well Jesse Pula congratulations through to your first ever major semifinal here at the US Open Jesse how does that sound we've been talking about it at norum how many times you've been to the quarterfinals what does this mean to you I've been so many freaking times and I just kept losing but to great players I mean to girls that went on and won the tournament so I mean I know everyone keeps asking me about it but I was like I don't know what else to do I just need to get there again and like win the match so thank God I was able to do it and finally finally I can say semi-finalist you had beaten your opponent in eager Shon a few times you're one of the few players that have been her three times four time I mean this is an incredible record you have but also you say in the slams it's so much harder what was the difference tonight well thank you to the PR first of all you guys carrying me through that last game I was a little that 65 mph second serve oo I was tight so you guys you guys carried me through for sure but um so thank you guys but I mean I don't know I just I mean yeah to do it Prime Time Ash um against the number one player in the world I mean it's crazy but I I knew I could do it I just had to to go out and execute my game and not get frustrated luckily I felt like I was able to take advantage of some she wasn't doing doing well very early and then was able to kind of ride that momentum throughout the match yeah I was going to ask you what was going through your mind at 54 sitting there you looked really calm but what was actually going through your mind I don't know really I don't really remember is that a good thing I I guess I won I think I blacked out no I I don't know I think I was just thinking to to hit my spots and try to get my feet moving and use my legs luckily I hit a couple really good serves that got me some free points but um yeah I think I was probably just thinking about my my serving spots okay next up in the seminal kolina mova great player great allc Court player just give me your thoughts on playing her yeah I mean we literally just played first round at Cincinnati H she's so good she's so talented so athletic um I love how she just doesn't play and comes back and beats everybody I mean it's she's it's just I don't know she's a really good player so I know she has a lot of experience going deep in slams as well so I'm going to have to to bring my best tennis but um yeah I'll worry about that maybe when I wake up in the morning as I've said all week she takes the subway she's from New York ladies and gentlemen Jessica Pula
