this first one real quick all right this Pro Caren Reed rally in deam was one of the largest with dozens of demonstrators lining the street waving signs and proclaiming Reed's innocence we still want to support her right through you know we we're not going to stop we're not going to quick there were also demonstrations on this street corner in quinsey on the town Green in Taunton on this highway overpass in wayth and on the waterfront in Plymouth wow re organizer said more than 40 rallies were planned across Massachusetts plus as far away as Florida California and Australia wowers insist Reed did not murder her boyfriend a Boston police officer named johon o'keef I took one look at the autopsy photos and knew it was not the truth that they were trying to sell us I hope I meet all of you one day and I don't know you but I love you Reed and her family visited several of the protest sites at one she compared the protest in support of her to the ones that ended the Vietnam war protest of the Vietnam War and ended it that's this the modern appr equivalent to that so thank you all re faces next year joh O's family recently filed lawsuit against her many of the protesters have contributed to Reed's legal fund give us an idea of how much you've contributed oh few hundred will say at least yeah and are you willing to contribute more of course of course as long as it takes you know we did reach out today to joh O Keef's family plus the norol County District off neither responded to our requests for comment live in Plymouth David be WCVB News Center 5 Bo you suck I'll turn today National standout took place in solidarity with Karen Reed the woman accused of killing her Boston police officer boyfriend Jon O'Keefe nbc1 Oscar margain joining us live from deam Oscar good afternoon to you the mistrial was declared two months ago now so what is motivating all of these people to take to the streets now hey Colton well the people we spoke to today say that this movement as they call it is much bigger than just a Karen Reed case they say it's about calling out corruption and fighting Injustice why people across the country very different coming from Boston everybody's fighting for a reason and Karen moved this country clusters of Karen Reed supporters all over the country put the work this Labor Day in an effort to put pressure on authorities and free Karen Reed Americans a lot of people uh like the idea of supporting the under Reed herself taking notice paying her supporters a visit in Dam while her brother greeted others in quiny with some turnouts larger than others if you have heard this story and if you are empathetic like the three of us and the people nationally love you will be here the 44 year old I love that the news showed even the small turnouts because those matter just as much but more for different reasons um that's a big deal so kudos to Boston 10 for thaty old is accused of ramming her SUV into her then boyfriend Boston police officer John o'keef and leaving him for dead during a snowstorm in January of 2022 her two-month trial ended in July when jurors became deadlocked after 5 days of deliberations greet supporters by her side every step of the way the more you looked into it the more you realize that something is gone ay here in this particular case two months after the mistrial awareness of the re case continues to spread spawning standouts from New England to Florida and the West Coast people who say they're fighting for something larger than just Karen Reed it means something to the people across the country it's one step at a time and we're getting there it could be any one of us that's right we hold police to a higher standard and they take an oath and they sworn in that oath there you go Gina now there were some folks also in the UK and in austal Australia who were trying to organize their own standouts some if not most of those were postponed now coming up at 5 I'm going to bring you the story of a read supporter out of Florida and why she and others there in that state believe that this case is resonating and the reason why they're also mobilizing there reporting live in dead of Moscow Marg and don't it hasn't made national news but it's a hell of a thing for Boston 10 to point out that uh that it reached Australia the UK you know that that Karen Reed is getting support worldwide um and that was the message that you guys wanted to send with this right not just uh I mean not just local Nationwide was the goal and you guys managed to get it out there worldwide and I want I'm gonna add a little correction the final count was 72 standouts today 72 and we and we did have a standout in Spain and in Wales wow in Spain and where in Wales thank you Dylan that's Dylan that's a didn't Dylan written all over thank you actually it actually wasn't Dylan what no it was somebody else no way NOP he's all in and just to be clear the only reason the ones in Australia got cancelled was M Short's running some out there and they had some severe weather all weekend so they're going forward next weekend with it wow so it was it was an amazing day Channel 10 was gonna interview her um about the Australia standouts yeah they I still think they were gonna they talk excuse me I'm I'm a little tired today don't mind me oh I can imagine it took me about 10 seconds to say yes to Cherry though because uh got a I don't think people realize what Paul did today like Paul did some miles today you you drove today you drove serious serious miles today Paul I did some driving today for those that in the Boston area know a lot of the a lot of the stuff was going on on the Southshore in the Taunton area down Plymouth had an unbelievable turnout down there what about what about Worchester ah they they were there in Worchester buddy okay right on making sure they were everywhere y I went North of Boston I went up to stonum wuber uh Salem New Hampshire and and just went up there and did some stuff up there and visited some people up there but I can't I don't want to get in here and say hey take all this glory for it Deanna Corby and Street uh Street squirrel uh Bobby the three of us put a lot of effort into it but none of it would be available without the people that organized each standout every single one of them and everyone that showed up at those standouts I mean that is that is coordinated man I I got to hand it to each and every one of you guys that is absolutely amazing that this was coordinated and executed as as it was exactly visualized at least that's how it seems right this is what you had in mind when you put this together and it was an absolute success was it not it was it it was funny after that we did the Statewide standout last month and Aiden just joked around or was serious we weren't sure on one of his live and says be great to have a national one and me and Diana chatted for a little bit and then brought in uh Street squirrel and next thing you know it just started snowballing that's amazing and listen the people the people will the people are amazing granted it takes a a lot of work to put it together but it takes a lot of work to actually show up and and stand there right yeah I mean that's I it's it's mindblowing to me because this is a big deal but people need to also remember you guys have been doing this most of you guys have been doing this since what at least a year now over at least over a year yeah over a year wow and uh wow I don't know if any and the funny thing is we're all involved in what a great day it was and I don't know if anyone noticed on the pages I sort of squeeze something in the middle of the day we're going for even a bigger event at the State House on September 19th I figured I'd throw it out there while everyone was out there so it's like non-stop I mean I want to enjoy today I did talk to some people and um everywhere and there wasn't one negative thing about it today the most negative thing was channel five second uh did you guys hear that [ __ ] like the first his first one his first one wasn't that bad