Ex.1 Massage the Neurolymphatic Point of the Liver Meridian We start by massaging the Neurolymphatic Points of the Liver and Gallbladder Meridian, and the Conception Vessel. The first one is the Liver, which is right under the right breast. So just use your thumb or all the fingers to massage it. If it hurts back off, take it easy. I   yawn when energy shifts. You do want to cover this whole half moon. So coming all the way to the center and this half moon shape going all the way to the side of your rib cage. Next let’s massage the Neurolymphatic point of the Gallbladder Meridian, which is right Ex.2 Massage the Neurolymphatic Point of the Gallbladder Meridian in the center of your chest, on the breastbone. Make a light fist and massage away. Ex.3 Massage the Neurolymphatic Point of the Conception Vessel Next we'll work on the Neurolymphatic point of the Conception Vessel. The Neurolymphatic point of the Conception Vessel is along this line where your arm hangs from your body. So let's work on the right side first. With all the fingers, just massage. If it is painful, back off and just know it changes from day to day, like yesterday when I was working on it, it was quite painful. Today it's much better. Now let's go to the left side. Signs of a stressed liver Here are some of the signs that your liver is requesting support from you. Bloating. Fat in this area. You're waking up between 1:00am and 3:00am. You get irritated or angry. It's easy to do this routine on a daily basis to support your liver health and to lose weight, improve your mood and sleep better. Ex.4. Massage the Source Point of the Liver Meridian Next we'll work on the source point of the liver Meridian. The source point is one acupressure point on the meridian pathway that connects directly with the organ. It’s the best point to work when the organ has any issue. So each meridian has a source point. And the Liver Meridian’s source point is Liver 3 (LI-3). It's on the back of your feet between the first and second toes, just on the web right here. Just go down about one inch and there is a valley there. Press on that valley. If you have any kind of liver issue, that point will let you know. For a lot of people this is ‘Ouch’. For me right now, it’s okay. So just massage that point. Now switch to the other side. Between the first and second toe. You may find those two points are different, one maybe more tender than the other. It's rare for them to be about the same amount, unless they're both healthy. Stress can overload your liver so be sure to  check out my video on Daily Stress Relief. Okay, we'll move on to the next one.  Next let’s hold the liver organ. Ex.5. Cradle the liver organ Your liver is on the right side of your trunk, just under the rib cage. Because it's the largest internal organ, So it actually comes a little bit to the left hand side. Just hold it with both of your palms as if you are cradling a baby. It's easy to do this routine every single day to improve your liver health. It's raining here. And it's perfect.
