THE SENATE DID PULL OUT AN IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THIS BILL IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH A HOUSE THAT HAD TO DO WITH CHAPTER 12 LAW AND WHERE THINGS MAYBE STAND NOW WE'RE VERY CLOSE TO HAVING A NEGOTIATED OFFRAMP AND FROM THE SENATE STANDPOINT WE HAVE TWO GLARING TWO GLARING ISSUES THAT ARE HURDLES NOW THAT ARE TOUGH TO OVERCOME THAT MAYBE SHOULDN'T BE ONE OF THOSE HURDLES IS EXPUNGEMENT AND THE COURTS ALREADY HAVE DISCRETIONARY EXPUNGEMENT AT THEIR DISPOSAL SO THAT CAN BE TAKEN OFF THE TABLE.
