to go to the net when there's a slice like most players when they see a slice will stay back and wait for the ball to come to them but for Muka to like see oaka hit a like not a slice it was like a it was like a half like a lunging back end and then Muka just goes oh I can hit a volley like 99% of players who play singles don't want to go they don't think of coming to the net they stay back or they wait or they hit a drive volley Osaka 3040 like she like I I love how M plays like it's such it's so it is it's just close to feder as we're going to get without a one hander like it is so it is such a fedus style with the just the ease yeah natural she's a natural exactly like she's such a natural it's just a joy to watch 340 she Glides around she hits a backand cross court into the back end of Osaka Muka goes down the line Osaka with a forehand again to the back of M sliced into the front of Osaka Osaka hit a winner that time all right deuce we get the deuce we get to Deuce could this Muk Beach Fon I would love to see mukovic Fon in the semis that would be pretty fun movish fance semi-final what do you reckon Chad I wouldn't mind that that'd be that'd be an interesting match as we a serve is a fault second especially this like what m is playing like now played against fance that could be interesting second serve double fult there all right Vantage Muka to get the break Fred final was awesome and could have gone either way on Hardcore it's has the edge yeah maybe maybe she does have the edge Advantage mova oaka wide the slice of movich puts up a laka with a forehand on the attack puts it away and we're back to Deuce what is um I know we're talking we're way away we're a long way away from movon we're like you know we're in the second round let's let's not lose our minds but just for fun let's see what mukar and font's head-to-head is because I reckon it's I reckon they played two have they played three times they played three times right because they played in the French Open they played after that I think or is it only twice they played as osaki it's a great serve in the K wild Avenger Saka vage Osaka as Osaka hits a great look it goes long unbelievable Oak with a big shout keeps level in the second 21 yes so they played twice in TW last year they played in Montreal as well I forgot about that um yeah so Prague back in I watch I remember watching that match in Prague in 2019 I watched the highlights before the French to get ready for it um and I remember Shon was just I think she sh was like crying on court she was like she was 17 at the time so she was just like all over the place uh but yeah all three matches have been three sets twice last year French German final and Montreal both three setters so uh fonc won them but I reckon on a little like Montreal being a medium court and French Open being slow you put mover on a faster court maybe a medium fast like this court here against fonc now semi-finals a night session so if they did play in the semis it' be at night so maybe that you know maybe the weather wouldn't be as you know the heat wouldn't wouldn't wouldn't help or wouldn't do anything but I tell you I would love to see Muka versus Fon here that would be really interesting on a little bit of a faster court or if we don't get it here let's get it in China where the courts are quicker so let's get in Beijing or or Wuhan or wherever I would love to see that just like to finish the year I tell you what Muk of at this round open next year if she's healthy watch out especially if you're if you're in the if you're heish fiance because that CTS quick and Muka has made a semi there before she's also beaten B there before so I reckon that could be uh that could be interesting anyways M six Aces 30 love as M servs again as return goes in the net from Osaka and it's 40 love M Sabal lener AO I could see Muka winning the AO I know it would be a like like right now at when you know at number 50 in the world and second round US Open but I mean she she's healthy and and confident she almost won the AO back in bloody um 21 you know she beats B makes the semis loses to uh did she lose to Brady think she lost to Brady in the sem should have won that match probably she double fault but with the quick courts you know against Sabal Lanka would be fun Muka lady federa looks stylish yeah she just got the like her game is just such a joy like it's it's it's how you hit it's how you should hit all every shot like like federa was the textbook that how to hit everything m is like the WT version where she just like you know like there's no doesn't seem like there's a flaw you know there's no the flaw is that she gets injured 21 but the only flaw she's got is that her body doesn't agree her body forgot that you know she's got every shot in the book but her body's like nah I don't care no no one will ever take dasher's place Dasher