Back Up Quarterback Available For Trade 👀Should The Miami Dolphins Target Dorian Thompson-Robinson?

so there are some rumors going around that the Browns might be interested in trading Dorian Thompson Robinson they third or four string quarterback right now they got Tyler Huntley they got jamus Winston they got Deshawn Watson so they do not need Dorian Thompson Robinson they really don't need him so they might as well just trade him away but I know there's a lot of NFL teams that are interested in this guy because he showed a lot of potential um based off the stuff that we seen from him so far in the regular season in the preseason you know he hasn't been like a topnotch QB you know he made his mistakes before he made his mistakes but I feel like he's the type of quarterback if you put a quarterback coach um like Beville if you put a head coach like Mike McDaniel at his Arsenal he going to end up being a better quarterback than what everybody think he is you know right now everybody think he probably like a average Quarterback or below average but I think he could show like he's a average to above average you know his ceiling I say he could be like a top 20 NFL quarterback top 20 he got the size he don't got the size like that but he got decent size you could work with it like 61 6'2 you know over 200 lbs the speed the arm strength too quick release you know so he has all the traits that you would want as a quarterback you you know I would be comfortable with Mike McDaniel and him working together to orchestrate a offense that would work predicated on what he's good at and on top of that he got a really good release that could work with this offense man so hey y'all let me know in the comments man y'all let me know in the comments multiple teams have inquired including the Minnesota Vikings them boy already on it them boy already on it they lost JJ McCarthy um for the whole season miniscus tear so them boys looking for somebody else and Dorian Thompson Robinson that's a decent option that's a decent option but we got to hop on it first before of his throws to see what type of quarterback we working with to see what type of quarterback we working with no volume on these let me go back just look at his release pretty ball you know pretty good velocity you know the year that he came out the draft he had like one of the strongest arms in the whole class I think it was the year when Kenny picket came out was it Kenny picket was it um ATR year Anthony Richardson y'all let me know in the comments man I lowkey forgot CJ strad year I think he came out CJ strad year yeah it has to be that year so he got a decent arm nothing too crazy but based off what he showed at the combine he's showing you like he could throw with the best of them he could decent throw up top you know he could pretty much make every throw in the book you can make every throw in the book but you know you really got a game plan in regards to the throws that he's really good at that he could hit consistently and don't try the throws that he's not really good at in a game too much because you could go and practice check out to see the throws that really work for him and check out the throws that don't really work for him and then you get to choose which throws that you want to use with him during the game you know I feel like there's a lot more throws that he can make on the field rather than scholar Thompson and Mike White who we got on our team currently there's a lot more throws a lot more ATT tangibles with this guy you know I love Mike White you know I love Skyler Thompson but hey you know everybody talking about this everybody talking about Ryan ten Hill everybody talking about this guy now because they know they already got two QBs so you know it might be worth the shot you know I can't say right now we got the best backup quarterback and for our quarterback right now if he go down I'm pretty sure the team's going to try to Target another quarterback We're not gonna just stick it out with Mike White and Skyler Thompson We're not gonna do that I don't think so y'all let me know in the comments if Tua went down you think the coaching staff is sticking with Mike White and Skyler Thompson that's it we gonna make a pretty decent move in regards to quarterback you know a quarterback like this a quarterback like Malik Willis you know that's another guy that we could Target that like you know good arm strength that we can use in this offense Dorian Thompson um Robinson same thing so there's a lot of options out there Ryan T Hill as well you know he don't got the arm that those two guys got but at the same time you know he's a veteran he been in the league for a long time so you know there's a lot of better options kind of like we in a relationship with Mike white and Scarlet Thompson right now but we seeing like the side chicks come and they're looking interesting and you lowy want to see what the side chick has to offer see if she's better for you rather than the person that you with right now you know you like the person that you with but you know that person that you with will never get you to that ring the side chick showing you all the signs that they could get you to that ring but the only problem is you in a relationship the only issue so hey I hope Mii dolphin's at least inquiring about this I don't know how much they will ask for for Dorian Thompson Robinson I don't know y'all let me know in the comments what y'all think but me personally I think he probably worth like a fourth fourth or fifth round pick somewhere between there right here we got some Browns fans and they going to speak on DTR to see if