Vikings beat Raiders!!! Preseason Week 1.

[Music] skull skull skull skull skull goikes e stop the count we're Super Bowl champs let's go I don't want I've seen enough the bikes are winning the Bowl this year I've seen enough stop the count skull [ __ ] Vikings let's go so let's get into it today today I'm going to be uh sipping on this Dr Pepper you know uh went a little crazy last night so going to keep the alcohol of the system in today's video you know your boy got to survive you know but how about those [ __ ] Vikings man how about JJ freaking McCarthy you love to see it uh JJ a buck 88 in the air two touchdowns a pick his first drive he threw the pick um you know the time to do it in preseason so who cares but after the pick he went nearly perfect and then two dagger touchdowns um one of which was to my boy Tristan Tristan Tran Jackson he had four catches on five targets for 100 yards just 100 one z0 yards I told you boys and Tristian is a Syracuse Alum interesting you know I didn't know that I had to do some research but the offense looked good I I like the play calls um oh yeah the score was 24 to 23 we won by one point cuz will rard clutched up and hit the dagger game-winning field goal what is going on in Vikings Nation right now this is crazy we had a game-winning field goal with a with a rookie kicker and you know it's funny because the Vikings were playing we're play we played the the Las Vegas Raiders and their kicker is Daniel Carlson and if you don't know about Daniel Carlson um in the 2019 draft the Vikings actually drafted him the like in the fifth round or something kicker from Auburn and you know he was a stud like going to be great you know and he had like you know okay preseason and then first game of the year we played the Packers we actually tied the game because this bum missed three field goals in the game and then Mike Zimmer gave him the chop right after the game and guess what he signed with the Las Vegas Raiders I guess it was Oakland at the time and he's now an all pro kicker and isn't that interesting it's the Vikings kicking curse but it seems that will rord you got to Google a picture of this guy he does not look like an NFL player um he he kind he kind of looks like not me but he just looks like a bum but he's just he's got he's got a rocket of a leg and I mean every extra point I know it's an extra point but damn he rocketed him through the uprights it was cool to see right down the middle each time he did get blocked on a kick but that wasn't his fault it was a bismal blocking so doesn't matter he made the one that that counted my bet [ __ ] hit Vikings money line I'm so pumped about it you know I only put a a cool 25 bucks down so not the greatest profit but hey a dub is a dub is a dub skull um all right getting on like looking okay running back wise like Kenan wongu looked great he's been battling injuries for the last couple years but he runs like a a 42 or like a 43 uh 40 yard dash kids a lightning bolt and he's one of the best kick returners in the league it'll be interesting to to see if the Vikings use him in the kickoffs or use him as the the kickoff return specialist I think if you have 43 speed you should and [ __ ] I mean he's it's closer to 42 I think than 43 I don't even know really but dude's a [ __ ] bullet um but it was good to see him he had a uh he had a 48 yard touchdown run which was cool um and then Tai CH obviously Aaron Jones didn't play Tai Chandler looked good running backs looked great the o line didn't even look bad either I was actually pretty pretty psyched I mean last preseason rine got absolutely destroyed so I'm happy with that um obviously I just talked about Tristan Tristan Tristan Jackson Syracuse wide receiver um and then Jaylen Naylor had a good game and sherfield sherfield had uh one of the JJ McCarthy touchdown bombs which was cool all right moving on you know and other than that like you know the rock got spread out to bunch of guys at the preseason that's going to happen and then you know on defense this is what I would like to see obviously Louis seen was never to be seen he's one of The Losers of the game in my opinion you know we need him to be um making plays I didn't I don't think I heard his name one time being called during the broadcast it sucks to see but hey there's two more preseason games because he might he's a cut candidate safety louisine out of the Georgia Bulldogs go dogs uh might be a cut candidate who knows but Levi Drake Rodriguez 7th round pick out of Texas A&M Commerce Texas A&M Commerce yes where the [ __ ] even are they they're in Texas somewhere but what are they who knows he's from a Commerce College whatever the [ __ ] that means but he bald the hell out and he's he wears number 50 and he's got this giant like fluffy hair that comes out the back of his helmet it looks sick he's he's dripped out he rocks it well but seventh round pick just a speciman athletic a little under siiz but that