will always be my favorite but I I really like how Muka goes I really like how she plays she's got a great game it's fun and I also love an underdog M needs a slam though without one she's slam so was like 99% of tennis players in the history of the game oh they're replaying that volley they're showing that volley again oh that volley was so so smooth Shon mentioned how much he admired M of his game yeah didn't they practice this week they practice right at the start of the week which is cool to see I wonder if fant's like just maybe she was you know players do like when you hear raford training with some of the young guys or or jovic it's like yeah you know give them a chance but it's also to like see what they're about you got to like it's not always just like we're being all nice and I just want to give someone a chance to play against me it's it they're scoping each other out as well so I wonder if Fon was like having a hit with Muka maybe because they're friendly but also to be like okay how good are you after the injuries like you know do I have to worry about you are you a problem because you almost took my French Open last year I mean how how you doing so I re there a smart by Shon right to to if Muka does end up being back to where she was you know 12 months from now being the top 10 again um it is smart to see to see uh you know if shanek was just like also just having look at what Muka is doing and how she's coming back you know was she in Underdog odds with pretty much even I don't know if she was Underdog here but she's under Underdog at the moment in terms of against most players because of her ranking like she is you know number 50 in the world and she'll be unfortunately because she made the semis last year she won't be she won't get a benefit from this tournament even if she makes the quarters it'll be a great comeback but she won't get a rankings boost her ranking will drop even if she does well unless she wins the whole thing and then she'll rise but yeah unfortunately her ranking won't uh like I'm looking at her ranking right now she is currently ranked number uh where is she 30 Love by the way um she's currently ranked uh I can't even see her ranking did she drop out of the top 100 she must have because these she had so many points here no no currently sorry live ranking live ranking live ranking uh she's 52 but I want to see her live her live ranking is is because she lost a lot of points yeah currently 173 she lost 120 spots because she made the semc last year and her her points have cut in half so yeah so even though she might make a good run here she'll probably still be TI the top 50 which um which is a shame but the good thing for Muka that after this tournament she has nothing to defend like the US Open is the last points she has to worry about 415 after this it's all uphill so as long as she can kind of this is almost like damage control for her if she can make it to the quarters or make it to the semis and just save those points from last year then she gets gives herself a great chance of coming back you know because from now on she's got nothing to worry about but yeah she might be number 150 in the world if she loses this match she'll be 17 in the world so she's going to have to rely on wild cards or protected rankings qualies you know but um yeah this is a bit bit of damage control here for for Muka yeah 170 yeah she lost uh she lost 700 points she only she had only had a I said this in the um if you go watch the rankings uh trouble the the the video about the rankings that I did um M hang on I wrote it down you don't have to watch it I'll just bloody tell you um yeah Muka had like something like 60 point like 70% of it points here we go anyways goody there from M again Sak in the net love 15 sorry 15 15 love so Muk has 70% of her points in this tournament so her ranking points overall 70% of those ranking points are based on this event from last year that's a lot that's a lot nice Rally from M with the volleys again she's got those volleys so 70% of her points before the start of the week all right 15 love as we serve out wide the back in of Osaka return goes long 30 love what's the difference between current ranking and live ranking so live ranking is based on like they take the points away from the tournament that you're currently playing so you get all the points come off uh current ranking is based on last Monday or this Monday so next Monday or Monday week they'll update the rankings the official rankings but the live rankings are based on uh this event all right look if we couldn't follow out one 305 305 M just hitting it straight to osaku smacked it down the middle straight at straight at um M at the net it's one way to hit a passing shot Ser the for of oaka for from Muka getting the back to Osaka Muka with a volley Osaka with a f pass Muk volle's Osaka with a