Dodgers in their divisions Arizona San Diego Then Atlanta with a 2 and a half game lead on the Mets in that wild card Division and then of course the Giants five games back so definitely just got to pace and thinking about biley over again doesn't throw hard fast sits around 92 mil an hour and he's got a really good change up the change up is the pitch that you're going to have to figure out how to beat it is his second most used pitch and then we need repeat Max he was so good last time against the Philadelphia Phillies and you can see it in his eyes and his body language and the way that he carried himself it's not fair to ask a guy to be like that every single time but we need that version as many times as possible the rest of it's getting dark up back there let's look at the defense behind ball strike for the very first pitch Martin walner left to right in that Outfield Miranda and Santana the veteran over at first base Castro and farmer up the middle and Christian Vasquez will be the battery made for Bailey over yeah it's not letting it it's not working here we human it is interesting we left Atlanta and it felt like Minneapolis we get to Minneapolis and it feels like Atlanta usually does in late August I mean I looked at the weather I was excited to get to Minnesota in my mind thinking it was going to be cool negative but guess what we have baseball we are ready to rock and roll a big three game series and marfield fouls off the first pit pitch so you've got the twins who are pretty much in an identical situation that the Braves are in both teams in that third and final spot in the wild card in the American League and the national league respectively so this is a really big three- game set it is for everybody involved right now you also have the twins that are a little bit closer in the division even though there's two teams in front of them in the Royals and then the Cleveland Guardians they are within Striking Distance like have a batter win the division and then WI a wild saw Roco Bal Deli six here as batter today okay they were able to win the central last year as CJ said he's so good he's invisible Bailey over tree what's going on man a what theyve done has been pretty amazing the fact that they have been able to continue to move forward over thereo with a three shot two really bigie pieces that it does not feel like they're able to lineup graphic that you see here a ridiculous 24 and3 record nearly five runs per game the pitching on point as well with a sub three erra obviously that all equit to a run differential that is ideal to say the least so whenever you get these cross League rivalries going I shouldn't say rivalries but rather matchups Pete being able to find a way to get these wins and and they they wind up not necessarily bearing a whole lot in your record when it comes to playoff Chas but they could end up being a deciding factor if we work down enough tiers of a of a tiebreaker back when I first started not to get into this one of those old story times but there was there wasn't a a balanced schedule so it was very rare that a couple of American League teams a year so to have the balance schedule now to get more teams playing into League it's it's a lot more fun and I think you've seen a switch in in which is the PowerHouse for a while a lot of Allstar wins a lot of watch but I feel like there's been a shift towards the national league especially lately I think we're talking about the national league as the PowerHouse instead of instead of the American League right now there's been consistent
