it's the most disappointing card I think in the in UFC's history really in terms of hype yeah Dana said this was going to be the biggest card ever but do you think like now we got Alex how much of the hype is around the actual fights and how much of it is around like the [ __ ] concept of this fear I I just don't like I they need to be good fights in my opinion I know what you're saying that's a good point but I he M he definitely made good matchup stylistically like when you look at the car I feel like it's a lot of fights where it's like all right that's gonna be like Carnage that's gonna be Carnage they almost tried to make like Mexican style fights yes like putting like um what was like baham Mundos and like um like Torres guys are GNA like like they're gonna strike they're gonna throw hands guys with like I don't know if this was the actual purpose but a lot of guys with good chins are on this card yeah where I guess not morab Mor not that he's like getting knocked out all the time but he's been dropped in um the Aline for that fight for morab Sean Sean's very interesting because it's dropped like it opened like morab minus 180 now it's sounded like minus 130 morab there's some real love for Sean which I mean I think makes sense like look at how he kind of handled aljo not to say that aljo and morab are the same but yeah and also Mor Rob like like I said he's been dropped before and he hasn't faced anyone hurt like he's besides the yaan fight he's got hurt quite a bit he got hurt against cejudo he I mean he almost got knocked out against like the corpse of uh Marlon Maron Mar like he definitely he definitely is chinny um dricus has been taking a Victory lap this week oh my god well good for him yeah even on like Steve EG because Steve ERS said he wasn't that good said he was like a six out of 10 fighter so he posted a picture ers getting knocked out it's six out of 10 and then and then he even sent it to ersc oh he sent the direct message oh that's 23rd the pfl playoffs continue in Washington DC with welterweights and featherweights and you know we've gone to some cards Nashville the boys were at I went to the Hollywood Florida one me and EV went to the Connecticut one this one million dollars worth of game is going to be at they were also at cards in the past they've done stuff with the efl but this time it's winter go home always in the a legit Banger that would be the fin that would be the the championship yeah that would be awesome but M has to gets through ramazan off first um have they announced they haven't announced where the finals are right no they haven't you think they'll announce that yes I think so yeah that makes sense and then lock rain against um yeah it's a good ass fight Kai kamaka was always like a guy in Bellator that you looked at and we were like he's pretty good he was in UFC for a little bit right I think he had like two or three yeah was um I'm excited for it's a it's a good card and um I think Ray Cooper was supposed to fight but I I think I heard that he may not be fighting I think he's hurt yeah um so look out for that we'll get into the UFC card a little bit this weekend it's not the best card um they're kind of in that it's another in between spot in between 305 and UFC noce um but it's not horrible like you you guys were saying it's not a horrible card but I guess you don't love a ton of bets on it it's just a lot of big favorites which the UFC like you have some you you see some squash spots but UFC is usually pretty I mean listen there are some like decently lined fights but there's a few like big um like Morales who's one of my guys minus 850 you got Zack ree's minus 575 I mean Kong Wang though is minus 1,200 off this card yeah just crazy there's definitely there's a couple um couple spots that I do like so just talking about the prelims on this card so going up to the Bazooka fight against Francis Fire Marshall um what what what are your favorite picks on the prelims like are are there fights in particular that you really like I would say a pick that I do like on the prims I like the borch of lantop under um I kind of like lawn toop there I don't hate K what's like I just I mean Bev's just very like he's a little bit cut and dry where it's like if you can grapple you'll like as long as you don't get hit win I I feel like but if you strike with him like he's probably Gonna Knock You Out I feel like both I mean like yeah but Chase Hooper dropped them he did that's true no Hooper and he was doing well too yeah so that's where no I agree with you I don't I don't hate the and like borov just finds ways I like him he's a good fight but finds ways to make his fights 50/50 at points for sure and there is a chance if you take this plus 180 dog on lawn toop like yeah Slava just [ __ ] knocks him out like that's that's that's why I like the under yeah because I I could see I could see him getting choked out I think uh caval lanti the girl just runs through josean Josan Nunes Josan Nunes is someone who's just kind of like been um figured out um yeah she's short has she has a lot of power very just like onedimensional and then I mean I I do like Francis Marshall um the fireman we were talking about in the the chat we saw Francis Marshall at pfl on Friday before he had this fight booked and then I was flying home on Tuesday and I was in the car Uber back to New York City and I saw that he posted on the story he's been looking for a fight we asked him on Friday and he like when's the next fight are you booked yet and he was like no I'm always telling them I'm ready I'm ready and literally sure he's ready I've kind of I've stayed in touch with him a little bit on like Instagram DMs I just I kind of we had a man he's good guy he's guy Jersey City guy and he had just I think in the last couple months he's been going down to American top team a lot to train and now just recently he moved down there like fulltime like to like go all in on it he really he they just kind of had him on the Shelf to be honest for like almost