DQ Young's got a really interesting story and background and this is a guy that was a 4940 athlete that became a 220 lb 4540 guy running a 4940 a lot of people don't even know about that so uh I'm glad you brought that up but running a 4940 you know it made me open my eyes to you know how much harder I had to work to get to where I wanted to be you know compared to the other guys that was running 43s and 4 fours at the time I actually have that like picture in my phone and I look at it quite often just to see you know how far I've how far I've come in life
