so New Providence wolf uh this is a two bed two bath it's on at 540 just been reduced 800 square foot nice little sort of compact kitchen um all pretty similar in here all the layouts are pretty much the same um good size well proportioned good location uh good for transport there a few little shops and stuff in the uh on the ground floors got a nice balcony here overlooking the um O2 and the TS quite a popular location here a bit quieter less sort of business obviously couple of stops into Canary Warf fairly new this is actually quite reasonable service charges on I can't remember what it is I it's about um but yeah good size lots of storage main bedroom again lots of storage decent little long Suite no work good condition flooring's good obviously going to be a bit of decorating um but these are a really good option
