[संगीत] मिडिल ईस्ट में अमेरिका ऐतिहासिक रूप से चुनौतियों का सामना कर रहा है एक तरफ यूक्रेन में उसकी साख दांव पर लगी है वहीं दूसरी तरफ मिडिल ईस्ट में इजराइल को बचाने के लिए वह जीजन से लगा हुआ है लेकिन उसकी इस कोशिश में ईरान के प्रभाव वाला यमन का हती लेबनान का हिजबुल्ला पलीता लगा रहे हैं वहीं ईरान रूस के इशारे पर एक ऐसा माहौल तैयार कर रहा है जिससे अमेरिका को मिडिल ईस्ट पूरी तरह से छोड़ना पड़े और इसकी सबसे पहली कड़ी यमन का होती है जिसने लाल सागर में अमेरिकी सेना की नाक में दम कर रखा है हुद ने कई अमेरिकी जहाजों पर लाल सागर में हमले किए हैं लेकिन अमेरिका हुद को काबू करने में पूरी तरह से विफल हो रहा है और यही वजह है कि अब यमन को अमेरिका की दूसरी 91 रासत बताया जा रहा है क्योंकि अमेरिकी सेना तकरीबन 20 सालों तक अफगानिस्तान में रही लेकिन वह तालिबान का सफाया नहीं कर पाई और आखिर में 20 सालों बाद उसे तालिबान को ही अफगान की सत्ता सौंपने पड़ी और कुछ ऐसा ही अब यमन में होता हुआ दिख रहा है लेकिन यमन के भीतर ती को लेकर अमेरिका काफी कंफ्यूज नजर आ रहा है क्योंकि हुद और अमेरिका के बीच 2002 से ही लड़ाई चल रही है यमन के ज्यादातर हिस्से पर हुद का कंट्रोल [संगीत] है हुती लाल सागर में अमेरिका के कई जहाजों पर हमले कर चुका है इसके अलावा उसने अमेरिका के न एम कना रीपर ड्रोन मार गिराए हैं इससे पहले हुती ने सऊदी अरब के झंडे वाले अमजद और पनामा के झंडे वाले ब्लू लगून जहाज पर मिसाइल हमले किए थे और इन हमलों को मिलाकर हुती अभी तक 80 से ज्यादा जहाजों पर हमले कर चुका है इसके अलावा हुती ने लाल सागर के ट्रैफिक को पूरी तरह से बंद कर दिया है इस रूट से दुनिया का 90 फीदी माल ढुलाई ट्रैफिक गुजरता है हालांकि हुती को रोकने के लिए अमेरिका ने अपने दो युद्ध पोत यहां तैनात किए लेकिन उनसे भी हुती डरा नहीं इसके बाद अमेरिका ने हुती पर जनवरी 2024 के आखिरी में कई हवाई हमले किए इसके बावजूद हुती बिल्कुल टच से मस्त नहीं हुआ लेकिन आंकड़ों की बात करें तो साल 2002 से अमेरिका ने यमन के भीतर करीब 400 हमले किए हैं साल 2014 में हुती ने यमन की राजधानी सना को कब्जे में ले लिया था और उसके बाद से ही हुती ने कई अमेरिकी डोनस को गिराया है हालांकि इसी दौरान अमेरिका ने सऊदी अरब को हुती के खिलाफ खड़ा किया सऊदी ने सहयोगी देशों के साथ हुती के खिलाफ युद्ध भी छेड़ दिया और कहा कि यह जंग कुछ हफ्तों बाद खत्म हो जाएगी लेकिन 10 सालों बाद भी हुती ईरान के बलबूते पर और ज्यादा मजबूत हुआ है यह सब तब हुआ जब अमेरिका ने सऊदी की अगुवाई वाली सेना को सैन्य उपकरणों से लेकर इंटेलिजेंस सपोर्ट और ट्रेनिंग तक दी लेकिन सऊदी सिर्फ यमन के राष्ट्रपति हादी को साल 2021 तक सत्ता में रख पाया और इसी दौरान हुदी ने हादी की सत्ता को उखाड़ फेंका और खुद यमन की सत्ता पर काबिज हो गया इसके बाद उस वक्त राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने यमन को दी जाने वाली 73 लाख अमेरिकी डॉलर की मानगी सहायता रोक दी थी अमेरिका को डर था कि कहीं होती इस मदद को हड़प कर और ज्यादा मजबूत ना हो जाए हालांकि बाइड की सरकार ने फरवरी 2021 में होती को आतंकी संगठन की सूची से बाहर कर दिया इसके अलावा अमेरिका ने सऊदी अरब से अपने एडवांस मिसाइल सिस्टम भी हटा लिए साथ ही अमेरिका ने सऊदी की अगुवाई वाले गठबंधन को समर्थन देना भी बंद कर दिया हालांकि अमेरिका ने सऊदी अरब को उसकी जमीन की सुरक्षा का आश्वासन देते हुए यमन में संयुक्त राष्ट्र के शांति प्रस्ताव को आगे बढ़ाया दरअसल हमारे किस कोशिश का असर भी हुआ और अप्रैल 2022 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र की अगुवाई वाले युद्ध विराम समझौते पर ती ने हामी भर दी हालांकि यह समझौता अक्टूबर 2022 तक ही टिक पाया लेकिन इससे संघर्ष और ज्यादा नहीं बढ़ा इसके बाद ती का एक प्रतिनिधि मंडल सऊदी अरब शांति वार्ता के लिए गया था लेकिन 7 अक्टूबर 2023 को इजराइल पर हुए हमले ने सब कुछ बदल कर रख दिया ती ने शांति वार्ता से खुद को अलग कर लिया और फिर लालसागर में हमले करने शुरू कर दिए ब [संगीत]