drive volley and Muka again can't handle the power Osaka is like you know what if you're going to come to the net I'm going to smack it at you no more passing shots it's going to be beaming through you you've got to be ready handle the power Muka M Saka is just smacking the ball at M I love it I love it 30 30 as M serves again first Ser is a f second serve second Ser Muka into the for of Asaka return the for of Muka oaka back in on the stretch Muka gets it with a slice down the line to the front of Osaka but Osaka sprays it wide and it's 4030 4030 Sak's mom in the house looking stylish M's up a set a Break by the way serve out wi the back andak return goes deep into the back of Muka Osaka back at down the line in the net Muka leads 32 in the second that was a chance for Osaka there all 3-2 32 all right oaka is not not longer the same as before what are you talking about uh what else going on that's about it really we got alaras coming up next after this what are we watching tomorrow everything on Center Court tomorrow so many good matches cam do you even play tennis anymore I'm serious I shouldn't have assumed you play I don't have the time um I'm I'm streaming all the time I wish I had time to play um but it just doesn't work with my work schedule I'm going to make an effort though now after the US Open to at least go and hit with the ball machine because I want to hit some I want to hit some shots but the weather sucks right now anyway but I'm going to make an effort at the end of this year or for the rest of the year at least try and go out and have a hit that's the thing I miss about coaching too when I coached I used to at least play tennis in a in a in a way but yeah I haven't been able to do any of that um yeah tomorrow is packed Osaka's best on Miami's courts right um I'd say Australia I mean Australian Open yeah maybe Miami but Australian Open probably your best or here you know or here has been good here right do you ever play golf like you wanted to no maybe I'll do that too Golf and Tennis you're doing well with your D prediction about damn time golf takes too long no me go to like driving range I'm not talking about go to play golf I'm just talking about go to the driving range W not walking around just hitting balls from a from a from a from a te with a 30 love 30 love who's that guy is he famous who's that guy they're zooming in strip your shirt who is that I don't know who that is he's an athlete maybe in the net from Muka 40 love who's that guy Chad anyone know need a cam bot to sit in that chair so you can be free I love what I do I love doing this it's fun 40 love as that goes the net from mov a great game from Osaka 33 Aaron Judge baseball I was going to say baseball I was I was thinking baseball I just didn't it would have just I don't know why maybe I saw him somewhere Aaron Judge baseball there you go he plays for the Yankees I reckon I might have watched him maybe when I went to the watch when I went to the Yankees game maybe I that's where I I remember it was he playing for the Yankees back in uh the day yeah he's been with the Yankees from 2016 I might have seen him did he play in 2016 no he didn't maybe he did maybe I watched him in his first games is he any good uh 15 love he hits a lot of home runs okay the name sounds familiar I thought you said Aaron Rogers no Med's cruising menik won a damn it me that meant the school Kate lost judges a star fair enough all right 15 love Muka serves again down the the four of Osaka for Muka Inside Out Oak's back hand goes cross to the slice of Muka into the forehand of Osaka but Osaka hits in the net and it's 30 love do you think Jo will win the United cup and Hopman cup to complete or achieve everything in tennis no he's already won the 8 cup that sound that's the same as the United cup it just wasn't it wasn't a combined event so no and the Hopman cup is is not even a thing anymore uh so why would he go play the an exhibition he doesn't have to win the exhibitions too he's already done everything in tennis you can't just add things on volley goes in from M that's a beautiful shot this is going to be beautiful servant volley the drop volley winner just sick just s crazy like federa fed F like lunging backhand drop volley Federer she C her lady fed we got baby federa this is Lady federa right dmitrov baby fed m of a lady fed lady fed she was nice why not all right Muka with the lead in the third in the second Med's up to Sister love um all good why does Osaka play great in one match and horrible the next she's not playing horrible she is not playing horrible she's getting absolutely whooped uh by a very very good player I mean Muk is playing top 10 I mean this is top 10 Muka baby fed lady fed yeah superb backend slice yeah M's got got it all you said both Muka and Osaka should be back in the top 10 so what's your perfect top 10 um oh God it