they would actually be okay with letting them go the fan base really want to keep this guy so I don't know if we going to be able to lure him in you know that might drive his um trade value up to the point where he might be or the third if a team gives up a second for DTR they going to do that move in a heartbeat but I don't think no team is willing to do that for a backup third round is probably the highest that the Browns could get you know but i' would be willing to give up a fourth or a fifth you know fourth you kind of pushing it but fifth six you know I like that range right there but let's check out what these guys got to say uh but yeah I think that there's been some interesting around the league we just talked about yesterday you got to do something you're certainly not going to carry four you have to do something between Huntley and DTR I prefer DTR I've W I think there's something there I'm not saying he's going to be a 15year starter in the league but you know I've like what I've seen I think he can make all the throws feel like he was starting to figure it out last year uh but you know one thing that's real and we mentioned this yesterday is the ability to sneak and who's going to be the sneaker is it going to be jamus is there a role for Huntley as the third quarterback all them boys you can lowkey sneak DeShaun Watson jamus Winston Huntley even DTR you can sneak with all of them so it don't even matter about to sneak you know it's just the fact of who got the most potential based off who you're more comfortable putting out there you know I feel like with upside Dorian Thompson Robinson got the most upside out of all the QBs you know James Winston you already showed us everything that we need to see he already showed us everything bro ain't no way he could like get better than what he has already been I don't think so Tyler Huntley I feel like it's the same thing you know he been a backup for all this time and he still can't find a starting job even with backing up Lamar so I think he going to stay that way Dorian Thompson Robinson if he find the right situation I think he could develop into being a starter I'm telling youall right now going to look up SL a quarterback sneak guy it's not going to be Deshawn and we saw last year when they traded Josh dos that they will they're not afraid to pull the trigger on trading a quarterback uh if they can find value for him elsewhere so it's it's interesting dilemma of which way do you go Huntley or DTR you're going to have to move on one of them uh I think that there is trade value with DTR I think there probably would be trade value with Tyler Huntley as well but I feel like the trade value would probably be the same or even a little bit more for DTR you know Huntley what he showed us in this preseason like look at the stats right here this is horrible right here what he put up two interceptions come on fam playing against backups and you doing this you playing against backups you know D he ain't do nothing too crazy too he ain't do nothing too crazy one interception but at the same time better completion percentage so they might be more enticed in regards to trading away Huntley rather than DTR but at the same time I rather have DTR than Huntley I feel like DTR would be a better fit with the Miami Dolphins than Huntley you know Huntley shout out to him he from the crib R Holland Del shout out to that boy um I remember going to some of his games when he went up against Lamar holel versus Boon Beach I remember those days man DTR he got to be my boy he got to be my boy he got to be the backup for us got to be the backup so come on mik me Daniel I know what you capable of I know it know I seen what you did with Tua let's see what you can do it on DTR to make him the best that you can be if you add DTR that's another challenge for mik me Daniel to see his coaching greatness you know I seen what you did with Skyler Thompson against the Buffalo Bills in that playoff game and we almost won that game with Skyler Thompson with DTR I feel like he could have definitely won us that game most definitely man so you know right there by a quarterback by a quarterback what quarterback blocking like that what quarterback doing that right there what quarterback that's how I know he got some heart in him he willing to put his body on the line but at the same time if you a valuable quarterback you're not really doing that right there you're not really doing that um but if you don't have no value you really got to put your chest in the game to show us like damn you got some heart and once you prove like you one of those top level quarterbacks we don't want you to get hurt because we know what you can do on this field and we can't risk you getting hurt you know so I like the fact that he's putting his um his life on on the line on them hits man on them locks as a quarterback know that's a good sign right and he did score on this he at the 50 yard line right now the 50 yard line somebody should have been tackle him somebody should have been tackle him but he just that elusive so his legs work too not know beautiful he going to do it again up against uh USC on this play excuse me up top touch down good contact balance I think that's somebody else number six if I'm not mistaken it might be Bullock I'm not even gonna lie to you it look like Bullock man but good job by um DTR on that one you know he could jump over you he could Juke you he could run you over know he like a baby jayen Herz Baby Jaylen Herz but his arm strength I I feel like it's up there with Jaylen it's up there with Jaylen you know so physically speaking he up there with like