[Music] it is so good to be with everyone this evening in this Hall and everyone at home this is going to be a great week and I want to kick us off by celebrating our incredible President Joe Biden who will be speaking later tonight Joe thank you for your historic leadership for your lifetime of service toration and for all you will continue to do we are forever grateful to you thank you Joe and looking out looking out at everyone tonight I see the beauty of our great nation people from every corner of our country and every Walk of Life are here United by our shared vision for for the future of our country and this November we will come together and declare with one voice as one people we are moving forward with optimism Hope and Faith so Guided by our love of country knowing we all have electrifying political environments ever been created because it's all about the future and she embodies it oh I think it's great you know people really get excited when something they didn't expect and it makes them happy so we're a happy group it has been incredible the enthusiasm the excitement you can feel it it's electrifying you can hear it um and you know I think this is just what we need to make sure that we win in November and like coma Harris is our next president of the United States and Tim Wells as our next vice president that was wonderful what a wonderful surprise I'm speechless yeah no it was great it was so exciting this room just exploded with such energy and with cheers people are so excited to support her and a win in November when she came out I said oh no what a it's amazing she came out as this sneak preview of what we can expect on Thursday and we already energized we pumped up and motivated and ready to go that's making us more motivated so I I'm excited I really am in kamla Harris we have a chance to elect a president who is for the middle class because she is from the middle class she understands the urgency of rent checks and groceries and prescriptions she is ADS committed to our reproductive and civil rights as she is to taking on corporate greed and she is working tirelessly to secure a fire in Gaza and bringing hostages home and Chicago we have to help her win because we know that Donald Trump would sell this country for a dollar if it meant lining his own pockets and greasing the palms of his Wall Street friends and tired about of hearing about how a two bit Union Buster thinks of himself as more of a patriot than the woman who fights every single day to lift working people out from under the boots of greed trampling on our way of life the truth is Don you cannot love this country if you only fight for the wealthy and big business you know ever since I got elected Republicans have attacked me by saying that I should go back to bartending but let me tell you I'm happy to any day of the week because there is nothing wrong with working for a living we choose A New Path and open the door to a new day one that all over again like when I handed him our baby Ashley for the first time and saw the smile that lit up his face and weeks ago when I saw him dig deep into his soul and decide to no longer seek reelection and endure kamla Harris Joe and I know comma we have seen her courage her determination and her leadership up close kamla and Tim you will win and and you are inspiring a new generation we