changes all the time let me have a look at the top 10 currently and tell you who I would replace which is not bad but I'm just saying um so I would put mover instead of zakary just because sary hasn't done great on grand slams and I think it would do good zakary good if she dropped out the top 10 anyway and I would put Osaka in there instead of Collins cins going to retire so that's going to happen like she's going to get replaced anyway so I would I would shanton sabinka reaca Goff Pula I would keep palini in there I think she's done enough to be top 10 Jang gold medal helped Kika with the two grand slams and then Muka and and and Osaka i' I put them in peno's too volatile Ken sky is not there yet on oh man on is 11 I I'll put her at 11 um Bosa is not there yet she's kind of like Ken Sky you know you don't know how many injuries she's can get um vondy no andrescu no ranu no I put see from Rescue rakano Osaka I'd put Osaka I wouldn't put all three because I mean rukan was very hard to justify and on Rescue I would put I would put Osaka instead of on Rescue um that so yeah I would pretty much put these two ladies and I'll just replace nine and 10 Zachary and Collins and put these two in and leave everything else everything else is is fine n Andrea is not there yet she's not there yet she's she's not there Andrea is top 20 She's Not Top 10 not not not she's not ready not yet love 15 Muk is looking for the looking for the win here that goes in the net the return from M and it's 15 can in my top 10 always okay peno's too undisciplined yeah P peno's A Little Too Little Too volatile no not Schneider yet not yet Schneider Schneider's top 20 Not Top 10 top well if she makes the semis here then we'll put her top 10 but not not yet I I'll still put these two ladies in the top 10 ahead of Schneider these two have proven like that's the difference right Andrea and Schneider are not as Pro these two are proven you know at their best they are at that level and you got to remember if you want to be in the top 10 you got to beat the top 10 these two ladies can beat the top 10 you know at their best they can beat everyone in the top 10 uh if they you know maybe not I say they could I mean Osaka hasn't beaten everybody in the top 10 she hasn't had a chance to play everyone yet but I would put these two ladies there because kova can beat anyone else in the top 10 gof can almost beat everybody else in the top 10 rakina yes sabinka yes Shon obviously palini yes uh Jang yes Puli yes everyone in that top 10 could beat each other so Zachary and Collins are the only ones that at Slams are not as consistent so I would I mean all of those ladies as well if you put these two in there everyone there has done well at slams multiple slams Zachary's done okay a couple Colin's done all right one but everyone else has done multiple times at slams have done really well that would be a great top 10 4030 as Osaka smacks that one wide Deuce get to Deuce Rani will beat Schneider that would be an upset all right Deuce yeah Gregs but on drcu can't beat palini you know if she beats palini those three times then she's probably in the top 10 already F goes down the line to the slice of Muka into the for of Osaka as M goes in the for of Osaka M goes again down the line oh it's just long just missed Advantage oaka advantage oaka to level the second set keep close serve and the return into the back end of Osaka Muka now to the for of Osaka and Osaka hits it out dece we get to deuce serve again is an nice all right advant Saka advantage of Saka another Ser down M gets it back into the for of oosaka as M hits a slice cross to the back end of Osaka as M goes down the line now Osaka is there with the back forehand the SL m in the net okay okay M Saka holds 44 huge games coming up here 44 I agree with the with you these two deserve to be in the top 10 one is a four time Grand Slam champion and Muka has made a French final last year yeah I mean Muka has done well at you know Australian Open Us open as well she can beat the top players in the world we know that cuz she was one of them all right we get back 40 44 Ser in the back end of Osaka then M just smacks it down the line and it's 15 love 15 love 15 love a serve again D is a fault second serve second serve second serve into the back of Osaka M goes down the line Osaka crosscourt forand that's a great shot M gets it Osaka got M on the stretch as Osaka for crosscourt is wide I think oh no was it in it was in unbelievable unbelievable unbelievable it landed in 15 oh great hitting from Osaka 0 all right serve again and while the F of Saka M with a serve volley but that volley is in the net O Okay 1530 Muka hasn't been missing many volleys 1530 1530 serve again serve goes down the te a 1530 sers only had the one break point in this one 1530 serve out wide the back and oaka looking for with another volley in