doesn't matter dude's got heart I've also been reading a lot of things that he's been you know first one in last one out that Michael Jordan me mentality and you love to see it out of a guy like that and I think he will make the roster easily and I think he'll get a good amount of minutes because we need energy guys like that yeah like he won't start maybe who knows this guy's the limit probably won't start but he'll come in and just give us those just the valuable valuable plays valuable minutes keep people's legs fresh that is always a good thing and I love it and he looked [ __ ] great he had a really good sack on third down which set up a Vikings touchdown so I mean it's good to see him going out there and he also had a good pre like a lot of pressures and he did a lot of things that don't show up in the stat sheet so respect there great game for him and then another guy who kind of came out of nowhere Bo RoR this guy he's like a 61 250 from a force so you know interesting story there and he's on the D line and he had I think he had six tackles um two tfls and one sack it's pretty impressive guy's definitely making a statement for himself but he he they were calling his name left and right so it was great to see that and let's not forget about first round pick Dallas freaking Turner Dallas Turner wearing the number 15 I really like it you know since the new rule number rule change happened um I don't think I've seen a number 15 on the D line before so it was cool to see him and he had a really good pressure that he almost had a strip sack um he didn't even he didn't he played maybe like I mean he played a good amount but he played maybe until halfway through the second quarter but um and then he got a sack on third down which forced him to kick a field goal which was awesome and I mean just mauled the defender and I mean he runs a 4440 which is insane um but props to those guys though three those three guys on defense are my uh MVPs in the defense so and they all come from the D line which is great which is the Vikings most one of their most sus positions so it's it's good to see that little ASMR oh man that was you know I did not expect that out of a Vikings preseason game um that was I mean it was genu genuinely very fun to watch um JJ looked about is good obviously take away the pick and it's a perfect game but he's a a rookie he's going to make these mistakes and I'm okay with that make your mistakes learn the NFL he has a dart of an arm though and I and I people on Instagram on social media on Twitter like they're looking for reasons to hate on the guy and it's getting getting harder and harder to find reasons because the first thing was oh he just hands the ball off he's a handoff merchant you know that's all he does and I you know when people say that I first of all think they're complete idiots and they don't know what they're talking about second of all dude's a certified winner he only lost one game in his entire college career like as a starter like come on like isn't that the point of football you play a [ __ ] win and didn't JJ do that look at Caleb Williams did he win [ __ ] no and he played for USC like I mean I know JJ played for Michigan that's great but like USC is always supposed to be really good and then they they have the best quarterback and they still suck like I I've heard enough of that [ __ ] but people like J JJ throws two beautiful touchdowns throws almost 200 yards and people still nitpick him like but what about that one interception like whatever like come on get over yourself like everybody throws picks that it's the preseason Kevin oconnell is definitely in his ear like yo be aggressive as you can because now it doesn't matter we can reel back the aggressiveness as the season progresses but right now in preseason make your mistakes and JJ I applaud you for going out there and just it something about the Vikings team this year it's everybody seems so meshed together like you know and JJ was on the mic with Paul Allen when I was watching the game on the NFL Network and it's just great hearing JJ how he talks about I'm JJ Justin Jefferson that is not JJ McCarthy JJ Justin Jefferson so yeah Jefferson was on the mic and it's just it's so good hearing him talk about the other team players like like it'll be like a third string like defensive tackle or something and JJ will be out there like let's go whatever who's such and such James Lynch I don't know like the and just the way he talks about him the aura he brings just the enthusi M it just it makes Minnesota just it it's going to make the team better for one it's going to make it more appealing but just it's good to watch from a fan perspective it just makes me love the team even more than I already do and Jus Jefferson's just I mean you can't get better than that um but yeah Vikes win 24-23 on a game-winning filgo from will rker in Minnesota US Bank Stadium skull Vikes I'm out catch you in the next one