I I saw they did too his first one wasn't that bad I'm like oh I'm a little impressed and uh but uh and then somebody called that's what happened somebody called him and got mad and was like Hey fix [ __ ] you know what I mean some some troll some mcber was like one of Albert's lawyers one of Albert's lawyers the legal alienist say Hey listen dial that [ __ ] back yeah wait a minute you need to get back on there and fix that [ __ ] find some way to to to smear this woman oh she compared she compared this to the Vietnam War like yeah dude I mean wait a minute stop time out she's not wrong because you know not everyone that stood up for the Vietnam War like they they stood up they put themselves out there these people did the exact same thing today they put themselves out there right it takes a lot to hold a sign dude lot people have been arrested for expressing themselves about this case that's what she means Turtle Boy The Canton n i mean that like that's what she means I I realized that immediately I didn't sit there and think oh my God I'm as important as the lives lost in the Vietnam War I didn't take that [ __ ] that way at all um but of course they had to try to twist it like that it's like come on like I saw it immediately the second I I mean it wouldn't even matter who said it if Vinnie poon said it I would have been like dude Vinnie what the [ __ ] are you talking about dude the people that saw that well same as the people that watch that they're tur on the station so forget about him just move on we we got good press from Channel 10 speaking about Vietnam Vets I want to let you know I was up in Salem New Hampshire at their uh standout and his name was Mike he was a Vietnam vet uh a great old guy he stood out there the entire time for three hours wow and he was so fighted up he's like what is going on in this world I'm out here fighting for the Constitution of the United States I'm out here fighting for our country and this is what our country is turning into it was right it was very it was very powerful talking to him so you would hear that during a protest on the Vietnam War and how about channel five how about how about it is just as important in the Vietnam War because what these people are out there standing out for is they're standing up against corruption okay so basically what they're doing is they're out there defending the Constitution that is being perverted and corrupt by their local officials and exactly what these Vietnam soldiers went and died and fought and died for to protect so yes it's as important as the Vietnam War in that sense it's absolutely as as as important to stand up because what did they fight and die for if not for our freedoms that these people are out there standing up for protecting when you get a chance take you can also take a look at wvz TV believe believe it Christina Rex I know little people have a little that soft interview with Paul Keith but she did a good job and put together a good uh good one tonight too it was everywhere do we have a total count of people that stood out there today because I mean will we what do you think the number was the people that stood out there um I'm not not sure I couldn't tell you give me give me a number I I was told there was 140 in denim alone I don't know what was in Plymouth because I was seeing videos from everywhere Plymouth was a 200 at one point easy y yep and the other one the other big one I heard from somebody was planville planville was hu planville was huge I went to Taunton that was big Taunton was really big and you know what they're all different people at all these different standouts it's not the same people going to the standouts I mean there are a couple that go to one to one but there's all different people there's a lot of people vested in in this all over it's deep it's is deep yeah yeah I mean it's it's crazy when this second trial starts this is gonna have the attention of a lot of people because this is where this second trial and I and I assure you it's going going to happen a lot of people think that it's not going to happen it's gonna happen L and and Bev are are gonna do anything they can she's going to rule any motion filed against the defense and for the prosecution when it comes to whether or not this trial is gonna move forward this I can guarantee you um but I I can't give you a little tidbit of information real quick David David the guy who did that channel five interview this Deana just reminded me it that's the same reporter who asked Aiden when he got out of out of his first arrest how much money you making off of this you're making millions of dollars the same was it two million five million something like that yeah ridiculous amount of money that's the same guy that's why we just blow him off he don't wow what an idiot um yeah well what what I was gonna say was that that the the um the fact that that this um [ __ ] hold on sorry I had it at the tip of my tongue I lost thought and then I had it um oh the second trial what's going to happen is that the word of mouth is going to spread tfold from the people who followed the first trial the outrage that they're going to have for the second trial happening is going to create a word of mouth where they're going to tell people worker co-workers family members dude that they're putting this woman on trial again uh they're going to point out and depending on how deep they follow the con the the the trial and how deep they follow the case since the trial you know they're going to discuss things like the jury coming forward them filing the motion and then it getting denied uh all of these things are going to be uh more there's more talking points about this case the further it this goes and it's going to be uh this next trial is is Karen's going to have more support than ever guaranteed I don't go ahead go ahead no go ahead I I think we as as the supporters have done the best we can to put her in a in a position where she's goingon to get the desired outcome ultimately win you know we can only do so much but if if what we can do is get the word out right and and they tell someone and they tell someone the word of mouth will absolutely spread and if when it goes to the second trial all these YouTubers that we're looking at now there's got to be 50 people that do YouTube stuff on Karen Reed they're all gonna be right on top of it now because now they're already in they're all making content I'm you know what I'm saying will there's like 50 different channels that all do covering kieren Reed that did that weren't but they are now they'll be they'll be right up front now going oh my God it's gonna go to trial again right and it's really funny too because there are people now that started to cover it because they were so adamant about Karen Reed being guilty they're awfully quiet about the case now aren't they uh the majority of them almost all of them just the ones that are personally invested in their hatred for turtle boy are the only ones left speaking up against Karen Reed all of the other channels none of the other drama channels are talking about it anymore nobody's talking about it anymore because they know Karen's innocent they just don't to admit it and again that's a good position for us right yeah sure one of the things I've been telling everybody and I've been going on and on and on about the goal of today's event really was bring awareness everywhere that's all is is bring awareness to the Injustice going on in Cameron Reed's trial because she's factually innocent the corruption going on in North for County's DA's office the corruption going on in the mass State Police and the corruption going on in C the Canton Police and that's what we do the UN and S Richard the unnecessary evil with that is mainstream media we need m stream media to take our voices and multiply it by thousands it's it's one of those unnecessary evils whether whatever spin they put on it they put on it but guess what these people that are sitting home watching channel five right