like for you getting back I know with the tricep and stuff you have to be careful with different things so what was that process like getting back oh it was a slower process I mean it's a process I wasn't used to it was my first ever injury um but we we took it slow and I think we did it perfect Everything feels great I feel 100% And I'm ready to get after it first ever injury at this level at any level really yeah I've got pretty good track record of avoiding some injuries knock on wood but how did you mentally handle that then because it's someone who's not used to injuries and have to deal with it I mean for me I just put it with my faith you know it's in God's hands I mean I can only control so much and if I can't control it forget about it don't let it sit on your mind is it kind of a relief though to know like when you have something like a streak like that kind of like okay well now it's done and over with now I can hopefully get back to just being healthy yeah I mean it it makes you think but it just makes you think about the right things like what do I got to do I got to better prepare I'm not you know a spry young chicken anymore or a spring chicken whatever it's called and you know I just got to be more diligent about my everyday things so it's just educating is there anything that you've incorporated then to maybe have to change that anything routine wise or Preparation wise stretches to make sure you're taking care of yeah just uh prep wise just making sure that area is you know nice and primed and ready to go do you feel like you know just this experience you mentioned it being a first inury does it kind of give you a little bit maybe just even more of an appreciation just for the opportunity and things like that like maybe just you not that you don't appreciate it to begin with but does you feel like it adds to that a little bit oh 100% I mean you you never know what you have until you lost it so makes you you know really appreciate being here being around these guys just just happy to be back really yeah how what do you kind of feel like is the key to just being that consistent Cog that you were before the entury and just kind of getting back to that getting back to that just filling up the strike zone and you know getting after it every day like I said the prep part is going to be the biggest part for me and just making sure it's all primed and ready to go for