the top quarterbacks physically you know I'm not saying like you got to be the most physical quarterback to be a good quarterback I'm not saying that at all but I'm just saying like that's one good thing to work with you know work with all the physical quarterbacks that you can just so like if one of them do hit you know you got that quarterback who isn't just a passer he's physical as well you know you could find that for our team right now we got two on that contract so we not really worried about that but at the same time I do want to see this type of quarterback you know on this offense this type of quarterback you know I see what the 49ers doing with Josh dos this will be a similar situation if we went and got um DTR you know Josh dobs he going to be the backup to Brock pie and Brock py and two ass similar kind of players similar offenses you know so that's why I'm envisioning if we do get a guy like this excuse me he gonna do that b again on this one he gonna do that be [Music] again that way did a stop and go this is some Lamar stuff right here like if he could find a offense that can use his legs to his um highest ability man right he could be definitely a top 25 top 20 quarterback as we speak right now you know like the Raiders that would be a decent spot I would trade them to the Raiders you know I like them to the Dolphins but there's some other teams that really need a quarterback more than us right now really need a quarterback you know as of right now we complaining about a backup quarterback when there's teams with no quarterback so he'll probably go to those places before he come to Miami but I feel like Miami would be an option if you're really interested in getting another quarterback to put in our room Dorian Thompson Robinson he'd be a good option to me good option that was nasty right there he almost hurt his teammate on that one almost hurt his teammate oh man y'all don't see I got the same Jersey come on man that's wild that's bril Tri too he just towards ACL with the Falcons just towards ACL pal right here I got a clip of DTR um at the under arour allamerican um bow I kept up with um this game throughout high school college and all that just to see the talent that's coming out and DTR he impressed me on this door right here like check it out look to the left look to the right bomb switch um body positions touchdown this is beautiful right here oh I love this right here little play action U the athletic ability to change your body position and throw the ball to the other side of the field where you roll out to the left that's hard right there to do very very hard right there and to be accurate and to be accurate in high school you doing this beautiful right here we got more practice clips of DTR let's check this out back to pass oh money back to pass oh money no he had a good spot but they just got too much quarterbacks you know if y'all was confident in DTR why y'all brought in Tyler Huntley and jamus both of them boys man so they really I don't possibly not play for you this season possibly you know you really want to invest in him if you know that he going to be a starter and you willing to take the risk and you think like he could perform we G to see man we gonna see he's got that baseball delivery Dorian Thompson Robinson had the highest velocity of any quarterback in NFL combine like I told y'all pretty easy yeah he's got kind of that 62 miles hour I think this is the same time that um what you been call it Joel Milton got I think he got a 62 if I'm not mistaken I think Joe Milton got a delivery pretty easy yeah he almost put Bobo Jake Bobo he ended up being a good receiver for uh Whatchamacallit the Seahawks he on the Seahawks now you know a six seventh round pick or udfa you know I had unfaith in this guy people were saying he was going to go undrafted I said that the Miami Dolphins need to pick this guy up with at least our seventh round pick on the team Bobo says he's learning a lot from DK medcafe the biggest thing for me is um his competitiveness I think you know when you think of NFL Superstars and guys of his uh status you tend to think they' take plays off um you know DK is not like that so that's been the coolest thing for me to see is okay if a guys like that you know Guys Tyler as well does the same thing um you know they get after every play um and and so for me is okay how can I match that everything got internal when everything start to turn I turn my eyes like I see it and you wonder why knowing they were s before they taught us how to underline I was praying to make it to 25 so I never count my money before my blessing cuz ain't no hey I told yall five months ago that we needed to get Jake boobo for the Miami Dolphins and look now he made the Seahawks 53 man roster as a udfa boo you know UCLA 64 206 he's not your average wide receiver and his Prospect grade is not as high as you want it to be but I feel like with our coaching staff they could find a way to use this guy in many different ways you know this dude I think we could pick him up as a udfa and we could see if you could work his way up into the roster and have like a valuable spot with the team you know impress the coaches and um who knows he could probably convert to a tight end over time you know he got to add on more weight 206 that's not enough but the way he plays he plays like a athletic tight end very much so so um Jake Bobo I think he'll be a great asset to the team um Great Value just to see what he could do down south and he ended up being a good player like he probably one of the best run blocking receivers as we speak right now one of the best run blocking