now going what is Cameron Reed and hopefully they're gonna find out and look and not listen to channel five but you know what I mean yeah yeah today was a today was a channel five just look desperate what it say all public good publicity was it say bad news is good news like yeah oh my God Ken how dare K I mean they have to do that they have to just now take anything that Karen Reed says publicly and twist it um I sent I sent the link also to somebody else because they dm'd me uh and said I keep trying to call and I could never get through and I'm a douche he's been that way too right yeah you know what's funny is the day I was in court um during the trial I was sitting in court and he like fell off of a seat and I'm like Karma can I say writes amazing posts just all the time um and and they're just always informative um and then you know the arguments happen in the thread but the post is there and people read those posts and they get educated every time you know great thing about that sorry Olivia puts out a post like that right and then the then the arguments start so every time someone starts an argument on there it brings the post back to the feed it's perfect right right exactly but I had I had someone like tag me the other day in a Twitter post because they were arguing and what did they say Paul they're like are you really going to let like let them like say this about me blah blah I'm like I don't I'm like I don't co-sign anything anyone says I'm like but I get it I'm not mad at you because Twitter can suck your Police Department through Matthew's attorney consent was given for a data extraction which was performed by Trooper Nick guadino I analyzed both of these phones and did not find any communication with Sandra burchmore Matt said in a previous interview that he deleted all Communications with Sandra okay uh but then they found the stuff in Sandra's phone and that says something different which we'll today in federal court alleges she was in fact murdered by Matthew Farwell 2023 may have been the FED won't blink my eyes I know that I collected even though I said it was three [ __ ] tell her you're a fool oh she got a video of of the Farwell arrest I gotta see this H hold on they actually have the video how do she get these she got good Scoops huh the I don't even know what to call them we have a variety of names the pink people wow Rude the video of Matthew Farwell getting jacked up by the popo he's a big dude he's bigger than you that's him when he realiz he's big huh they realiz his life is anybody anybody see Tully over there no no I wonder why there was a picture of a kid with him there too a little boy that's not his kid isn't it doesn't he have a a daughter I mean what he did now talking about say that number one more time Tom how many I mean how many say we say we got 10,000 new new members new eyes on this case today new people that not just support but just are going interested in looking at it well the next time we do this we need to have 30,000 that 10,000 needs to go to a 30,000 number right but I mean think about that think about how amazing that 10,000 that's 10,000 people like let's say let's say today's turnout worldwide right all the standout took place you have 5,000 people that's 5,000 people that believe in Justice enough to take their Labor Day and stand out there holding a sign wearing a shirt saying free Karen Reed believing in the Constitution believing in do process believing in good cops you know just really that's amazing when you put that into context those are people who have passion and you just think about the passion that one person is capable of and then you had you add those kind of numbers to that that is incredibly inspiring and and it's the simplest thing to do will this one girl in Hansen made a standout right and there was like 15 to 20 people there perfect number just enough that when people driveing by they say hey what's going on here and they see the people and they start reading the signs and like that's how it starts again those 10 15 people in Hansen will be 25 next time and then maybe 40 so that's how it grows we have wayth was the first wayth um Plymouth and Dam those three have started and been like every weekend since the since go since the start and look at today massive turnouts M and and this is also these fools did this right before an election they decided to do this right before an election if this picks up enough traction to the point where so many people are talking about it that presidential candidates have to weigh in and say something during a press conference or during a rally or something like that if it gets to that point just imagine you know what what struck me today was there was a group of young kids that were in Plymouth I want to say they were the middle and middle school maybe they weren't freshman I don't think like that age almost freshman maybe like 8th grade but they were all into the Ken Reed thing and there was a nice lady next to me she went over and started explaining the whole story to him so now these kids that all they live on the internet because they've had it since they've been alive right we haven't it's new to us for the most part but these kids now all know and they're gonna go and talk about it on their Tik toks on their Instagrams on Facebook and that whole thing is going to take fire the younger generation so wait till they get fired up you know how you give them a cause they'll get they'll get behind it like group mentality one gra gra yeah so that's what I think gonna happen well you know I think I think we see that happening now yeah uh I I I that's because there there are people bringing their kids out there you know um and and I I you know again I I'm not somebody who I like I even had the mother of someone uh email I haven't emailed her back it's not you know I'm just bad at returning emails that's all um but she emailed me saying she was the mom of one of the kids and how she very much respects that I choose not to show kids and talk bad about anybody else that's their choice if that's what they choose if the parents are okay with it then you know I'm not going to criticize any other channels that do it you know that's Choice that's fine it's my preference having covered true crime for long as I have it's it's some it's it's it's it's a a direction I prefer to lean on you know uh lean towards so that's just my choice um and and you know if I would have responded to her that's that's what I would have told her I it's I I appreciate that you're giving me the permission and that's nice because I don't see anything wrong with the kid being there and what they're doing again I we we talked about this a long time ago it was the best civics lesson you could give a kid you know uh honestly yeah it's in real time it's happening right now Absol best best time in the world to teach him about it and that's what I think some of the parents are doing right right so I mean I don't I don't need to show kids you know but but I I am absolutely all for the parents going out there bringing their kids bringing their pets you know making it just a very positive experience and it's a great thing to for for a kid to see is that kind of camaraderie you know you know a kid when you think about it is just their head's buried in their cell phone or their tablet and you know and they you know this shows that this gives them the experience of that kind of camaraderie that that a lot of kids aren't exposed to um that human interaction that a lot of kids aren't exposed to and it's a very positive thing so so will it's on that topic it's it's it's funny and weird at the same time like animals will just come up to me right and and little kids just talk to me right it's just it just happens the kids that are out there okay they're some of the most intelligent people that I've spoken to they they they don't there's no [ __ ] with these kids right up straight up they get it and I'm I'm really impressed with most of them really they were they know