two years yeah it's crazy year and a half like it felt like for kind of like I don't really know exactly why Isaac dgeren killed him but Isaac dgan is like obviously he lost to uh CR Rod where he kind of just like he lost a lot of uh like he just his card gassed out gassed out but like losing to Isaac dgeren I know he also lost to Gomez but I that was even a super close fight like low volume which maybe but like also like that happens in a young fighter career he's young he's what eight and two now bazooka I think this is a great spot for him to get even find a finish um and also he's American top team doesn't take jokes like they take legit like if they think you're not good they're they're going to give your spot to somebody else and he's all in um and this is St Island vers Jersey City hobo it is yeah an East Coast battle and I do I just think there's something to like a human element of like I just and I we're closer the situation but with him like this guy he's just been legitimately starving for a fight like like I think you're gonna get a like Allin like will to die in that cage Francis Marshall in this fight he he wants to make sure when he gets this fight his next fight is a year and a half two years from now yeah it's let's let's get you back in there soon kind of performance so I think we see that out of him I like Francis Marshall there's a decent am of like pretty heavy favorites on the main card as well like Edmund opens the card like me too I think they just go to war I I honestly think Edmond probably knocks him out but I was thinking the same I like I almost was I almost wanted it round one I would it was plus 150 I would have wanted like a little more than that to be honest but I was hoping it was gonna be like 200 I would have I would have definitely pulled the trigger but I like the under as well I just think it's just gm3 I mean we've seen that I think the chin just isn't there like it once was I like him but I like the just never you just kind of never know with him he's a guy I could see going into broadcasting after he's done I could see that he's always like come off like pretty funny and self-aware in interviews and Twitter and [ __ ] so um Neil Magny also plus 575 against Michael Morales minus 850 under two and a half plus 140 Morales H Mor has to get a finish a finish he Morales is interesting because he's very like he's just very well-rounded and he's but he's not like the most like big time finisher yeah like I think he's four the usfc with like two finishes two decisions um I yeah I don't I don't hate it but he's also in that we he's also in that spot now where he's like 25 he's in that age range where like you could see the these like big improvements fight to fight but yeah but his wins are so like he beat Jake Matthews he beat Max Griffin like solid wins where like I think M Magny is like the next step if you think this guy's a real Prospect a real future Contender then we have the two Ultimate Fighter ones yep and those are both like closer odds I don't know the fighters have you guys watched the season I I have I've watched I didn't see Santos's last fight the one that was like just aired this week I've seen all their all the other fights Valentine is like he's very funny he's like this he kind of was like the almost like became coach of like their team even though he's like a fighter because he fought first he woned by knockout in literally like 20 seconds yeah and then fought again one a decision the Yoda guy just he's a just a big time like American wrestler okay I think he was like all- American type wrestler or definitely highle wrestler yeah um so very like kind of interesting stylistically I almost kind of like Yoda as a dog okay yeah plus I think he's I think he's tough I think he like has for what he's displayed so far I think he has a chin y um but Valentine is good he's definitely a good fight like I think the winner of that is like I think we're gonna have one of the better winners we've had in the last few years okay besid bad like battles people were saying that b had a nice career people said like this class of Ultimate Fighter contestants was the best like roster of contestants they've had in a while from just watching the fights I kind of feel that way because even Nathan Fletcher on this card um yeah he was he's a Patty guy yep and he lost a close fight to offley who's like in the championship yeah he lost like a really close early fight who's like a really good Grappler um but Fletcher's fighting on this card no that's what that's what I'm saying like they think highly of him I think Blaze our guy Blaze is going that makes sense because um I think they just uh they wanted him to like film a fight week Vlog for him Nathan Fletcher and I think they signed Nathan Fletcher yeah they I'm pretty sure they did he signed yeah and also hold on the so also the thing just with the cont of The Ultimate Fighter fights the guy Santos he was um he wasn't supposed to be like this o he wasn't supposed to be in the semi-final he like won the semi-final but there was another guy who was in like an awesome like War like one of the best fights truly face broke right I've ever seen he got some weird like I almost think it was like some sort of like rash or some type of thing or not even a right it was something that they like it was a whole thing like after his first fight like would he be able to fight the next time and it basically got determined like two days before like like couldn't get cleared wow was that the guy whose face broke I don't he was in I'm truly I anyone who's watching you guys too like I forget M episode like three or four one of the best fights I've ever seen you texted us about that one I watch incred like an amazing fight like I felt for the guy that won that he didn't get to fight in this fight it was an awesome fight both guys like knocked each other down they sign that guy or will they sign that guy that I would be wait till after the season's over the winner and then sign that guy I