the net Osaka's got a great pass break points unbelievable Osaka to break I love that Osaka's lifted here 1540 the crowd have lifted too they know two break points mov is two serve volleys Osaka's returns have been too strong M serves again serving the for of Osaka return the for of Muka backand slice M comes in with a forehand orak with a slice M voles a winner saves one 3040 3040 one saved 340 serve again M serves fault second ser second serve into the backend of Osaka return deep into the for of Muka as Osaka fall on the stretch Muka for Cross Court into the for of Osaka as Muk gets a backand back again from Osaka mova slices that one on the stretch Osaka forand Cross Court mov got it with a slic forehand Osaka for again goes cross SC mooker in trouble hits it in the net Osaka breaks 54 Osaka is serving to go to the third lovely rally and lovely game by Osaka making Muk of a pay for the volaras 54 first break of the day for Osaka or the night whatever whatever it's 10: in the morning my time I don't care it's daytime it's my daytime how we doing chat my the what's going on algz is out straight after this straight after this match uh yeah the crowd's for Osaka yeah the crowd is for Osaka we got a match oaka needed that will should take advantage and close out the set we've only had two breaks to serve so it's not easy to break who would you say M's boogie woman is um I don't know that's a good question um who does Muka not beat does m have a bad record against anybody that we know what's her record against Sabal Lanka she has a positive record against Sabal Lanka maybe Goff Goff is she's never beaten Goff never want a set against Goff played both last year gol won both in straights so maybe Coco is the B is is book of his boogie woman 1-1 against reaka 3-0 against Pini one Z against Pula so not enough to to go off they played this year in Cincy and it was three three sets so not enough to go off that uh 1-1 against Jang 2-1 against one two against kova one Z against Collins 4-1 against Zachary positive one Z against Peno yeah so probably gol I mean from two meetings hasn't want to set when she was playing well last year in a prime couldn't get a set of goof I mean that's interesting so probably yeah maybe goof I mean gol's got to be somebody's boogie woman right we all say that like Go's boogie woman are blah blah blah but yeah probably I would say Goff I would say Goff is uh is M of's Boogie W for whatever reason we're going to watch him play again hopefully and uh and we'll make a decision why that would be 15 love Osaka serving take us to a third 15 love serve the four m m in the net 30 love 30 love serve again is's an ace down the T 40 love oh Chad I love it when a match actually it actually happens and we get a we get something like this 40 love set point first Ser is a f second serve second serve the back of Muka return the for of Osaka but Osaka hits a wide 405 405 405 set point number two first Ser is a f second serve second serve double fult okay there 4030 4030 so Muka gets it back into the for of Osaka Muka down the line Osaka's got a back end crosscourt Muka with a slice into the for of Osaka and Osaka in the net we get the deuce three set points gone we get to Deuce we get to deuce Ser wide the for of M chip return goes into the point of osaku hits in the net Advantage Muka to break back man from 40 love this is brutal Advantage Muka Ser to the back of M return the net okay back to deuce Saka survives by way don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already we've got elz coming on after this first serve is a fault second serve second serve the back in a m of a four oaka into the for of Muk as Osaka hit a forehand again to the for of M on the stretch Osaka's backand down the middle sliced from Muk as Osaka falling get the for Muka in the back of Osaka off the tape goes in slice Muka as Osaka fing cross in the net advantage mova to get that that break back Advantage Muka Advantage mova me Osaka serves down the team look if it gets it back short ball and Osaka hits it out that's that was a bad game she's throwing a racket too Osaka she knows that okay five all in the second from 40 love as well ouch all right five five back to Muka hey cam what is the second best men's tennis match of all time I assume the 2012 Australian Open finals is the best you assume wrong s to the back end of Osaka Muka forand the back of Osaka the back of Muka sliced into the for of Osaka Muka goes Cross Court again at the back of Osaka Muka now with the slice down the line oaka falling goes again the back Muka Saka forehand straight to Muka but the pass is wide love 15 wimbl in 2008 is the best match of all time um the Australian Open 2012 is second best so you answered your own question you answered your own question love 15 one in the chat if you agree love 15 as Muka serves to the back of Soaker return