more than we give them credit for even though they they're not the same height as us that's not the deal they got it they have they have access to the internet and they're better at it than we are you know so I'm sure there's a lot of kids who just don't who squander that but I'm sure there's a lot of really smart kids out there who don't squander how how useful the internet can be um and uh and and they take advantage and they understand how things work they pay attention in school uh they they and they question things you know they they they look at things and they they ask questions to themselves um and and that is that's the kind of that's the kind of kid that I feel comfortable with my with the future being in the hands of you know what I mean absolutely um I got a question if you oh you've been doing True Crime for a while right yeah how do you put the Cameron Reed today in the whole True Crime thing does this blow the whole does this blow everyone else out of the water um I you know it's impossible this is not the kind of thing that I would look at it I wouldn't measure it in terms of like what's a bigger case or what isn't I mean there's a lot of high-profile cases every case that I've ever covered to some degree as high-profile but I mean these are real people so I don't ever like you know uh measure it in terms of that but in terms of how crazy the case is um yeah yeah it it it absolutely blows everything that I've ever covered out of the water as far as like I said in terms of how how many ins and outs and the the Twilight zoney [ __ ] that's happening I've never seen anything like it I've never seen prosecutors who were so bad at their job yet somehow able to get a judge to back up all of their decisions um to me that's not negligence to me that is corruption um L's not a good attorney and he's and and he he files motions for crazy ridiculous things that Bev will approve and she will deny every motion from the defense when the evidence is out there and it's public as to why she should rule on those motions uh in favor of the defense and and and she consistently doesn't do this uh and now this sham that should have never went to trial in the first place he going to go to trial a second time after jurors came forward that's also unprecedented I'm I don't I've never covered a case that that has happened where jurors came forward and said uh uh I think you should know by the by the way you know I mean that right I've never covered a case where the judge called a mistrial without specifying I I've never it was a it was a Friday it's insane it's insane I've never seen anything like this so yeah as far as like how insane it is um but the same but at the same time again I've I've never like I I only follow cases that I become to some degree emotionally passionate about right uh I'm not crazy I don't feel emotionally connected to the victims you know and things like that there's people who do that when they cover True Crime those are drama channels I'm not I'm not like that at all yeah um me I I look at the the facts of the case and yes and I will feel like with the Ganon Stout case it's 11year old kid uh I felt you know yeah hit you it hit me hard right um and uh so that was that was the worst of it but this I'm emotionally invested because of the people because of what you guys are doing out there what happened out there today makes me emotionally invested I'm emotionally invested because I spend all my time on this channel as long as I have defending uh Local District Attorneys and law enforcement agencies as a whole and everything against trolls who criticize them when they're working hard and doing their jobs and getting families Justice um and to see this uh really makes me upset um but seeing how many people are fighting for it um and see exactly what I'm upset about and they're fighting for it is incredibly inspiring so yeah um yeah that that's and and also will the the people right the people at every single standout just like the best people in the world I I don't know how how they all come to to be that but there's no bad apples in in any standout how does that explain that one to me we got 200 people not one issue not there's not even a pocketbook stolen there's not even a cell phone broke like there literally no just nothing just loving each other hugging holding signs chitchatting it's a like yeah and I got to meet I got to meet only a fraction of how many people are out there these days right um and I wasn't out there that long ago it was what [ __ ] May yeah June um I I I I wasn't even out there uh that long ago and I only got to meet a fraction of the people who are out there these days and everyone and and and here's the thing is it was a lot of people wasn't it it sure was I met a lot of people um and everyone was nice everyone was great and you Tom you were fantastic you drove me around you took me to 34 Fairview uh and you were just an incredibly uh hospitable everyone was hospitable LTL bran was really hospitable um and you know it was just really really yeah uh everybody was um but that's will that whole experience that you experienced was at every single standout that I went to today um and that's a lot of people guy right it's always the same it's always always the same thing like and it's every it's just more people but it's always really Pleasant and it's always you know what I mean like I and and and Tom what you do is so important you being out there you're the one who's always capturing all of that you know consistently uh every hearing every you know it's it's it's great um you've been amazing um so I'm really grateful to you for for all that and being so kind and letting me stream it when you know when you're uh when when Court's not in session and what's happening and bigger picture right right again more eyes better right so and again I need to be able to allow you to do that right because you get a different set of eyes and in the more eyes that we have on this right even will even if it was 10 people instead of 10,000 it's still worth it because what what's the stream doing it here you go take it go do go get with it goad that's how I that's how I look at it I mean I don't give a [ __ ] if people stream my content I don't give a [ __ ] at all but again right if I don't do that if I say no you can't do that well then how was that helping Karen read it's not right right so so but people are like that in this whole movement everyone is out to help Karen it's the most awesomest thing I could I can't even put it into words it really is it really is you know and and you know you you you you speak to her pretty regularly at these things um and uh I know just from the one experience of meeting her myself she's genuinely grateful for all of that for everything that you guys do out there um you know she's genuinely grateful for it it's amazing she she went to every single person at Dam every single person right down the line and shook their hand and took the time to talk to him like she wasn't rushed she spent a lot of time there and like she was engaging with everyone at a at a personable level like this is someone in trial for murder like she's got the world on her shoulders and she's taken even two minutes to talk to yeah and she's not she's not acting like a [ __ ] celebrity no you know and and and that's the whole thing it's like what do you expect someone to do she's being accused of murder she's fighting the charges the charges are bogus because there's no case against her people see this so they're showing up in numbers to support her what do you expect her to do other than show her gratitude and start shaking people's hands and taking pictures and saying I mean that's called expressing gratitude for support that's all that is yep that's not you know I mean so I I I don't look at her like a celebrity you know what I mean like right yeah I I I don't see her that way at all I see her as somebody who is doing something that I'm very grateful for because she's able to she is she's seeing