receivers like this is like a different version of Cooper Cup right here a different version man so he definitely gonna be in his bag this year you know everybody talking about DK metav um jsn Tyler lockit don't forget about Jake Bobo he they uh receiver number four and he definitely could be a a solid three maybe even a two maybe even a two but um good pass by DTR to um Bobo good pass bom I wish he threw it a little bit more in stride but that's good enough it's straight it's just warm ups low key uh this looks like a bad play right here but please trust me you know you can lowkey see the good in this play you see right here you probably got like the best pass rushing duo in the whole league you know you got TJ Watt and on top of that you got what's the other DN name I forgot his name he went to Charlotte he went to Charlotte y'all gota let me know in the comments I'm trying to think it I think it's it's on the top of my tongue it's on the top of my tongue man I gotta look it up Alex heith so this is definitely a tough task for you to be standing in the pocket to even throw this ball I would be scared this is one of the top DN number twos in the league and this is probably the best DN in the league you know if not top three or four top three or four you know you got dwan Jones out there big boy 69ine Mr 69 400 lbs blocking but at the same time this guy he just uh a different breed man not everybody could block him not everybody but shout out to DTR staying in that pocket and still throwing the ball with a quick release quick release like a lot of quarterbacks are not letting go of the ball at this moment they not and the ball got out got out there so you know this tells me when you get pressure in your face you GNA be able to let the let the ball go out quick this is what that telling me you know I just hope like DTR is a good processor in regards to knowing what the offense requires you got to be a quick twitch thinker in our offense you got to be able to throw the ball in 2.5 seconds if you can't this is going to happen to you you know I'm happy that you're able to throw it this quick in situations as to where you probably have 3 seconds maybe even 3.5 but we trying to throw it in 2.5 seconds so find your guy quick find your guy quick and on top of that our o line is not as good as the Browns it's not it's not so you have it good over here so if you come to Miami you know I'm pretty sure M Daniel gonna make everything work for you that's why I'm saying like he could be a better player here in Miami than he was with the Browns most likely but I'm seeing a lot of good things I like on film with uh DTR a lot of good things I mean if you're a Browns fan let me know about DTR let me know in the comments man I know y'all love him but at the same time the Dolphins we desperate right now we desperate you know we're super proud of him any Young quarterback that plays through that you know you can't do nothing but you know give him hats off tell him nothing we just said be you know be you we didn't say nothing out out of the ordinary you know he's he's been this in In This Moment before you know you been playing football your entire life you know so whenever we practice you know we put the players in a position to be ready for those situations it just takes mental fortitude and obviously showed that today so especially when sometimes it and once again I'm not blaming anybody I've made plenty of mistakes playing but some of it might have been him and then other times it wasn't him at all so it's just all those things that man it's just not working out and you have to tell yourself like remind yourself of the work You' put in where you're at and just I guess have a confidence about yourself and Dorian definitely had that especially last Drive he's a warrior he's a warrior you know it's not easy being in his shoes how much more being a rookie at that so uh you know he's such an incredible exceptional athlete and he got he got the job done today he did a great job he he didn't look like a rookie at all like he was out there controlling the game making uh great decisions uh great passes um accurate uh he played a great game so uh definitely appreciate it for his performance out there and uh he helped us out helped us get this win way he just sat back and you know threw the ball in the pocket uh that boy winning games in the AFC North that's all I needed here that's all I need to hear man I feel like a lot of teams just kind of drop back in Play Zone they don't really do what they usually do when they see him they kind of sat back and Dro his Zone didn't Blitz as much and still is trying to do the same thing and I feel like he made him pay for it like you you definitely going to play DTR different when you go up against him y'all seen his running play that I showed y y'all seen it right here I got dtrs R score he had a 7.71 um they got him at 6 foot1 6' 1.5 close to 6'2 203 lbs four yard dash pretty fast 4.56 so around um Dylan Herz speed you know good 10 yard good um 20 yard splits um his agility is showing that he's poor but it don't show that on film it really don't show that on film um not a great vertical 32.5 but he a quarterback that don't really matter but y'all seeing how high he could jump he he jumping over defenders he jumping over defenders so this vertical don't even matter don't even matter based off the film man so um his arm length is kind of on the shorter side but he a quarterback like I'm saying you're a quarterback but yeah y'all let me know in the comments what y'all feel about DTR should we make the move should we not make the move would this be a good fit