goes in the net 15 and0 best match of all time is for vinka versus jovic quarterfinals of 2012 okay 15 all serve again out wide good serving volley Muka that's just too good I mean this is that volley was ridiculous off the off the feet insane great volley 305 crazy volley 305 305 is we Ser out by the backhand of of Osaka Muk goes the for of Osaka the for of Muk it's in the net 30 all 30 all oh what happened 4015 what happened sag hit it out I'm going de 405 I thought I sck hit it in that looked into me I'm blind back at return goes wide all right M stage in front gets back in front 65 I didn't hear [ __ ] all right M hit in the net I didn't hear out um anyways it is it was out apparent must all right Osaka serving to stay in the match it was miles out I can't see [ __ ] then I'm losing my mind um best match of all time was Chang versus lendor French Open 89 I mean you know you know whatever Kira is so entertaining and such a natur natural athlete yeah he's so he's very talented sure Muka went to the semis of the US last uh last year yeah the best tennis match of all time please Cam and chat what we saying I would start with 2008 men's final of Wimbledon dude that's what I said I agree I said that as well 100% I'm on your we're on the same side 2008 Wimbledon final greatest match of all time 100% 100% 20 2012 Australian Open second but 2008 for the level of play for the styles for the backstory of like Nadal having lost the previous two finals you know like there was just so much going on in 2008 between those guys it was the it was the changing of the Rivalry it was the Turning from a clay Court rivalry for Rafa to an allc Court rivalry like raford it was the day that raford just figured out how to beat feder elsewhere even though he had beat him on hard courts but it was like that was the turning point where Rafa could then beat federa on grass and on Clay sorry and on hard courts like it went like that was that was where raford turned around it was it was so much in that match it stopped federa from winning what six in a row that was the great it was it was so that's just like and that's just not that's just not including um you know if you go watch that match like it's the only match that it's probably the match that I've watched the most as gets a back and winner 30 love like that I've watched that match personally I've got on DVD I can watch it like I've watched it I don't even know how many times I'm going to I have I want to rewatch it now like that's how badly I want to it was so good the best the best quality match ever like you can watch the like oh man crazy like you could watch it today and even though it's 16 years later and it would feel like you're watching it like crazy the greatest display of Rafer and Roger like that is their greatest match that is the greatest match as that goes out from look 415 2012 from what I remember was a great battle of of stamina and of like athleticism but it wasn't as it wasn't as the shot making wasn't the same like the shot making of 2020 2008 was ridiculous 2012 was probably the most like highlevel athleticism of all time maybe cuz 2012 28 2008 ww wasn't the same as that tie break and now it's time for the breame all right here we go who you got in the tiebreak Osaka had three set points she was up 40 love she was up 40 love and she had three set points and lost the game and now she's in a tie break who you got Osaka Muka 75 Muka 73 74 Muka Osaka 108 Muka 72 Osaka 75 all right here we go first point is a serving volley from M and she wins a point and that's 15 sorry 15 1 Z we're not in we're in the tie break remember that one Z as mov gets a return for froma great great shot crosscourt and mova slices it long one one jeez oh God sorry CH all right F second serve 1-1 as the return goes into the back end of Osaka and Osaka puts it wide Muka gets a mini break 2-1 2-1 Muka with the mini break 2-1 as M serves again serving in the back Asaka return goes in the for of Muka oosaka passed into the volley of M Muk just goes in the net oaka again with a lovely passing shot just cramping Muk up and it's 2 two duy hi Cam poutine for everybody let's go Dio Canada biceps biceps let's go Dio Mama muchova game is so beautiful to watch I agree to as we get a serve again from Muka back on serve first Ser is a fult second serve second serve to the for of oaka great return looka slices it short and Osaka puts a winner down the line and Osaka gets the mini break 32 3 to Osaka this is what we came to see chat we just need a third set we just need a three Setter lovely hitting from n Saka 3-2 Ser D here's a f second serve second serve D the for M return the net for to Osaka they change hands oaka with the mini break and another serve to come 42 what is the best snack of all time let me think it's a very important question I need to think let me think I need to give the right