something some wrongdoing she could and has the right to if she wants to absolutely roll over not deal with the fight and say fine I'll take a plea you know just like Aiden right Aiden could have walked out of jail anytime right right you know but she's like no the principle of right and wrong dictates right that I fight this if I am if I am able to do it you know and and that's somebody of immense character and someone who merits respect and that's why she gets the support that she gets you know it it goes to say a lot that she's able to do that because I'm not sure I'd be able to keep it together just dealing with the charges itself forget about dealing with the public that are supporting me that for the good I'd be a mess because of the bad I wouldn't be able to hold it together I don't know how she does it that's what I mean yeah exactly and she does it with Grace and Poise and class and she does it with her hot it's awesome right right you know she's not out there like you know running for office and and making a spectacle of herself and you know and and holding press conferences and Blasting [ __ ] on social media she's not doing none of that [ __ ] she's merely showing gratitude to the people who are supporting her outside of the courthouse that's that's it and it's funny and I didn't mention this when I was uh at Dam but when she came everybody knew she was there and they didn't rush her they stayed where they were right they gave her space in the time to work the line at her Pace nobody was rushing her nobody was over here over here it was so like the people respected her and gave her like as like they were hands off her until she came up to them it was an awesome well and she's incredibly personable you know incredibly personable like in the in the courthouse you know there was just very natural small talk it was very nice very pleasant you know uh her mom and dad are just the coolest people in the world y uh her brother her sister her cousin they're all just the coolest people in the world her brother puts in a lot of work my God Nathan he's here there there there so I mean again the whole family they couldn't have picked the worst people to go to try and pin it on they picked the wrong people you know right yeah I I mean that's the thing and you're gonna be and and you really [ __ ] up because you really got lazy about the frame up too yep you know like the only thing that's making this if you really think about it the only thing that's really making this difficult C right now for justice to actually happen are L and beev I mean think about that for a second I can't I can't like Morris's office and Bev are the only things right now that are standing in the way of of uh Karen re is being able to move on with her life and it's simply because they just won't let this go uh and I I can't help but think it's because they're just protecting the MC Alberts and they're they're they're doing it so relentlessly it's wild here's the two problems that they can't get past all right the rank footage at John's house the cops went in to go grab the rink footage will there's no reason to for them to touch the ring footage because the incident happened at 34 Fairview not Meadows Avenue they had no right no reason no right no no no way to touch that DVR of ring they did and they screwed it up on purpose that's one two you take Jen mccab you take her statements out of the equation yeah done right those two things are the two big things I can't I can't get over I mean think about like as a whole how this trial was set up like they weren't allowed to bring up the federal investigation right they they were only allowed to ask a limited amount of questions to uh anyone named Albert or McCabe you know that that was very catered the the the the ability to question them about certain things was very very shifted in the Commonwealth's uh favor um you know it was it was just really really strange to just watch these things and then you know pre-trial everyone seems to have forgotten the the chore that it was to just simply get the prosecution to share Discovery yeah with the defense and and how much did they fight just for the evidence to that they were able to look at to so they can defend Karen right and nonstop and Bev ordered for L to share this discovery over and over again and when he failed to do so there were no repercussions you know ever so I mean and then and then she joked about it she joked about it I I I I had uh I think turtle boy was on panel with me when we were going over one of the one of the hearings for one of the pre-trial hearings I I think it was for the motion to dismiss um the the the pre-trial motion to dismiss uh and disqualify Michael morrisy um and and she she made a joke about L not not uh complying with her rulings and and they both giggled they both chuckled yep and just business as usual it was so bizarre yeah Scott mcginness just said something what was it yeah another thing um Scott mcginness says I still will never forget the day last winter I was standing outside of court with my fre free cry Peeps and Karen said hi Oh I said hi Karen and she said hi Scott that was crazy to me at the time she knows everybody she does will it's amazing she knows everyone's name she's very very very good with people's names oh I I have no doubt in my mind if I was her I would do it I would have I would have an anonymous account and be just checking out what everyone is saying no and getting to know that kind of support I would have to I would have to know that for myself I'm pretty sure she doesn't need to use an anonymous account and and I know she watches you she told me she watches you she she watches Aiden I mean you know her family does at least I mean they're yeah I know that um it's pretty cool it's definitely pretty cool um because because I get worried I get really self-conscious that I'm like too rough around the edges and and I'm just you know uh but but that's but again for some reason it seems to it seems to resonate with the Boston folk so because you're you're real and you're who you are we we love that that's that's kind of what we all strive for over here it's pretty awesome yeah I noticed that like that's probably why I love everyone over there so much on another positive incredible experience today when we were the girls and I were hanging out after this a little a girl came up and wanted a picture with us she thinks we're celebrities that's awesome and I mean we gave her bracelets and took a picture I a picture with Karen that's what I'm trying to tell you is is is it's you guys are inspiring people you know uh it's amazing it's it's it's it's a hell well you know everybody everybody hanging out that that was talking to us before and after the event it was so it was just moving every everybody was positive today even the little girl you know is asking questions her mother was hugging us all it's it's sinking in it's yeah you know the reality is this is sing in with everybody right um and it was it's just amazing to be a part of I had my Sant of burchmore sign out that somebody made special for her right um it's it's emotional put it you that way um we we had such a great crowd like not just the crowd that was at the sand out but everybody in the public yeah yeah you know um it I just I didn't get to see Tom thing because like I said I'm I'm still driving back but um we we barely cross paths because there were so many people wow yeah I mean they were they were all over the place Haven even seen the footage yet they were all over the place yep I know Karen was in Ram um but I was getting you know a bunch of pictures in my in my phone from that I showed them to the little girl no this is Karen we're car you know we're we're here for Karen but this is right but was it was just such an incredibly moving day I people are people are coming around and you know I just I'm just so grateful you know for all of this and and for you I mean all of you all over the place have been supporting this movement I mean