The Impact of Software Outages: Lessons for Microsoft and Others

everything is interde Dependable anyway yeah right absolutely uh and and and that kind of it it isn't that long ago uh I think that was in June uh a crowd strike again because that's the example they had an outage on red hat with an update so it happens there as well it wasn't as widely reported it wasn't as big of a problem but it happens there as well and that was kind of my point with uh with i i my point wasn't to try and blame Microsoft for this happening my point was perhaps this could be a wakeup call for both Microsoft and and and others as well with regards to how that you can lock down an operating system and ensure that products like crowd strike or other security products can actually crash the operating system itself