answer my chocolate count just as a hole just chocolate as a hole do I have to be very specific what do I have to can I just say chocolate tim tams is great too all right 42 so wi is fault actually maybe T I might go tim tams tim tams are goated I could eat unlimited amounts of tim tams until I had a heart attack double fult myself I could have unlimited tim tams I'll go tim tams and if you haven't had tim tams you're missing out chicken feed what the hell ah four double faults for Osaka but it's 43 she still got the break or still got the sorry lead but she gave back the mini break 43 Ser while the back end of Osaka returning is in the net 44 44 44 Muka serves again serve again down te oaka return goes wide five for mova she's two points away from finishing this match man Osaka's had chances oaka has had so many chances here we go Osaka still serving though we get serve down the for M back in Osaka to the slice of Muka off the tape to the front of Osaka Muka pass it's just too good too good this is going to be 64 Muka too good Osaka didn't hit a bad approach Muka just hit a much better return ridiculous pass two match points Osaka serves to the back of Muka return goes in the back of Osaka Muka forand inside out as Osaka backhand Cross Court M runs around into forehand Osaka backhand now into the back of Muka as Osaka is back and goes down the line Muk is on the stretch with a slice goes in Osaka cross caught Muka pass Osaka volleys Muka puts up a lob smash Osaka is a winner though what a rally this is going to be on TV BR what a rally that's one saved but mov is going to serve crazy rally 65 Muka Osaka hangs on I thought that smash was going to go in the net I don't know I just got nervous Osaka needs a great return here Muka by the way just getting a little bit sore after that shot Match Point number two it's on her serve mova serves she serves down the tier fault and the crowd go second serve big chance for Osaka second serve out wide the back end of Osaka return to the slice of Muka Osaka forehand down the line that's a great shot Muka gets it somehow Osaka swing volley wide Muka wins oh Saka had the shot she just rushed it she lets it bounce she has the easy shot but she just rushed it mov is through and I'll tell you m of is scary as anything I wouldn't want to play her I don't want to play her she's scary chat she's scary terrible draw for Osaka again hopefully Osaka can get her ranking up so she doesn't have to play these players but uh GJ's M of is back M of is back watch out watch out M of is back watch out Muka played a great match Osaka up God those Miss chances those Miss chances but Muka 12 months ago she was in the semis 12 months ago she was top 10 and she was gone she's been gone for the best part of a year and she's back she is back Osaka just Osaka's been I mean look we can make excuses or we can make reasons but uh rough I mean you beat the world number 11 and then you got to play a player who was number 11 not that long ago and now who does Muk go to play she plays um uh poova so palini put s Muka poova and then that's all to play Ken sky so we're getting a we're getting either Ken Sky well look it could be wasaki but uh Muka palini and Ken sky are the favorites to make the semis to play Fon pag so it's getting interesting very interesting um like Pini M fourth round I want to see that so bad I want that match so bad the player who's playing Amazing at the tournaments that Muka did well last year at and now it's almost like palini took M of spot in the top 10 with those French Open French Open final I would love to see that M trying to re reclaim her spot that Paul palini took from her while she was gone palini lifted all right that was the chair now I'm going to send you over to the next one because we've got uh we've got a big match with alcarez I have a I don't know why I got a weird feeling alcarez is going to just for some reason lose a set for no reason I don't know why I'm a little worried I mean I know I know you know Fon dominated today C dominated but I don't know why alcarez just I feel like he could just lose a set I don't know I don't want him to I hope he wins in straights but um I'll send you guys over the next one elas versus Vander an but uh good win very good win from Muka played really well didn't give Osaka many chances on her serve um Osaka just had to win that that 40 love game that was it that 40 love game but um time to retire Oak 26 what are you talking about but um Al coming up next M of is back 6376 she puts herself into the fourth round into the third round and she played a hell of a match against Osaka tonight and she's back baby you watch it nobody wants to play Muk nobody wants to play Muk she is well and truly back to boogie woman status and she is into that third round we'll see her in a couple of days alra is coming up next [Music] [Applause] [Music]