it's it thing is man there's nothing more powerful than the truth as far as I'm concerned um and uh I I I just you know to see that the truth is being challenged like because this is what it seems like it's it's just it's a simple battle between the truth and lies and someone's life is on the line for it you know uh that's what all of this boils down to you know there's there's it's as far as and this is just the Caren reading this isn't even including the Sandra birchmore thing and the the you know uh Justin root or or you know anything else turtle boy I mean this is well the turtle boy I mean we're all we're all connected now yeah I mean everybody everybody's starting to connect now everybody's starting to connect that this is you know this isn't just about one person it is it is about truth it is about Justice it is about taking care of each other and and that that love is actually starting to win and holy [ __ ] is it amazing to watch right just think about it let like just and I I want to plea with people publicly here if you if if if you maybe you don't care about Karen Reed and you don't care about turtle boy you don't care about the Canton n even though the Canton n's already that's over but you know you don't care about any of these people per se but the the thing is is even if you don't and you're a resident of this country it should scare you what's happening to them because just you know what I mean you should at least care you're on the Earth right at least care about your neighbor and care about the fact that this could happen to anybody um you know this is why people who don't know Karen Reed you know I mean you don't have to to to feel connected to her in some way other than just simply you have a career and a life uh this you have in common with her and there's no reason why that should be robbed from you because other people don't want to other adults don't want to take accountability for their actions that's just what it boils down to um you know and then no and I mean thank thank goodness for K Karen Karen's strength and her Magnetic Personality I mean that's going a long way here where you know that is um it's she's she's an amazing human without there's no there's no debating that and her her magnetism is capturing people no matter what their thoughts are um and as far as and you know Aiden has got it wow he's got his own thing going on but Santa burchmore is a whole other I have to bring that in will because Santa burchmore is not here to do that and I'm noticing a lot more people are sort of approaching me or approaching others in our Justice group and saying can you tell me about Sandra and that's hella powerful and I'm not you know it's incredibly powerful because now it's it's there's a there's a two-pronged effect happening right now with the public right with people who just watch Court TV per se right people those type of people people who don't necessarily follow YouTube but they watch Court TV and they watch news nation that sort of thing these people are now those people and those that's the that's the people you want to reach those people are now infuriated about Karen Reed because they are also now infuriated about Sandra burchmore so now the Karen Reed has brought attention to Sandra burchmore's case but Sandra burchmore's case is now also people are now very very you know fired up about Sandra burchmore and rightfully so of course and but now they're also looking at going in wait a second wait what the same effect is happening publicly what happened when I I I'll never forget it I was at the gym my friend Annie she has a Channel and she has a podcast and all that and she has done two uh long videos very detailed videos on Sandra birchmore the second one was a followup because when I was just at the gym and I was just talking to her about the Karen Reed case and um and I told her about Sandra birchmore and then she was like oh I did a video on Sandra birchmore and then I was like well do you know that this cop this cop and this cop are the same cops investigate that investigated Sandra burchmore and he she just goes no way what the [ __ ] and I was like yeah way so then so now what happened to Annie that day because then Annie did a second video on it um what happened to Annie that day is now happening to everybody in the country you know right now everybody is looking at this and going wait what the [ __ ] you know what the [ __ ] is going on here something is seriously wrong here um there's too much to ignore as far as Karen Reed's framing goes now um everyone's credibility there was so much dialogue there was so much dialogue I mean I imagine there was dialogue everywhere you know in these standups today but the dialogues we were having in Plymouth were like I said so powerful people were asking about sander asking more about I mean people have gotten to know Karen reene and thank God for that you know all but now they're asking asking about Sandra they want to hear more about her they want to know about her right a person in her life not just the not just the nightmare of the story and you know I'm getting choked up talking to everybody I'm like listen and we're we're work the reason why we're all here we want this [ __ ] to stop like we're on it you know we're not letting this go and I mean I don't love hugging strangers but I did a lot today because like thank you for standing out for like you than you don't know me I'm just a person holding sign who's talking to you about it but they were moved by it and that means something you know we're doing we're we're we're getting there um and it I'm just drinking it in right now and wanted to share it with you because you've been along for the whole ride you know um well not the whole ride asking and they don't want they don't well a lot of it you know a while I'm just grateful that because all I do is is you know I I do nothing different than I ever did with this channel as far as my reasons for for for covering a case like I I I became just invested in it and I'm just grateful that other people who are so invested in it approve and enjoy the content because all I do is pretty much just come up here well you're you're also and express my feelings about it you know you are but you are de facto masshole now you know that right apparently yeah that's what they tell me uh I I accept the honor with pure humility absolutely um I I I I adore all of my masshole people absolutely 100% uh it's crazy and and Wei you I'm gonna let somebody else yeah I gotta let someone else take up some room tonight but I just wanted to share the you know the love you know with you and and that and that everybody was really asking a lot about um hearing about Santa burchmore and and more about Karen Reed you know what tell me more what how is this possible and and it's see and people want I'm seeing it in their faces that they want to do better and that they want to change and it is my heart's full with that right now yeah that's yeah I mean yeah like seeing that turnout today you know uh hearing hearing uh um Paul talk about it on um uh whose channel was he on uh yesterday before I went live I can't I think it was I can't remember um but because I mean we're all we're all right exactly we're all you know so on each other's channels so much so um I it's hard for me to remember but um but yeah uh you know hearing Paul talk about all of the like confirmed standouts that were taking place um you know I mean he counted 75 different stand handouts today you know um that's [ __ ] crazy that's wild it is crazy and you know and another thing I let you enjoy we were chrisen song we were playing John Chris Lauren song in the standout on on a repeat Loop too oh right on right on the jam yeah and everybody loved it you know yeah dude that's the anthem dude I mean it just is it is so the energy was great you know you I wish you were there but you certainly you were there in spirit and I haven't even seen the clips yet or or any of the pictures but being yeah they asked me uh Paul