it it's taken us a long time to get here but cadarius Tony is gone you know this bizarre marriage that that chiefs were infatuated with is over and the Chiefs at so many levels of this story told themselves they needed cadarius Tony they said they needed him when they traded so many assets to get a guy who just the red flags Gore when a team is saying even if they changed head coach and and GM they're saying we've got two and a half years left of this guy we need to rebuild but that's not a guy we want to rebuild with that should have been the first red flag the Chiefs didn't get this guy for free like they got Juju Smith Shuster for free this week they had to give up two assets which as we've talked a lot about that she used middle round draft picks pretty well in the third and fourth fifth round they departed with that to acquire cadarius Tony because they thought they needed they thought they needed him last year on opening night they rushed him into action after missing all of training camp because they thought they needed to have cadarius Tony they win the Super bowl without him they still think they need him as training camp starts and at some point this needs to be a lesson for the Chiefs that these types of players don't matter when you have Patrick Mahomes and when you've got Travis Kelce type leadership n
