welcome to my YouTube channel I go by the name j in this video I'll be presenting about how I've survived higher education basically University life so far now as mentioned earlier I go by the name Kar I'm a student in the University of Ghana and I read mathematical Science Under the College of basic and applied sciences in the department of computer science so before anything I'll have some people who I want to really appreciate from the bottom of my heart first of all I want to thank God for bringing me this far and giving me the opportunity to even come to University my parents Mr M J my only brother and my spiritual father who also my Bishop now to hear on head this piece of writing consists about my experience so far in the University of Ghana my favorite place is opportunities I've had to discuss certain issues with administrative police among others okay so the nail r on the head I go by the namea born in the Eastern region of Ghana specifically qu on the 28th of April 2006 um I'm I'm the second child to Mr Mrs AAR ABA and I have only one brother here are pictures of my dad my brother myself and my mom so I moving forward to talk about some of my favorite locations on compus now the University of Ghana has vast amount of areas but then the B Library where I go to study because of the free Wi-Fi and uh how cool the place is has been one of my favorite places on comp the University of Ghana swimming pool where I go there after a stressful day the night market where you can get all sorts of foods to eat over there now these places have actually been my favorit since I've been ACC compus for almost four to 5 months now I want to talk about the program I study and my favorite courses or subject in that program so as mentioned earlier I read mathematics science in the University of Ghana and this mathematical science comprises of a lot of courses honestly I deem the statistics course and the office productivity to those course that's my favorit because they make me think a lot yes so three more lights on what mathematical science generally is about so in University of Ghana mathematical science is a broad umbrella that consists of several other programs like Ed Sciences computer science actorial Science and Mathematics itself so under this program we have series of courses that one picks based on what he or she wants to major in the second level of studies now speaking specifically about office productivity tool which is the current course now office productivity tools which is known as dcit 103 in the University of Ghana is extracted by m the mark and this course basically involves the use of office productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to build certain presentations and write outs now this course compared to other courses is it's it's quite different course ofice productivity to is unlike other courses where mostly you deal with the theory Parts this one deals with actually hands on and more practical sessions which make this students are breed with certain skills and live a better life genuinely now I want's talk about some of my some of the nice places and the University of Ghana as a whole now the University of Ghana established in the 1948 is the Premier University of Ghana this University can boost of a series of butiful facilities one can think of here's a video that shows some of the beautiful facilities you can get in the University of [Music] Ghana okay so enough with the video I want to move straight to the breakdown of academic sectors in the University of Ghana the University of Ghana has four sectors four colleges sorry the College of Health Sciences College of basic and applied sciences Humanities and education and all these sectors come with their various schools a number of departments straight I want to move to my compus accommodation as a university of Ghana I was randomly placed and the men SA where I've resided and basically I'm going to recite for my only first year this is a picture of my compost and my home Master now I've also had the opportunity to speak with the dean of students in the name of Miss Rosina trantin now this lady is a very good who has been very helpful to me so far in my academic progress now if I also had the chance to speak with the vice Chancellor I would seek certain opinions or P out certain opinions on the table regarding majorly security of students and staff data in the University this is a short video of my experience so far in the University of Ghana thank you very much