Paul asked me to do something um I was kind of hazy on what it was that he exactly wanted me to do um but when I when he mentioned it the first thing that came to mind was that sounds exactly like the perfect thing for Tom and Mike to do I I would assume they were already planning on doing it you know um so you know uh uh and he said yeah you know I'll ask them whatever so he did that my my plan honestly today was just to observe because I knew that people who are local there were going to attend this and stream it themselves and I didn't want to just go and stream a bunch of other people's stuff even though I know they don't mind um so I wanted to wait I figured I'd wait till afterwards and and and and I got to get uh you know a few people on panel who helped organize it and I got uh to talk to you who was there and um you know it it's it's it's great uh I I I'm um well and now we just get to drink it in you know we we' got to keep we got to keep the Good Vibes going because it is definitely sinking in with the general public not just Among Us you know weirdos who are out there all the time I love you all but we're you know we can be kind of extra um but the the general public I mean they were you know embracing us literally embracing us and you know there were zero of the you know the the netive energy because there's a lot of people that feel this and I have to believe this and I do believe it uh right now the climate that the country is in politically right people need a little americ an example you know people need that they don't even know they need it so in this climate where people are just so divided and then they see this example of unity and people exercising their American rights and those people are patriots they understand their they understand Civics they passed Civics when they went to elementary school and middle school they know so um when they don't realize they need it but then when they see a bunch of people grouped together in unity about something that they feel so strongly and passionately about and it's all about someone just getting their their getting their their their rights met something simple as that um that's going to inspire people in this climate right now they don't know that they need it but once they see it they're they're grateful they know they they realize they needed that they realize they needed that and so that's why they got engaged in started talking to you and asking you questions and they were reacting the way that they were reacting I have to believe that yeah well that that's why I'm rolling back so late because just it it was it's such a blessing to continue those dialogues and have people say you know I didn't get you know didn't get real heavy just said you know here's here's part of the story here's here's who this person was and here's why I mean of course it matters but if you didn't know before you know let's take take some time it feel drinking this energy everybody is here for a reason nobody's here just because it's right because it's the cool thing to do it's a fun way it's not I mean it's it is but it's also a hard thing to do well because some people were coming up you're doing something saying I've never done this before you're doing something that takes dedication takes passion takes uh humility it takes uh uh tenacity and uh and it takes self control um this is not an easy thing to do so it's only natural for people to try to make it an enjoyable experience so you know just like somebody who cuts up and has fun at work you know what I mean um you're doing whatever you can to make the situation enjoyable so [ __ ] yeah tailgate and and and you know have a nice time you know and I'm not saying tailgate and get drunk you know I'm saying like you know barbecue some food you know have a nice time joke around with each other have fun you know uh and and and enjoy the time you know of course why why shouldn't you be enjoying yourself I mean that is we're trying to we're trying to get back to the American dream here you have to be able to do that you're celebrating Freedom that we're here it's a Fourth of July part it's a Fourth of July party without the alcohol every single time and it should be you know yeah well I mean the amount of people that were there today that were there for the first time that blew me away that's I mean that's huge the ones who were saying I've never done this before can I borrow a sign [ __ ] yeah you can borrow a sign well it was your first time oh my God honor right exactly that's that's a really big deal yeah it's that's exactly what it should be in in and anybody who doesn't who ridicules you for this doesn't understand you know you're celebrating your Independence and you're doing it year round you're doing it year round because that's what you're supposed to do you know there are people who you know right now we're pushing through yeah you hear people that we gota keep we're pushing through some outrage right now you hear those people on social media that say oh well you know uh our independence isn't just something to celebrate once a year you know what I mean and and and you're like yeah we know because that's exactly what you guys have been doing you know uh and there's nothing wrong with that I mean there there's some form but the first timers that's that's um you don't nobody needs to be nervous or intimidated coming up to a group like that but no doubt everybody that came up today felt embraced they felt they were belonging to something nobody thought well this is weird we're in front of a court there was none of that it was just just pure good oldfashioned American Freedom holy [ __ ] amazing how beautiful is that and then on top of that you imagine the people who have been listening to Only The Narrative of oh these people are crazy and they're nasty and they're out there just being trolls and and then they they meet you uh and then they're like oh my God you you know this isn't what I expected at all you guys are like I I get it this is amazing and and and and it inspires people to want to be a part of it you know uh and it's great because the the the the true success of what happened today was you want to show everyone everywhere how important this is but also it was an amazing example set of how to exercise your first amendment rights in a productive fashion you know in a beautiful productive fashion it was an example of why that's beautiful because then you know you have like people looting and and and rioting and what that does is that subconsciously puts an idea in someone's head basically saying you know this this whole free speech thing is people are just abusing it and it's nasty and I wonder if it's even a good thing anymore and you guys set the example of this is why it's a good thing and this is why it's important you know we are Americans and we're we're we're civilized human beings and we believe in the country that our forefathers had in mind and this is this is showing we deserve better right yeah I I mean Karen deserves better sander deserves everybody deserves better you know it's that's that's why we're there we we want everybody it's got to it's got to get better and it starts with a handful of people you know being out there with signs making Rockets but it's a good rocket you know it's a damn good Ruckus what it is is it's it's it's it's an it's it's an example of evolution of society it's absolute and make no mistake that's not even an overstatement but it's an example of Evolution within Society it is what our forefathers had in mind that we can have we can we can fight but we can fight by by having our weapons being our our our our numbers and our voices and our tenacity and that's it you guys are all armed with that and and that is showing the country that the First Amendment works because now look at what's happening changes are happening uh results are taking place thank you for sharing that with us I'm going to I'm going to go in and cry now like good cry well I mean every word I've saying man