today this really kind of working on your body and mind uh two suicides in the football field which is 4200 Y which is equal 42 100 yard right then we got the bleachers we going to try to get him about 500 of these stairs going up uh first we going to do single stairs kind of work on that quick pitch and uh quick foot movement and then we going to make you drive two to three stairs get them hamstrings get that lower body right up run run across go run across but most of this is just the grind man I like to put in between the workouts so they never forget that part of you know going to be good you got to be willing to grind you know it's the off the course that that make the or course uh success you know so that's all we doing today just getting it in riding walk through now come back importantly thank God made my B so I can feel accomplished with my day then I checked out my stocks man what kind of stocks you into man looking at Nike Amazon P all them stocks and then came over here to Johnson C Smith the workout with Mainline Willams we got on the track working on my legs then we got some shots up then we about the H home back to Virginia man [Music] [Applause] [Music] well two years ago I was overweight and then my train tajo she really got me into basketball cuz I ain't really I was really feeling this world at first I was a football player so when I got into the basketball you know I wasn't really good at first so we I was training every day at uh this basketball Academy called est3 Academy it's one of the top schools now but I was I was training every day with Taj Cole and Kareem Reed and you know next D down the line you know next year man it it started to be like it started to come like second nature with me like I was training every day because I wanted to be greater than like I wanted to be outside myself I I ain't just want to be just like every other kid I want to I want to go D1 I want to do all these big things so that's really why I got into basketball I give credit to Taj Cole [Music] my dad motivate me every day to like when I wake up everything man he told me put this work in every day in my friends man my peers my basketball fans you know they they want to see me succeed and I want to see this one see so we go class and class and we work like that they that motivate me he's going to stop right around in right and now he can he can throw a forward p with velocity right let's go Jordan is ultra talented um the main thing is he just want to get there you know um he very humble kid I don't like to deal with unhumble obviously most of us don't but he's a very humble kid he's high level um willing to work hard and understands that he got a long way to go um I think I see a long future for him in this game let's go a lot of condition at the beginning I believe in the whole building you up mentally and I think in order for you to be built up mentally I got to break your body down in the beginning of the workout so you'll see us do a ton of slides we'll do a lot of things like that a lot of full court at after that that's probably my first hour and then after that we get into the drills I like to break the body down though so now when we hit the next phase of the workout you really got to work on your mental part because you're tired already your legs are dead the whole thing so everything is for me is based on your performance in the fourth quarter a lot of players um they play well in that first two 3/4 but then as soon as those legs die what's the first thing that go when you're tired it's your m so I want to build up the mental and the way you build up the mental is by building up the body so I want you to shoot jumpers when you tired I want you to go off the dribble when you tired I want you to elevate when you tired when all these things so so when we in the fourth quarter you're the freshest person out there so check us through you working out with M Williams dad of Michael Williams he plays at UCF and probably going be a top lottery pick in 2025 so how was that like um working out with mine Williams is like he really tell me what it takes if you see like he don't chicken coat nothing you know like he tell me what I'm doing bad what I'm doing good man he work me to death man it's like it's all about the experience mine cuz he really see something in me he really see potential man and I'm just going to feed off his energy and I'm going to take it to the top go go shot number two shot number two right here shot number two right this Let It Go Let It [Music] Go when I see myself in the next five years I'mma had to say top 100 Prospect uh M major High major D1 player and I'm going to go big or go home man I'm I'm going take this basketball stuff to the top man go let's go let's go all I want go got be that matter what hard work mean to me I feel like even though you had the bad days and the good days just waking up consistently putting that work in it's making me to a higher value player and making me reach my goal into being that top 100 Prospect that high D1 division ball player that's what hard work mean to me you know