I I I'm a patriot man I mean I mean every word I'm saying that's how I feel about you guys all of you that are out there doing what you've been last Lady talking about the new case just remember this the Ken retrials only half the the matter after this we still got to go out and protest because if we don't the Boston cops and the CD will never investigate what really happened to Jo so we got to keep up and keep on their ass so they can actually lock these cops up agreed uh 100% I completely agree with you and I think that everybody is already on that on board with you but the new people may not realize that um because again this is this is about Karen Reid But ultimately it's about Justice for John O'Keefe and so uh there's definitely gota put there's definitely got to be some public pressure on uh on on the uh norfol County or or I'm sorry not Nori County but uh Josh Levy's us attorney's office to uh to uh to continue this investigation into Michael Morris's office and and to make sure that uh if there if there's a way to to to to hold the people who are actually responsible for sh Keef's death accountable then do it but I I worry that um I worry Matt that uh that there's no physical evidence left and uh it's going to be uh a difficult task to prove uh who actually killed Jon O'Keefe but we both know [ __ ] jerk off like them eventually one will get mad at the other and rat them out just like every [ __ ] bad criminal in the world the problem is is that I I don't count on that 100% only because all of them are they could be implicated they all lied they all helped cover it up so somebody who Rats on the other uh if they're not willing to give them an immunity deal and protection for the rest of their life they're not going to come forward you know what I mean but you know what we still don't know what the feds have yet either so somebody is less likely to be arrested than the others and that's going to be a person that's going to flip on all the others that's that's you're probably right Matt and I hope you're right I hope you're right uh because uh again we don't know what the hell the fed's got there's 3,000 Pages there now um that I feel like we got what was the most damning information from the federal investigation at the time so um whatever's in that 3,000 Pages we got the we got the the most of it um we got the worst of it that that's that that could implicate anybody the worst but um they've still been in still been an ongoing investigation and the investigation is still going on if they got Sandra burchmore Justice or they're they're getting Sandra burchmore Justice I believe that they're still working on getting John O'Keefe justice as best as they possibly can so um that we don't know what evidence they've obtained since that uh Discovery was was released um to the defense the Commonwealth in judge Bev and we still don't even know what what uh atie beev would allow in and what wouldn't allow in so there's a lot of [ __ ] that we don't even know what the feds have on them yet feds don't go after people unless they're at at least like 98% point right they're G to get a conviction right so it's it's in the works but I know a lot of people are trying to call in uh the only other thing I got to say is if you do call in and get through try to get your and read standout National standout it's the first time I ever call a podcast so couple of first going here tonight I am out okay I'm sorry about that I'm listening go ahead buddy no no it's all good I just uh I just want the opportunity to say that we had a you know we had a great showing in Salem New Hampshire and uh you know it's just great to watch uh all the other activities throughout the state and throughout the country and the and the world for that matter so it's pretty cool stuff yeah that's wow um yeah man so like uh where are you at again say that one more time are you in New Hampshire I'm in I'm in Derry New Hampshire we had one in uh just at the Border in s New Hampshire okay all right and what's what's the vibe like over there do you talk to a lot of people about the case or I just started to I I have some uh co-workers that were heavily invested in it okay um and it's interesting because I got a lot of the merch and I've been wearing it around right and there still are a lot of people that have no clue about this which is disturbing to say the least that's what gets me um well I mean some people just don't even like they don't even give a [ __ ] about you know current events or anything like that and you know it just doesn't interest them you know what I mean like I don't give a [ __ ] about sports you know what I mean I enjoy sports I'll watch it like there's people who if you're in a conversation with them and then you bring this up there's no way they're not going to be like chances are they're going to be like holy [ __ ] really what you know but it but it doesn't mean that they like follow current events or give a [ __ ] you know no it's a good point it's a good point but it still is amazing because once you start to unravel and put the pieces together for them that's what they say is oh [ __ ] really right there's no way not to they're going yeah and you know it for me I I had followed it I I started about halfway into the trial because I started you know seeing more and more about it and then I had I had surgery a week ago on my elbow and so I spent the last week on my coach watching your podcast watching Tom CPU the jerks mass media all of them you know and all the all the different excerpts from The Trial just to make sure that I wasn't missing anything but it's it it's an amazing case you know in terms of like somebody said you know it's it's not just Karen it's us you know if if they're gonna frame you know little little old Karen Reed you know they can do it to any of us that's the unsettling part that's what people don't get that's what people you you educate them yeah you educate and seeing all those people standing out is very it's it's gonna it's gonna make people go wait what the [ __ ] like dude you know can you imagine the people who commuted from one place to another today from from their home to their job and saw Karen Reed support in multiple places on that one you know what I mean so that's how that's the effect that that had at least locally in Massachusetts right there you know and for that to happen nationally people seeing wait a second Karen who the [ __ ] is Karen Reed in New Hampshire you know what I mean and in in [ __ ] California Florida you know people going oh my God what what is going on here that is massive and I really hope that Fox News picks this up uh like that would be the big win is if national news media picks this up right you just type in yeah you type in Ken re and it'd be interesting to see what the Google searches show you know right I mean she's trending according to Twitter she's trending so this is a good thing you guys and and that happened after today's standouts so imagine right imagine the impact that you guys made by doing what you did today so exactly yeah it was pretty it was pretty cool you know you know because we were we were on the on the South Side the traffic coming from Northern New Hampshire heading down into mass and in the major majority were people honking their horms we got a few one-fingered salutes um I figured they were just from Canton so it really didn't matter um but it was it was cool you know the excitement and the amount of people honking their horns um was just uh you know you know there's a point in your life where you got to do something bigger than yourself right right yeah and and that's what this has done for me so I was like you know what I'm get my ass off the couch and I'm going there and you know I'm G to support Karen Reed thing man don't have to meet her you know what I just Sandra burchmore's case uh that in no no way shape or form do I doubt that it uh outraged a lot of people uh and that's exactly what we need um so fantastic um oh right on okay so somebody
